Back Few Minutes After You and Summer left your class

You and Summer were heading to the landing pads and saw an assault team of huntsman and huntresses preparing for the raid. You also saw the rest of team STRQ.

Y/N: Raven, Qrow, Tai, he called you in too?

Tai: Yeah, said it was a pretty big mission.

Qrow: And we know your going to be a part of it, so we're all going to make sure you don't disappear on us like before.

Y/N: Yeah, Yeah, whatever, alright, you all finish getting ready, I'm gonna talk to Oz.

You left them and found Ozpin who was waiting by a bullhead.

Y/N: Oz, mind filling me in on some information?

Ozpin: Like what?

Y/N: What's this relic they're looking for?

Ozpin looked around and made sure that no one was nearby to hear you two.

Ozpin: The relics are powerful artifacts that were left on this world by the gods themselves. It's here in the school, but I cannot risk it getting out that everyone will know what it is.

Y/N: Which is why we're heading out as fast as we can to deal with this?

Ozpin: Precisely.

Y/N: Alright, that's all I need to know.

You walked away, and went up to one of the huntsman who was checking his ammo for his weapon.

Y/N: Hey, do you know where we got this information from?

Huntsman: It was a reliable source, no name, just gave us a location.

Y/N: Thanks. *walks away*

Y/N's Thoughts: I don't like this. If they were never caught before, why all of a sudden be sloppy, and make it obvious that you're there?.....unless it's fake...and they plan on coming here, when we leave, the school will be defenseless.

You hid away and watched as the bullheads left one by one. A surprise to you was that Ozpin and Glynda were going as well. After making sure everyone left, you climbed to the roofs of Beacon's buildings.

Timeskip

You were sat up on the research and development building when you heard the sounds of three explosions in the distance. You turned your head and saw dust clouds coming from the front of the school

Y/N: So I was right.

You rushed over and looked around. You saw team JNPR and WBY were down and injured, then you heard fighting and saw Ruby fighting someone with duel axes. She began to run at him while the axe was right behind her.

Y/N: Fool! He's ready for your attack!

You jumped down and knocked her away.

Y/N: Don't be stupid!

The axe wielding man caught his weapon and watched in confusion.

Y/N: *points at chibi Ruby rubbing top of head* Your opponent was clearly ready for your attack! Doesn't matter how you look at it, he would've won! What were you thinking plunging in like that!?

Ruby: DAD!?

With Summer, 30 Minutes after they left

As they were on the bullhead, Summer noticed you weren't with her.

Summer: Wait, where's Y/N?

Tai: I'm sure he's around isn't he?

Raven: I didn't see him board the bullhead.

Summer went up to the cockpit where Ozpin was sitting with Glynda.

Summer: Y/N isn't here.

Ozpin: What?

He went up to the radio to check with the other bullheads.

Ozpin: BH 2 and 3, do you have the huntsman Y/N L/N on board with you?

BH 2: Negative.

BH 3: That's a no sir.

They look to their left and see three objects flying past them, they were heading towards Beacon.

Ozpin: Turn the ships around! Head back to Beacon!

Pilot: Roger. Turning back. BH 2 and 3, reroute destination, set course for Beacon.

BH 2: Roger that.

BH 3: Setting course for home.

Present

Ruby's Thoughts: Dad...be careful...

After some time, Yang had started to wake back up.

Yang: Uggh, my head. What happened?

She looked up and saw that you were facing off against Liver who didn't have a weapon.

Yang: Ruby...

Ruby: Yang!

Ruby rushed over to her and helped her get up.

Yang: My aura still hasn't come back, this isn't good. What's happening?

Ruby: Dad showed up out of no where, and he got the guy who knocked us down.

Yang: I hope he's okay.

You and Liver stared each other down, waiting for the other to move first.

Y/N: You know what my weapon is, meaning you know what happens when two people with Imperial Arms battle.

Liver: That I do.

Both teams watched from a distance.

Jaune: What's an Imperial arms?

Pyhraa: Maybe it's their weapons.

Blake: But he doesn't have one.

Liver: Haha, it seems you haven't told them what happens when two Imperial Arms wielders fight.

Ruby: Dad? What's he talking about?

Y/N: *Sigh* When two Imperial Arms wielders fight, it is guaranteed that one is going to die.

Ruby: D-Die?...

Liver: Now then, since I know your Imperial Arms, you might as well know mine. And how convenient that our fight is out in the rain.

Liver removed his glove, and it showed he was wearing a ring of sorts that that had some type of gem that shined. When he lifted his arm and held it out, small water tornado's began to form around him.

Liver: The Imperial Arms, Black Marlin! Created from the organ of an aquatic alpha major grimm that had the ability to control water. Thus, it's user can freely manipulate any liquid surrounding them. It's immensely fortunate that our battle takes place here.

Y/N's Thoughts: Of course it just had to rain now.

Y/N: A water controller huh? What are you going to do, throw water balloons at me?

He seemed annoyed by this, and began his attack.

Liver: Water Spirit Cannon!

The water spouts were then launched at you with insane speeds.

Y/N: How brazen! RAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!

You spun your spear so fast that it stopped the water from hitting you. Nyau began to get up from the rubble that he was knocked into.

Nyau: Ow, Ow, Ow...this guys strength isn't too much, since it's raining, Liver will win.

He stood up and readied his flute.

Nyau: I should back him up, too.

Ruby: No you don't! AHHHH!!!!

Ruby came down from the sky, and slashed downwards, but he was able to block it with his flute.

Ruby: I won't just sit back and let him protect me!

Nyau: This girl...you're in the way!

He knocked her back, sending her a few feet away from you.

Nyau: Huntresses-in-training...your getting cocky!

He dashed at her and began a flurry of attacks with his flute, forcing her to hold her guard as he relentlessly attacked and clashed against her scythe. During his attacks, she thought she saw an opening, and tried to slash horizontally, but he jumped behind her and kicked her in the back three times, forcing her to the ground.

Ruby's Thoughts: He's really fast, shoot.....however...

She stopped her fall, and dashed back towards her, and began to clash weapons with him at insane speeds.

Ruby: Mom is way faster!

Nyau: Hmph! Don't compare me to a mere huntress!

They clashed one more time and jumped away from each other. Nyau was busy trying to catch his breath.

Nyau's thoughts: If I hadn't been hit earlier, this little girl would be nothing.

Ruby's thought: Even with the wounds he got, he's still crazy fast.

Meanwhile, Yang and the others were focused on watching the battle between you and Liver. You stared up at him, as he stared down at you while on top of a water made dragon. Ruby and Nyau both turned to catch a glimpse of your battle while they were stuck in a clash.

Ruby: Whoa, something crazy is happening there.

Nyau: As long as there's all this rain and water, Liver will win!

Ruby: Heh! It's pretty obvious my dad is gonna win!

Nyau: No, Liver will!

Ruby: It's gonna be dad!

Liver had finished readying his attack.

Liver: Succumb to the water pressure, Y/N!

He made the dragon charge and roar as it was heading straight for you, and everyone behind you.

Liver: Ravine Serpent!

You jumped right into it, and pointed your spear forward, cutting the serpent in half.

Liver: *slow chuckle* I expected you'd go straight for the serpent rather than dodge it. Given the casualties if it had struck behind you, thus killing the students. However, now that your off the ground and in the air...There's no way you can dodge this!

He raised his ring and it shined once more. Huge spirals of water serpents began to form around you.

Liver: Dark Stream Spear!

The spears of water struck your back, and you yelled in sheer pain. The force was powerful enough to break off half of your mask, and you began to fall to the ground.

Y/N: Splashing some water around won't be enough to quench my resolve!

Liver landed back on the ground, and the water serpents circled around him, and he looked up at you.

Liver: That's right. This won't suffice to defeat you. I am well aware of that. And that's precisely why I'll have you feast on my greatest technique!

He balled his hand in a fist, and the ring shined brighter, and he aimed his fist at you.

Liver: Water Dragon's Divine Conquest!

You were swallowed whole in the middle serpent, as all the other serpents were crashing through the center, hitting you every time.

Y/N: GGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...............

After some time, the serpents disappeared, and you weren't in sight.

Liver: Is he dead?

He then looked up, and saw you coming down for a powerful strike with your spear.

Y/N: If it's ever in question, you haven't defeated your enemy!

Liver: He survived it!?

As you prepared to strike Liver, you saw Nyau dash at you with his flute, so you instead knocked him away from you, giving up the chance to kill Liver.

Nyau: Hehe, That's too bad...you missed your chance to defeat Liver.

Ruby: D-Dad...

You looked over and saw Ruby on the ground, and crescent rose was split in half.

Y/N: Ruby?

Ruby: Forgive me, dad...I couldn't..hold him off long enough...

Yang: Ruby!

Yang tried to move, but her injuries didn't allow her, similar to everyone else.

Nyau: Oh? You can still move? I told you if you kept still, I'd play with you later.

Y/N: Don't worry about it.

Your armor released off of you, revealing your cracked chest plate, and cut filled body.

Y/N: Your survival, after fighting without an Imperial Arms, is impressive enough. *smiles*

Ruby: Dad...

Ruby's Thoughts: He was even injured in the armor he wears.

Liver: After sustaining sufficient damage, it seems your Imperial Arms has released. We're almost finished.

Y/N: Heh, don't act tough. Your bleeding from your ears Liver.

He felt the blood trickling down his right ear, and was shocked.

Y/N: After pulling off those tremendous moves, your body must be worn out. Your in no condition to use your Imperial Arms, either.

Liver: If that's revealed, there's no help for it. I wanted to negotiate from a higher vantage point, but I'll simply ask. Y/N, do you have any interest in joining the queens army? Since it's you, you would probably be able to receive a second-in-command rank.

Y/N: I have no interest in working for evil.

Liver: Don't think of it as evil, think of it as serving her majesty.

Y/N's Thoughts: Her majesty?

Liver: That was the way I was saved...you could do as you plese, and be feared by all. That's right! Even those headmasters and generals who spread their tainted philosophies, would bow to you!

You stayed quiet.

Liver: Come with me, Y/N! The queen can expunge the crimes you committed against her!

Y/N: I refuse. *fixes hair out of the way of face* You may be comfortable with your current position, considering how you feel about the headmasters and generals. But I am a defender of the people. If I were to join your "queen" that's working with evil... I wouldn't be able to say that anymore.

Liver: "Defender of the People"? How typical from a huntsman.

Y/N: That's exactly why I say it with pride.

Nyau's Thoughts: He's already at his limit, too. But we still have our Trump Card. And we'll win with that.

Ruby: *slowly gets up and holds arm* Dad...

Ruby's Thoughts;: If two Imperial Arms users battle one another, it's likely only one will survive.

Y/N: Since neither of us can use our Imperial Arms...

Liver:...We'll settle this with our swords.

Liver dropped an injector from his sleeve, and injected himself with some type of liquid, and this caught you by surprise.

Liver: I'll be enhancing my strength. Since your my opponent, after all. *takes battle stance*

Ruby: Ah, Dad! This guy's dangerous!

Y/N: I'll be prepared to face a formidable opponent.

You pressed the hidden shoulder button, and a jet stream of air ejected from your back compartment, and ejected Incursio's Key, and you caught it, taking a stance of your own.

Y/N: Here I come!

You charged at Liver, as he unsheathed his sword and charged at you. Ruby watched as the two of you kept clashing swords at inhuman speeds, not letting up on a single attack.

Ruby: These can't be an injured person's movements...

Clash after clash, you bounced off of each other's attacks, and once you had clashed once more, you had enough, and decided to charge with a full on heavy attack.

Y/N: RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Liver: HHYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

You clashed swords once more, and fought each other back, not breaking the clash.

Y/N: GRRRRRRRR.........

Liver: Grrrrrrrrrrrrr......

Y/N: GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.....HHHHHHHYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With so much strength, you broke his sword, and slashed him across the body. Blood from his body flew, as he was falling back.

Ruby: Yes!

As he fell back, he grew a psychotic crazy look and smile.

Y/N: Huh!?

Liver: Hidden Technique: Blade of Blood!

The blood that flew from his body and mouth all of a sudden sharpened, and turned into thousands of tiny blood sharp darts, and flew towards you.

Y/N: So you had something up your sleeve!

You began to block as many of the blood darts as you could, but they were coming at almost unblockable speeds.

Ruby: DAD!!!

Y/N: HYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

As you tried and tried, you failed and were too slow, and some of the blood darts were able to pierce right into your body. You stabbed Incursio's Key into the ground and knelt down, using your sword as support, and were breathing heavily.

Ruby: D-Dad! Are you alright!? *slowly makes her way to you*

Y/N: These wounds aren't fatal...Don't worry...

Liver was falling to the ground, and was shocked.

Liver's thoughts: An attack that uses your own life force...To think he withstood it...Impressive.

As he fell, you watched him from the spot you were at.

Y/N: If I'd misjudged even a second, I would've lost. The moment I saw him spewing blood, I realized that was a form of liquid.

Ruby picked you up, and slung your arm over her shoulder.

Ruby: Great thinking, Dad!

Ruby's Thoughts: I might've held him back...but to think we both survived such powerful opponents! I'm so relieved.

Liver: Y/N...

You both looked over where Liver was.

Liver: There's one last thing. The real reason I decided to join her majesty's army. I was a general once, but I had also committed a crime against Remnant, and humanity. But her majesty saved me, and gave me a second chance. To simply put it, I idolized her. That's all.

Y/N: Liver....

Live: *sits up and groans* Therefore...As someone who exists solely to serve her majesty, I will take your life! *points finger at you*

You had coughed up blood out of no where, and began to cough and wheeze, surprising Ruby.

Ruby: Dad!

Y/N: *raspy voice*That vile before *coughp* wasn't merely to enhance strength...*wheeze* It was also a deadly poison! *cough* *cough*

Liver: The poison will course through someone like you, one with no resistance. You cannot be saved. I will....be going....ahead.

He dropped to the ground, and finally passed on.

Y/N: As expected from a general I guess, a draw huh? *coughs blood*

Ruby: We have to hurry and get you help!

From the distance, the sound of a flute could be heard getting louder and closer.

Y/N: *Breathes heavily* Ruby...The battle isn't over yet...*points to Nyau*

You both watched as Nyau walked towards you, playing his flute.

Nyau: Did you think the Blade of Blood was our Trump? Wrong. I am the real Trump Card.

Thunder could be heard as he continued to play.

Nyau: Secret Technique: Demon Summon.

As he said that, all of a sudden, his body grew twice it's original size, and was much more stronger, and looked bigger than before, tearing his clothes a bit, showing his newly sized muscles.

Nyau: My Imperial Arms Scream's purpose doesn't only effect others. It can also be used to affect my own body.

Ruby: He increased his strength...So this is his secret technique.

Nyau: Ah, it's been a while since I've changed into this form.

Ruby set you down, and gripped the half of crescent rose with her blade on it.

Ruby's Thoughts: This is bad. He beat me earlier...What can I do alone?

Y/N: Ruby....

Ruby turned around to see you laying on the floor.

Y/N: *Raises Incrusio's Key* Ruby, I'm entrusting this to you.

Ruby: That's...

Y/N: It's Incursio's Key. The armor will come to the one who possesses it.

Ruby *shocked* Y-You want me to use your Imperial Arms!?

Nyau: Hahahaha, That's impossible...Simply impossible! Incursio places an immense stress upon it's user.It's enough to kill someone random who's using it, right? If I were you, I wouldn't put that on. You'll be dead before you even fight. *smirks Let's just fight normally.

Ruby had a stern look on her face, and had yet to take Incursio's Key from you. You got up, and ran at her, and struck her, making her let go of the half of the weapon she had, and fall to the ground to knock sense into her.

Y/N: Don't get caught up in your enemy's words, don't be a fool! *smiles widely* Think about all your training and all you've been through! You're more than qualified to use this, Ruby!

Ruby: *rubs cheek* Dad...

Nyau's thoughts: Hmmm, Since I'm avenging the other two, I want to slice them into pieces. But if they died instantly, it would be boring.

Nyau: There's the matter of compatibility with Imperial Arms. If you aren't compatible, you'll die instantly!

Y/N: Compatibility between the Imperial Arms and you is most likely determined by first impressions, like your reaction to it's appearance. And whether you like it or not.

Flashback, Initiation Day

You came down on top of the death stalker, and smashed it's head in, killing it instantly.

Ruby: Look at that armor! He looks so cool!

Flashback End

Y/N: You can do it. Go, Ruby!

Ruby: Dad...

Y/N's Thoughts: Don't worry, I'll help you.

Ruby smirked and picked up Incursio's Key with one hand, and placed the bottom of the hilt in her other palm. You stood up behind Ruby, and held out your arm, and aimed at Ruby, and placed your other hand on your forearm. Ruby stepped forward.

Ruby: Heh, Someone I love and respect is saying all this...*your aura and Ruby's aura began to swirl wildly around her* If I don't live up to that, what kind of daughter would I be!?

Pyhraa: Mr.L/N, don't do it!

Jaune: What!?

Pyhraa: He's transferring his last bits of his aura and life source to help Ruby! He won't survive!

Yang: Uncle Y/N!

After sometime, Summer and the other huntsman, including Ozpin and Glynda arrived.

Summer: What's going on!?

Yang: Uncle Y/N and Ruby are fighting, and he's giving her his last amounts of aura and life to her!

Summer: What!?

She looked over to see that your body was glowing (F/C) and your aura and Ruby's aura were spiraling around her like a tornado.

Summer: Y/N! RUBY!

She tried to run, but Ozpin stopped her.

Ozpin: It's too dangerous!

Summer: Let me go! RUBY!!!!!! Y/N!!!!!!

Ruby's aura began to merge with yours, and was filling her with strength and power she never felt before.

Nyau: Ah, then your putting it on? Well then...I'll kill you before you can kill yourself!

He leaped into the air, but Ruby had finished gathering all of the power she could from herself, and unknown to her, from you.

Y/N: SHOUT IT OUT, RUBY! WITH YOUR RAGING SPIRIT!

Ruby: HYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

The gem in the middle of Incursio's Key shined bright red, and activated.

Ruby: IIINNNCUUUUURSSSIIIOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From behind her, Incursio's Armor appeared bursts through the ground behind her and crossed his arms. Then, it's face mask broke as the tyrant dragon roared itself to life.

Y/N's Thoughts: The armor....It's changing form to suit Ruby's body!

As Ruby stood there with Incursio's Key impaled in the ground, the tyrant dragon leaned forward towards Ruby, and she was surrounded with swirling winds of fire and her aura.

Nyau: *shocked* What's with that armor!? Don't tell me...It's raw form is still alive!

Y/N: Incursio was created by purifying raw materials taken from a tyrant, a dragon-type grimm whose life force exceeds that of any other. That dragon could wander any land, whether burning desert of freezing tundra. It could survive any environment by evolving itself and adapting. Even after being used in an Imperial Arms, the dragons flesh is still alive!

Nyau: Wh-What an incredible Imperial Arms....

As her face was covered by the mask, it was seen that her bright silver eyes had changed to the red irises of the tyrant-dragon's. It was also seen that through the mask, she was crying.

Y/N: Ruby...I see...Your passion...has caused Incursio to evolve once more!

She spun around, and after it was complete, Ruby was now wearing the full set of Incursio's armor, except it was now black with red outlinings, and still had the bright yellow eyes that covered hers.

Ruby: The three beasts...You've committed crimes and murders against all of remnant! It's time to accept your punishment!

Nyau: Hmph, You're suddenly full of yourself.

Ruby: I feel it...This armor is vigorously increasing my strength! *points to Nyau* I will defeat you!

Nyau: *growls* Go ahead and try! *dashes forward with a punch*

Ruby: HHYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!! *runs forward and throws her own punch*

Both of their strikes clash with each other, and they fight for dominance in the clash.

*CRASH*

Nyau: *GASPS*

Ruby: HHHHYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ruby punched him so hard, he was sent flying into the wall behind him, and blood covered the cracked wall he was on. His eyes were rolled to the back of his head, and he fell down and his body returned to normal, but was void of any life. You were sat on the ground, watching the whole thing.

She tightened her grip on her arm as her emotions inside were beginning to overflow.

Ruby: S-So...So...It's okay if I cry now, right....*sobs*........*sobs*d-*sobs*d-daddy? *louder sobs* AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *sob* *sob* *sob* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summer had seen everything, and ran to Ruby and engulfed in her biggest hug, as they knelt there crying their hearts out. Everyone was crying or at least sobbing. There was a light shining next to Summer and Ruby, and it was Incursio's Key. It was changing form, and instead of a sword, it became a long scythe like Ruby's crescent rose, but didn't have a firing mechanism. She began to sob even more, and they both cried their hearts, for they have lost the husband and father, that they had just reunited with.
