Vertigo: WHHAAAAAAT!?!?! YOU NEVER TOLD ME THAT!

Galliard: Because I didn't want to tell you that!

Vertigo: I thought we were friends!

Galliard: Who said that!?

You were currently walking through the caverns of Mountain Glenn, annoyed beyond hell with the constant bickering between Galliard and Vertigo.

Summer: *whispers to you* How much longer are they gonna do this?

Y/N: *whispers back* I don't know, but if they don't stop soon, I might cut one of them in half.

Galliard: I heard that!

Y/N: Good!

Summer: *sigh* How much farther to the artifact, Vertigo?

Vertigo: Huh? Ohh, I don't know, I was just walking off into a random cave I thought would have that thingy.

He continued to walk forward with a stupid smile, while the three of you stopped in your tracks, annoyed and in disbelief.

Y/N: YOU MEAN YOU LEAD US DOWN HERE WITHOUT KNOWING WHERE YOU WERE GOING!?!? I'LL TEAR YOU APART!

Summer: *holds back angry chibi Y/N* No honey! We need him!

Vertigo: Well how was I suppose to remember where the darn thing was? It was locked away behind a set off big doors, but I've been up in that room for a millennium. It's not like it's right over-

*CLANG*

Vertigo: H-Here..*groans and falls backwards*

You all walked up to him, and saw he crashed into a metal wall of sorts.

Y/N: It's like a steel wall.

Summer: But, down here? How?

Galliard: It must be the vault.

Vertigo: *stands up and hold nose* Yep, that's the vault!

You scaled the side of the wall trying to find some sort of entrance, but to no avail.

Y/N: Damn. There's too much rock and stone in the way. Summer, Vert, get back.

They backed up, and summoned Galliards armor. You aimed your palm towards the wall, and blasted it with a blue energy beam. It blew away all the rocks, and shook the cave a bit. Once the smoke cleared, you saw all the rock and stone were now pebbles, but the wall was completely fine.

Y/N: Man, that thing can take a hit. What is it?

Galliard: I've never seen the vault before, so I wouldn't know.

Y/N: WHA!? I THOUGHT YOU KNEW SINCE YOU ARE THE ONE GUARDING IT!!

Galliard: I just guard it, I don't know what it looks like.

Y/N: Grrr...whatever. We still have to find a way inside.

Summer: But how? It's like this wall goes on forever.

Y/N: Vertigo, is there anyway you can find us a way to get inside quickly? We don't have much time.

Vertigo: Hmmmmm? I can't remember, hehe.

Y/N: I hate you.

You all began to scale the wall once more, and after some time, you saw a light coming from the end of the tunnel.

Y/N: There's a light up ahead. Let's go!

You began to run ahead of them.

Vertigo: Umm, I wouldn't be so hasty if I were you.

You didn't listen, and just before you took another step, Galliard came out in his armor, and grabbed the back of your collar, making you stop.

Y/N: Hey! What'd you do that for?

Galliard: Look down.

You looked below you to see a bottomless pit right in front of your foot.

Y/N: GAAAHH!! PULL ME BACK!

He yanked you back to Summer, and you crawled on top of her looking down on the floor for any traps.

Vertigo: There are traps laid out everywhere. Watch your step! Wouldn't want to die a second time now would we? Hahahahaha!

Y/N: SHUT UP!

Galliard: It looks like this way is the only way there. We gotta pass through the traps.

Summer: What kind! *tries to pry off chibi Y/N* are there?! *grunt*

Vertigo: Hmmm, if I remember, there was that pit, then some poison arrows, I think a swinging ball of death, more poison but it's gas, blades that will cut you in half. Ohh! Also poison!

Summer: *sweat drop* Thy really like poison huh?

Vertigo: I didn't make the place.

Galliard: Well, there's no point in dilly dallying anymore, let's g-Y/N!! GET OFF OF SUMMER!!

Y/N: Nu uh! You go first!

Galliard: This is your quest!

Y/N: You're the armor!

Galliard: IF YOU DON'T GET DOWN! I WON'T HELP YOU!

Y/N: GAHHH FINE WHATEVER!!

You reluctantly got off Summer, and stepped towards the edge you almost fell off. You looked around to see if there was anyway of getting passed it, and saw on the side of the wall a small ledge you could shimmy across. You slowly made your way there, and pressed your back against the wall, and slowly moved along the way. Summer followed behind you, and Galliard and Vertigo followed suit. After a few more heart wrenching moments, you made it across, and pulled Summer towards you. You reached out for Galliard, and just when he grabbed your arm.

Vertigo: *slips* WHOAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! MOMMY!!!!!!!!

He grabbed onto Galliards cape, and it sent him falling down as well, and you were pulled down, but caught the edge of the ledge you were on, stopping their fall.

Galliard: GAHH!! You idiot!

Vertigo: I'm sorry! Just pull us up please!

Y/N: Summer *grunt* a little help!

Summer grabbed onto your back, and began to pull you up. After you made it, you turned, and yanked both Galliard and Vertigo up. You were all breathing heavily, and you slapped Vertigo up the head.

Vertigo: OWWW!! What was that for!?

Y/N: For almost getting us killed! *pant* Be more careful!

Vertigo: Those ledges are slippery!

Galiard: Quiet! We made it, let's just get passed the next ones.

Summer: Where is it?

She got up, and walked forward. Just as she was about to take another step, you noticed something.

Y/N: Summer, stop!

You stopped her just before a giant blade came up from the ground. It was right in her face, and retracted back into the floor. She turned around wide-eyed, and clearly petrified.

Summer: I might have pee'd a little.

Y/N: That's gross.

You looked passed her, and saw a series of openings on the ground, but they had spaces that you could all step in between.

Y/N: Step between the cracks, and you'll be fine.

Galliard: Good eye.

Y/N: Yeah.

You took the first step, and hopped into the space as two blades rose from behind and in front of you. As you progressed, everyone followed suit one by one. As you got through, you watched as Summer was going to pass through the last one, but she had suddenly tripped, and was falling forward.

Summer: Ohh no!!

Y/N: NO!!

You got to her, and summoned the gloves of Incursio, with one hand, grabbing the blade, and the other throwing Summer over to safety.

Y/N: Hurry! *gloves crack* They won't last long!

The last two hopped to it, and made it through. You let go of the blade, and released the gloves.

Summer: Thanks.

Y/N: No problem.

Galliard: It looks like we're almost there, one more to go.

Y/N: Alright, let's do this.

You looked towards the light, and tried to scan the area in front of you, but you saw nothing. It was completely natural, too natural.

Y/N: Be careful. *summons Incursio armor*

You walked forward slowly, and kept your eyes peeled.

Y/N: Summer, activate your silver eyes powers.

Summer: Right.

Her eyes began glowing, and you all cautiously continued forward. As you made it to the middle of the open walkway, you stopped, making everyone else stop.

Summer: What is it?

Y/N: I don't like the feeling of this. It's like-

You were cut off by a poison arrow flying right passed your face.

Vertigo: Ohh god! The poison arrows!

Y/N: Get behind me Summer.

She got behind you while you clung her to your back.

Y/N: As long as I'm in the armor, I'll-*gasps*

You saw a giant ball with spikes heading right for you, and jumped out of the way with Summer, leaving Galliard and Vertigo.

Galliard&Vertigo: *cling to each other* AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

The jumped away last second, and the ball swung up, and began to come back.

Y/N: Run!

You summoned your spear, and began to run with Summer, and deflect any oncoming arrows.

Vertigo: OUT OF THE WAAAAYYYYY!!!!!

Suddenly, Vertigo and Galliard sped past you, and made it to the other side. You jumped towards them, and the ball barely missed the two of you.

Y/N: *pant* That was *pant* intense. *pant*

Just then, the cave began to fill with a green gas. Summer used her cape to cover her face.

Summer: It's the gas.

Y/N: All the traps he said are in this area, he said nothing about the ones before. Galliard, you alright?

Galliard: I'm not affected by gas. I have no physical body. Just the armor.

Vertigo: GIMME YOUR HELMET! *slaps helmet off and slams it on his head*

Y/N: Summer, take mine. *takes off helmet*

Summer: What about you?

Y/N: Well, I'm technically dead, so this gas shouldn't do anything to me. I just realized that.

You handed her the helmet, and she put it on.

Y/N: *chuckles*

Summer: What?

Y/N: You look adorable in that. *chuckle*

*BONK*

You were rubbing your head as Summer had her fist above you.

Summer: *annoyed tone* I am not adorable, I'm cute! There's a difference!

Y/N: O-Okay....*rubs head* 

You walked forward with the rest of your group, countering the gas, and finally reached the end of the shining tunnel. You looked to see an opening to another cave.

Y/N: Well, here goes nothing.

You jumped into it, and landed on the edge of a huge drop off.

Y/N: Phew, that was-*silenced by Vertigo placing hand on mouth*

Vertigo: *hushed but intense tone* SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *whispers lowly* Look in front of you.

You slowly averted your eyes forward, and went wide-eyed. In front of you was a giant grimm dragon that was the size of the mountain itself, asleep.

Summer: *whispers* I-It's huge....

Vertigo: *whispers* I think that's it...

You looked forward and saw a glowing piece in between it's eyes.

Summer&Others: *whispers* Goodluck Y/N.

Y/N: *angry whisper* WHA!? YOU EXPECT ME TO DO THIS ALONE??!!

Summer&Others: *whispers* Your quest.

Y/N's Thoughts: Jeez, thanks for the help.

You slightly leaped into the air, and softly landed on it's nose. You slowly and carefully made your way to it's eyes, and looked at the glowing piece. Just as you were about to reach for it, the dragon shifted around in it's sleep, and nearly knocked you off. You clung onto it's snout for dear life, and once it stopped, you sighed in relief. You climbed back up, and placed your hand on the glowing piece. Carefully, you began to pull the small gem out, and it began to jiggle. You were sweating oceans if you could call it, and so were the others. Summer covered her face with her cape, Galliard turned back into a sword, and rest on the wall, and Vertigo was biting rapidly on his nails. Finally, after applying more force, you pulled it out, and waited to see if the dragon would do anything.....nothing....you mentally sighed, and landed next to the others, and tip-toed out the dragon's den. After exiting, you ran as fast as you could, went through all the traps, and returned to Vertigo's chamber, and slammed the huge doors closed.

Y/N: SALEM HAS A FREAKING DRAGON!?!?!

Galliard: That, I did not expect. 

Vertigo: DID YOU SEE HOW BIG IT WAS!?!?!?

Summer: If something like that were to attack Vale, we'd be in serious trouble.

Y/N: Now then...*looks at gem*

Y/N: Well, enough about that, we have to get back to Vale.

Summer: Right.

Galliard: Wait Y/N.

Y/N: What is it?

Galiard: Use the artifact.

Y/N: Okay, but how?

Galliard: Place it in the slot where Incursio's gem lies.

Y/N: And that should work?

Galliard: I'm not too sure, but we can't wait. You say Salem is gathering her forces as we speak, correct?

Y/N: Yes.

Galliard: Then there's no time to waste. Do it Y/N, reenter the world of the living, and fight once more for what's right.

Y/N: Right.

You took out Incursio's gem, and placed in the slot. Once inside, you began to feel a surge of energy coarse through your body, it made you drop to your knees. A bright light began to form around you, and your armor released, and you were gritting your teeth.

Y/N: *distorted grunt and voice* GYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Summer: Y/N!

Galliard: Don't worry.

Summer: Huh?

She turned to him as we came out in his armor.

Galliard: He'll be fine. He is in fact the only one who can wield two imperial arms. Your husband really is something, Summer. 

Vertigo: Perhaps it's the prophecy.

Summer: What prophecy?

Galliard: It was foretold in legends even before my time. It was said a single being, no, a mortal of great strength would be the one who would defeat Salem and her armies. A Warrior of light, and wielder of great armor, and power. Y/N L/N has shown nothing but the power and will to surpass his limits.

Summer: But, how did you know?

Galliard: I saw his memories when we fused into the armor.

Vertigo: There's no doubt about it.

Galliard: He is the foretold warrior of light, and wielder of incredible armor and power.

Y/N: *distorted voice* AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! RAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summer: Y/N....

You were grunting, and trying overcome the power flowing in your body. The halo above your head had disappeared, and the winds were swirling wildly. The spirit of the Tyrant-Dragon came out, and surrounded you with it's arms.

Galliard's Thoughts: ....Brother...

Spirit Incursio: *ROOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR*

Y/N: *distorted voice* GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summer: GO Y/N!!!!!!!!!

Y/N: *distorted voice* HYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

Summer: COME BACK TO ME!!!!! COME BACK TO RUBY!!!!!

Y/N: *grunt* R-RUBY!

Summer: COME BACK TO YOUR FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Y/N: *distorted voice* SUUUMMMMMEEEERRRRRRRRR!!!!  ARGH!!!!! RUUUUUBBBBBBYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire room erupted in light, forcing them to look away. Once the light died down, it was shown you were standing there in a new set of Incursio's Armor.

Summer: Y/N?

Y/N:*exhale*........Sorry to keep ya waiting babe. Coming back from the dead is a long, hard process. 

Summer: Y/N!

She leaped into your arms as you released your armor, and embraced her. She sobbed into your chest as you smiled.

Summer: You're back....you're really back...

Y/N: Yeah, and I ain't going anywhere.

Galliard: Incredible, you caused my brother to undergo another evolution. You truly are worthy to wield us both. Y/N L/N, it's an honor.

Y/N: The honor is mine. Now then...

You raised your hand to Galliard, and a light appeared in your hand, and made Galliard return into his Key form. You picked him up, and strapped him to your back. You raised your wrist up, and the new gem shined bright.

Y/N: INCURUSIO!!!!!!!!

Your power exploded, and you were surrounded by the new armor. You picked up Summer in bridal style, and turned towards Vertigo.

Y/N: Need a ride?

Vertigo: Hmph *smirks and summons knight with wings* I'll manage.

Y/N: See you there.

Vertigo: Like wise, Warrior of Light.

Y/N: Hang on.

She buried her head into your chest, and you squatted low, before erupting upwards, shooting straight through the mountain. After a few minutes, your broke through the earth, and flew out the mountain to see it was night time. You looked towards the direction Beacon was in, and flew towards it.

Y/N's Thoughts: Watch Salem, I'm back, and I'm stronger than ever. *flies towards Vale*
