Drake continued on with the tale after taking a quick sip of his coffee.

Years went by as they explored what the other liked. Deepening their relationship and working towards a growing dream of a life shared between the two. And so the day came where a new dream entered the heads of the two love birds.

"Arianna my love. I have been getting this dream lately, a silent hope and well." Halberon takes a deep breath and gets on his knees and opens a box with a ring that had an ingraving of a regal dragon on it. Normally an elf would get their other a ring with a diamond in it but Halberon knew Arianna had nothing with diamonds so had ordered this pecial ring to be made. "would you marry me?"  

Arianna started to cry and quickly nodded: "of course! yes! finally, finally you ask me. I was afraid that I had to ask you hun."

Halberon puts the ring around Arianna's finger and happily kissed her on the mouth and they both cryed as the two lovers hugged each other. But the prince still had to ask her parents for Arianna's hand. Luckily over the past 2 years Halberon already had been at Arianna's house a lot and her parents liked Halberon a lot. So asking for her hand from her parents was an easy affair. They told had told him that they already saw him as their son-in-law so they were allowed to get wed as log as he promised to stay loyal to her. 

They dedicated 4 months to prepare for the wedding. They would use this time to get the flowers, clothing, food and invites out. It was a lot of work but to the prince it was well worth the hassle and stress as after the wedding he could finally call Arianna his wife. Something Halberon had been looking forward to for a while now.

And so the day finally arrived and the prince was running around like a chicken without a head and she was trying to calm him down while not stressing out herself. 

"how can you be so calm at this time hun? I wish I could be I try to be, but there is just so much that can go wrong." Halberon told Arianna while he continuously walked circles through the living room.

"I am trying to stay calm dear as it is no use to pace around lke you do. what do you think will change if you pace more or if you stop and enjoy the moment." Arianna says to him while sneaking a kiss on his cheek.

Halberon stopped to think and kissed Ariannas cheek back: "you are right hun but its hard to let it all go. I just want this day to be prefect, perfect for the both of us. So that we can talk about how great today was." 

"No matter what happens it will be great hun. Do you know why?  I am" Arianna kissed Halberon passionatly on his mouth before continuing on. "With you and that is all I need." 

Halberon smiled back at Arianna and went in for another passionate kiss. And so the two kissed eacho ther for a while untill Arianna breaked it up.

"As much as I enjoy kissing you I have to go now. I have to get dressed dear. I will see you later beauty." she winked at Halberon as she slowly walked out of the door. She did Come back for one last kiss before really leaving his dressing room.

Halberon hadn't seen Arianna's dress yet as this was part of  the wedding tradition. The groom would only see the dress on the day of the marriage. But he had no time to worry about how she would look as he had to get dressed himself.

For this special day he had bought brand new shiny boots that went up to his knees with a zipper on the side. Mostly these kind of shoes were worn by women but he loved them a lot thus he had a pair specially made for himself. Above this he had semi-tight black jeans which were made to his measurements. On his hands he had long black gloves, and as shirt was a specially made princelly shirt that was green on the sides and dark blue in the middle. On his back he had a cape that reached to the back of his knees with a red dragon on it. He had specially maintained his beard for this day and made sure his hair was at the right length aswell. All this so that he would look on his best on this special day.

"I can't believe it's finally here. The day where we say the yes word to each other. I hope she likes what I wear."THe prince said and even though usually only the bride would keep what they wear secret Halberon had done the same. He had done this so that they would have surprises for each other.  "Most call this the day of the bride but for us its for the both of us." The prince laughed to himself as he noticed that he was talking to himself, something that hadn't happened in a long time. Not since the day that he had met her. 

The wedding was taking place on a field full of wild flowers near a big and ancient forest. On the prince his request had the field not been cut short so that the wild flowers could bloom all around the wedding pavilion. Arianna had picked out the flower bouquet, an assemble of white, blue, baby blue and soft pinks. That was what she had picked out for their wedding. At the centre of the field a white tent had been put up with a row of chairs standing so that the sun would be on the publics left and on their right so that no one would have the sun in their eyes. 

Normally a wedding would either be held in the church of Gaia or in the mayor's house, it was unusual to have it anywhere else. Yet they really want to hold it like this as it was their special day and the both of them didn't have much with these traditions. 

On the side of the tent was a field where two large horses waiting for them. A government official stood under the tent to make the wedding official. 

Halberon walked up to the start of the chair line and waited there for Arianna to arrive. Doing his best to not look around nervously, which was for him incredibly hard to do as he was so nervous. After a few minutes the prince could hear a carriage in the distance and not long after it arrived behind him and he turned around to see Arianna exciting the carriage. 

She was wearing a long, flowing and elegant dress, that was baby blue in colour and had a leaf decor on it. on her back she was also wearing a light green cape that slightly dragged over the ground. She had the hood of the cape on her head instead of a traditional wedding veil. 

She looked gorgeous and It took all the prince his strength to stand there waiting for her and after they took each other's arms he had to be content to just walk arm in arm. But he managed to do it and unbeknownst to him she had the exact same issues as he had. She also wanted to just grab him in a tight hug and kiss the prince for hours on end. But they saved that for after the ceremony.

And so they would walk towards the altar where the government official was waiting for them. The Government official had a short foreword "we are here to celebrate the union of Princes Arianna and prince Halberon. An union that all of us saw coming, all of us but they themselves did. I will keep this as short as I can see when I look at their face that they can hardly contain themselves. So Prince Halberon do you, in good and bad times, through hardship and hapiness, through loyalty and grief, do you take priness Arianna as your wive?"

The prince almost stumbled over his words as he answered the question with a resounding "yes!"

"Then do you Arianna take prince Halberon through hardship and happines, good and bad times, through loyalty and grief, do you take him as your husband?" The official asked Arianna.

"I would have no other, so yes, of course I do." Arianna answered as she looked deeply into Halberon's eyes. 

"Then you may kiss the bride" the official closed his book and took a step back giving the two lovebirds their space.

They didn't wait long to deeply kiss eachother as their family and friends stood up and applauded. They were now officially husband and wive. Arianna turned her back to the crowd and threw her bouquet into the crowd as was tradition. The bouquet was caught by a niece of the prince his family.

The horses were led towards the newly wedded pair for the planned horse ride. Arianna smiled so broadly that it almost looked like her face had turned into a giant smile. She loved horses and riding them on their wedding day was something she really had been looking forward to. So with a little bit of help did she climb upon the back of the horse and started to ride away.

"Come on slowpoke!"Arianna shouted towards Halberon

Halberon quickly and clumsily climbed on the back of the other horse and rode after her. After a little while they would ride next to each other, exchanging stares and kisses along the way.

"So was it everything you dreamt it to be hun?" Halberon asked Arianna as he looked deeply into her eyes.

"It was everything and more. You look so great like this and I can't wait for tonight."she winked at the prince with him knowing what she meant. "but what shall we do for our honeymoon, we haven't really planned anything for that yet." Arianna looked back into the prince his eyes, the love sparkling of her every move, her every smile.

"Everything is fine by me, as long as I am with you."  the prince shoots back.

"And so they rode into the sunset together as husband and wive. Onto new adventures together. That children is the tale of the elf prince and princess who loved each other very much." The children silently stared at Drake as he stood up.

"Now its time for you all to go home but don't worry there will be more tales next week." Drake said to the class as they orderly left the class room. 

But before Drake left the room himself he looked at an ancient black box  that he had in his pocket. "May you two love each other for ever after my friends."
