Prompt: Logan x Reader

(This came to me as I was listening to a love song) She wakes up suddenly and takes the time to observe Logan's sleeping form right next to her. As she's staring at his features and stroking his face gently, she can't help but think how lucky she is that Logan gave her a chance socially let alone in a relationship. Her thoughts cause her to kiss his lips gently resulting in him kissing her back and gazing at her. He places a hand on her cheek and drowsily says something corny and smart like "No wonder I couldn't see Venus in the sky tonight; she was already here" before they kiss a bit and remain close while drifting back into slumber.

Falling in your sleep/jolting awake most often occur during your first stage of sleep, Sometimes when you have these dreams you feel your whole body jerk or twitch which provokes you to wake up.

To Y/n, losing Logan was losing more than her love.

Y/n jolted awake, she doesn't remember why she just woke up, It was that very annoying moment where you are just about to fall asleep, but then. Bam. Nope, you're awake now.

The position the couple was sleeping in was, facing each other a few centimeters (Or inches for you non-metric system users) apart, Y/n found herself admiring Logan's face in the dark, only seeing some of his features.

She pulled her hand that was under her pillow and used it to hold Logan's face gently.

It's absurd to think of the chances that Logan would even befriend her to the point of becoming significant others, leading to her point of how lucky she is, from meeting Thomas at a library to befriending him, meeting his Sander Sides and helping out in videos. Overall in whatever spirit, she believed in they were helping.

Y/n had the urge to kiss the logical nerd in front of him and so she did, waking him up in the process and him kissing her back.

Logan opened his eyes staring back at Y/n, he placed his hand on her cheek and drowsily whispered "No wonder I couldn't see Venus in the sky tonight; she was already here" while kissing her again,

Y/n was blushing even more than before even though it was too dark to see, Logan could guess from the heat from her cheeks and quietly chuckled,

"I love you,"

"I love you too," Logan responded and kissed her temple as they both cuddled back to sleep.
