Timeskip, The Next Day

You and Summer were at Beacon waiting for the bullhead that would take you to Mountain Glenn. While waiting, you heard someone approaching you and saw it was professor Ozpin.

Y/N: Oz, what brings you here?

Ozpion: Just came to wish you good luck. Mountain Glenn is very dangerous, especially now with reports of grimm activity increasing in the area. The bullheads can't drop you off at the mountain, there's too much grimm to ensure a safe get away, so they will drop you to the town nearest to the mountain.

Summer: How far is it from the town?

Ozpin: A day's hike is all.

Summer: Uggh, you know Ozpin, I'm not young anymore.

Y/N: You still got the same childish attitude.

Summer: Hush you! *pouts*

Ozpin: *chuckles* Well, I have work to attend to, good luck.

Y/N: Thank you Oz.

He walked away, and a few minutes later, the bullhead arrived to take you to the town.

Y/N: Ladies first~ *bows*

Summer: *giggles* Why thank you kind sir. *steps on the bullhead*

Y/N: Anything for you, my darling~

You stepped onto the bullhead and headed off to begin the journey. As you were riding the bullhead, Summer leaned on you with her head on your shoulder.

Summer: It's been so long since it was just us.

Y/N: Yup, just the two of us on a mission to bring me back to life.

Summer: We need to spend more quality time with each other. We were always so busy.

Y/N: When I'm back to life, lets take a trip away from Vale, how about a cruise?

Summer: Hmmmm, nahh, I get sea sick.

Y/N: Well, what do you have in mind?

Summer: How about we fly over to a nice exotic island, and stay in a nice big beach house, we can invite some friends, and Ruby can bring some as well.

Y/N: A nice big get away for everyone? I like the sound of that.

Summer: Me too, it could give me a chance to wear the swim suit I bought.

Y/N: You bought a swim suit?

Summer: Mhmm, wanna see a picture of me in it? It's such a cute swim suit.

She pulled out her scroll, and when you saw the picture, you had nose bleed.

Y/N: W-Wow, Summer, y-you really kept your body in shape huh?

Summer: *giggles* You like?~

Y/N: Y-Yeah.

Summer: Well, you'll have to wait and see later on~

Y/N: Such a tease~

You pressed your foreheads together and smirked at each other, until....

You both looked to see the bullhead's flight attendant sitting by the cockpit staring at you guys with a "really?" facial expression.

Y/N: U-Uhhh, hehe, sorry.

He just shook his head and went back to looking at his scroll.

Y/N: Well, I'm going to get some shut eye, it's going to take sometime to get there, and I'm tired.

Summer: Here, you can sleep on my lap if you'd like.

Y/N: You're too good to me.

You laid down on the seats, and rested your head on Summer's lap, and she stroked your hair which was helping you fall asleep.

Summer: Sleep well honey.

Y/N: *Yawn* Night night. *falls asleep*

Summer's Thoughts: *giggles* Yes, sleep well my love. *smirk*

Summer: Excuse me, you wouldn't happen to have a permanent marker would you?

Flight Attendant: Yeah, here *tosses marker* What are you gonna do?

Summer: Ohh, nothing~ *smirks and uncaps marker*

The bullhead landed at the docking station of the town by Mountain Glenn, and when the door opened, Summer skipped out with a smile on her face, while you walked in dread and regret for falling asleep because you had a ridiculous mustache drawn on your face with a monocle on your right eye.

Y/N: Why did I marry you? *glares*

Summer: Because I'm adorable~ *pecks cheek and skips along into the town*

You and Summer walked towards the town, and at the entrance, you saw a man standing at the entrance, and another person standing beside him.

???: Ahhh, you must be the two warriors that Ozpin informed me of. Please, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Michael, and I am the mayor of this nice, small town. And this is my assistant, Connor.

Connor: It's nice to meet you. Ummm, why do you have marker on your face?

Y/N: Don't ask...*glares at Summer who is looking away with hands behind her back and whistling*

Michael: *chuckle* Well, allow me to show you around.

Y/N: As much as I would love a tour, I would like to just find the path to Mountain Glenn.

Connor: The path is dangerous, and to get to Mountain Glenn from here, it will take at least three days.

Y/N: Th-Three days!?!?! Oz said it would take just one!

Michael: It use to be one, but the number of grimm attacks has increased, and more of the creatures have showed up, making it even more dangerous than before. There have been even sightings of Goliaths in the area.

Summer: Wow, those are a rare species of grimm.

Connor: Thus we insist that you stay here for at least a day to rest up, and prepare anything else you need for the journey.

Y/N: Well, when you put it like that, I guess we have no choice. Do you have a nice inn that we could stay at?

Connor: Of course, we'll take you there after we have finished the tour.

Michael: Come, let us not waste time.

You all got into the mayor's car, and proceeded with a tour of the town.

Timeskip, After the Tour

The car stopped at a nice big looking inn, and you and Summer got out with your things.

Y/N: Thank you again for your hospitality.

Michael: No no, please, it's my pleasure. Now then, have a good day.

The mayor drove off, and you and Summer walked into the inn and saw a lady at the front desk.

???: Hi, my name's Elizabeth, it's a pleasure to meet you! Are you the huntsman and huntress the mayor told me about?

Y/N: That we are ma'am. I believe we have a room reserved for us? Last name is L/N.

Elizabeth: Yes, here you are, it's our best room. *hands key and looks you up and down* Hmmmm, if you remove the drawing on your face, you're quite handsome, tell me, are you seeing anyone?~ *leans on desk and winks*

You blushed at her comment, meanwhile, Summer was behind you gritting her teeth, and had a dark aura around her.

Y/N: Uhhh, hehe, well, yeah I kinda am.

Elizabeth: Well, if things don't work out, here's my number honey~

She slipped her number into your pocket, and you knew something bad was coming. All of a sudden, you felt something hit the back of your head, and you blacked out. Summer was behind you with a fist, and smiling.

Summer: Actually he's married, TO ME!!! *glares at Elizabeth* Try anything, and no one will hear from you again, got it?

Elizabeth: *shrinks to chibi form and cowers* Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes m-m-ma'am...

Summer: *smiles brightly and takes key* Good! Have a nice day!~ *picks chibi you up and carries you to bedroom*

You were icing the back of your head while Summer was setting up the bags for the journey.

Y/N: *groan* Did you really have to do that?

Summer: You shouldn't have taken her number.

Y/N: She slipped it into my shirt pocket!

Summer: Hmph! Well now you have to treat me to dinner to make it up to me.

Y/N: Uggh, I'm going to go wash this stuff off my face.

You left to the bathroom, and began to scrub. At first you thought it would come off instantly, but when you looked into the mirror, you saw not even the slightest of fades.

Y/N: Summer! Did you use perma-marker!?

Summer: Serves you right! Flirt!

Y/N: She flirted with me!!!

Summer: I don't care!!!

Y/N: Ughh!!! *mumbles* "You shouldn't have taken her number." "Well now you have to treat me to dinner to make it up to me." Blah blah blah...

Summer poked her head into the bathroom slowly and had a look that made you turn white.

Summer: Did you say something dear? I didn't quite hear that. *crazy stare*

Y/N: *turns into chibi Y/N* n-n-n-n-no d-d-d-dear, I-I-I didn't-t-t-t say anything-g-g-g...

Summer: Mhmmmmm....*slowly retracts from door*

Y/N's Thoughts: Scary.....

After twenty minutes, you had finally gotten the marker off of your face, and exited the bathroom to see Summer waiting.

Summer: Well, are you going to take me to dinner or what?

Y/N: Uggh, you're so needy.

Summer: *clings to your arm and pecks your cheek* But that's why you love me. *smiles*

You both walked out of the inn, and began to walk to the restaurant that the mayor recommended to try. When you got there, you were met with a man in a nice suit at a podium.

Waiter: Ahhh, welcome, table for two I presume?

Y/N: Yes please.

Waiter: Right this way. *smiles*

He led you and Summer to an outside table that was next to a nice, small bonfire. After he took your orders, you looked out to the night sky, and stared at it's beauty.

Y/N: It's a beautiful night isn't it?

Summer: Yeah, this is nice. Me and you, just the two of us, spending time with just each other.

Y/N: Yeah, it is. *takes Summer's hand*

You and Summer stared into each other's eyes, and smiled brightly at each other. Your food had arrived, but just as you were about to dig in, you heard a scream come across the street. You saw about 5 armed men robbing the store across from you, pointing guns and swords at the lady behind the counter. You were about to get up, but Summer stopped you.

Summer: No, I got this. You need to save your energy.

She walked over, and pulled out her Summer Slammer. When the thugs were walking out they stopped when they saw her in front of them.

Robber 1: Get out of the way lady if you know what's good for ya.

Summer: Please, if I were you, I would just put the money down.

Robber 2: Lets get her boss.

The men began to surround her, and everyone began to stare at the scene in front of them while Summer smirked.

After the men surrounded her, one charged at Summer, and went to slash her down, but Summer blocked the attack, and kicked him twice in the gut before slashing him away and knocking him out.

Robber 4: Tch, damn you, you'll pay for that!

He rushed in, and Summer jumped over his head, and landed on top of him, sending him to the ground, then kicked him, knocking him out. The second and third rushed at the same time, and Summer kept blocking their strikes, and slashed one down to the ground, and knocked the other away into a wall. After that, it was the last thug left with the money. He tried to run, but Summer sped up to him using her semblance, and kicked the guy in the back of the head, and knocked him out. Police showed up and arrested the thugs, and Summer was being praised by everyone who saw what happened, and made her way back to you.

Y/N: Well, that was subtle.

Summer: Ehh, what can I say? It's just how I roll. *smirks*

Y/N: *boops her nose* Boop.

She giggled when you did that, and the two of you spent the rest of your evening together without anymore interruptions. Once you made it back to the inn, you flopped onto the bed, and closed your eyes. You tried to sleep, but felt a sudden weight on your lap. You opened one eye and saw Summer sat on your lap.

Y/N: Summer?

Summer: You thought the night was over? *giggles and smirks and leans to your ear to whisper* It's just getting started honey~

Y/N's Thoughts: *gulps*Ohh , my Oum, I don't think I'm gonna have the energy to walk tomorrow...*blushes a dark shade red*

And on that night, Elizabeth's heart broke from hearing the loud, lewd noises that were coming from your room.

Chibi Elizabeth: *crying* No fair, how come I don't have any fun *continues to cry*
