Dorato's POV

You know, I never thought school would accept me, let alone other dragons. Being the weirdo I am, maybe I can be funny enough to get some people to like me? Anyways, the strangest thing happened today...

Hello there. The name's Dorato, if you didn't know that. Today, I was just packing for school, when my dog Apollo came up to me. He was holding about 3 dead snakes, and if I had to guess, they had come from the front yard. He dropped them in my satchel and I scooped them out immediately. At once I recognized these. Dragonbite vipers! In my yard?! I went out to check, and  sure enough, there were approximately hundreds of them. "What the ****?!" (Sorry about that, reader. Dorato is not censored. I'll make sure he doesn't do it again. - His dog, Apollo.) Apollo barked at me and I realized what I had said. "Sorry, boy." I patted his head with my talons and I flew outside. Oh, how I wish I had fire. Thankfully, I wasn't totally useless. I sent my leafspeak into the ground, telling all the poisonous plants to kill the snakes. I keep the plants in my yards for this reason. Soon enough, all the snakes were dead on my lawn. "Well, at least they'll make good Halloween decorations," I said to my dog. He barked so playfully one would think he laughed. I took a quick dip in my pool before flying off to my new school, True Talons Academy.

I Hope this chapter is okay! I know 253 words isn't a lot, but I'll update it more in the future! Also, for those that are wondering, the dog comes to school! I love Dorato so much, and I like to think of him as the Qibli of the winglet, if you know what I mean. There will be no more censored language, I just wanted to spice him up a bit XD. On to the next chapter...
