Glass you are
Glass, in between teeth, agonies
and clouds seem to fade in the skies
of our silent cardiac muscles
Bite into it, the heaviness,
sharpness of the transparent,
I can't quite shatter your skin
as much as I'd like.
Perhaps, you are (un)breakable
under the rain that slides my body,
necks kissing each other, hair
dripping next to timeless compasses.
Why can't I cross you like you did
when the naked trees fell in my lap
and the light bird sang until I died.
