Prompt: Roman x Reader

She finds out the dragon witch trapped him in a small maze of fire and they both know it won't be satisfied till a life is taken by the flames. She rushes through ignoring the burns and coughing and doesn't succumb to the lack of oxygen until she tosses Roman out of the maze. As he comes to his senses, the dragon witch leaves with a smirk and rain pours down revealing the lifeless burnt girl. He mourns as he holds her close and, without knowing how powerful true love's kiss really is, gives her a farewell kiss and she wakes up steadily and a bit sore.

"ROMAN!?" Y/n was in a situation that she never in her life would believe this would happen, it was her worst nightmare. Riding on a horse; fine, but riding on a horse closer to a dragon witch who has engulfed your love; not Fine.

She got off of her horse and walked by herself, she realized she could only do one thing to save her love.

Be a sacrifice to the villain.

Y/n ran in the ring of smoke and flames not minding of her loss of enough oxygen, or not being able to see anything.

"Leave you foul beast!" Y/n could hear Roman a few feet ahead of her.

When Y/n did find Roman she used her body to block the fire and pushed Roman out of the ring of flames,

Roman still had no idea what was going on until the dragon witch smiled, seeming satisfied with what happened and stomped away, hopefully not coming back anytime soon.

Roman ran up to the ashes trying to find Y/n, his one, and only love.

What he did find was horrifying, his precious love Y/n was burnt to a crisp, only leaving parts of her flesh untouched,

Mourning over his true loves death, she wanted to give a farewell kiss before he had to properly have a funeral.

Roman leaned down still having tears soak his face, and kissed Y/n's lips.

Little did he knew about True Loves' Kiss.

Y/n's skin started to heal properly, only having a small scar where the burnt was aimed at.

Y/n's breathing was coming back to normal.

"Y/n!?" Roman blinked rapidly, F/c (Favourite colour) sparkles flew around Y/n reviving her back to life.

Y/n blinked open, she was confused at first, "Aren't I suppose to be dead?"

"True Love's Kiss Y/n" Roman looked into Y/n eyes, seeing them have those coloured sparks one last time,

Y/n smiled and Roman pulled her in back to another kiss.
