A/N: Coolio! 906 views! Thanks all!😇 I would have posted this ealier today, but got caught up in some other stuff. I'll have Part 2 coming soon, and to be honest Part 1 (this one here) is kinda 'basic'. I don't find that there is as much stuff going on, but I felt that I should include this as a chapter. So, that's all I have to say for now. Thannks for viewing, commenting, and voting!😀

The next morning, Lloyd rolled out of bed. Literally. With a loud thud, he fell out of bed and his night stand shook.

“Ouch.” Lloyd muttered as he rubbed the side of his head.

He took a quick glimpse of his calendar and saw it was the weekend. Knowing this Lloyd headed out of his room, still in his green pj’s. He quickly brushed his teeth, and heard the others downstairs. Lloyd then headed down, rubbing the last bit of sleep out of his eyes.

“Hiya Lloyd.” Jay said cheerfully as he got a cup of juice

“Hey.” Lloyd said

He then turned and came face to face with Loriah

“Glad to see you up.” Lloyd said with a grin

“Glad to be up.” Loriah said with a smirk

Jackson sniggered into his glass. Lloyd rolled his eyes.

“Hey Nya.” Lloyd said as he spotted both Nya and Kai

“Hey Lloyd- Kai cut it out, it's only a sprain, not the end of the world.” Nya said as she inched away from Kai, who was trying to look at her wrapped wrist for the fifth time

“Where's Echo?” Lloyd asked as he got himself down a bowl

“Still asleep. He was determined not to go to bed last night.” Jackson said with a grin

“Do you know how long I am suppose to keep this darn cast on for? It's be less than 12 hours and i am already annoyed with it.” Loriah said, with a tint of annoyance

“Good question- hey Zane how long is that suppose to be on for?” Jay asked

There was nothing but silence

“Zane?” Cole asked as he quickly looked around the room

“Was he still asleep?” Jay asked Lloyd

“I'm not sure.” Lloyd said honestly

Cole quickly left to go peek in Zane's room, before quickly returning.

“He isn't  in his room.” Cole said, slightly worried

“Alright, let's check the bounty first before anybody panics.” Lloyd said calmly

The group quickly divided up. Loriah headed to go check the game room while the others check the rest off the bounty.

“Stupid cast.” Loriah muttered as she entered the room.

She quickly surveyed the room,concluded nothing was there. Loriah was about to leave until a pillow that had been on the couch, caught her attention.

“Why is this on the floor?” Loriah questioned as she went over to pick it up.

She then turned to set it on the couch, before jumping back slightly. There was Zane, sleeping peacefully on the  couch while holding what looked like a blue scroll tightly in  his hands. Before Loriah left to tell the other, she noticed  frost in Zane's hair, and dirt marks all over his gi.

“Wait, last I saw him he was in his pajamas.” Loriah muttered to herself

Loriah decided she would question him once he was up. She then made her way to the doorway.

“It’s fine, he is in the game room.” Loriah called

A few minutes later all the others then came in.

“The game room of all places!” Jay exclaimed in surprise as Zane mumbled something in his sleep.

“Give the guy a break, let ‘em sleep.” Cole said with a yawn

“Well, I am headed to go get something to eat.” Kai said before he headed off

The others soon followed, leaving Loriah alone in the room with Zane.

“What have you been doing Zane?” Loriah quietly asked as she sat across from him.

Loriah then started quietly playing a game, and successfully beat all the guys high scores.

“Lloyd will be amazed at your score, you know.”

Loriah quickly turned around and saw Zane sitting up, watching her.

“How long have you been up?” Loriah asked as she shut off the game

“4 minutes, 35 seconds to be precise.” Zane said with a small smile

“You and numbers.” Loriah said, grinning

“Anyway, where have you been?” Loriah asked, gesturing at the dirt marks

“My home.” Zane said as he unrolled the scroll and started looking at it

“Meaning?” Loriah questioned, as she only knew the bounty being Zane's home.

“Birchwood forest.” Zane answered, not looking up

“Am I to guess you were the rustling I heard last night?” Loriah asked

“More than likely. My sleeve got stuck on a loose nail.” Zane responded

“So you did this in the middle of the night, not letting any of the others know?” Loriah asked, finding that it was very un‘Zane’ like

“That is correct.” Zane said with a nod

“What exactly are you looking at with that scroll?” Loriah said

“To help repair something in need. It happens to be a copy of a blueprint.” Zane said as he rolled it back up. Loriah managed to get in a small glance, seeing a bit of what had looked like a beak.

Zane then stood up.

“I have something of an urgent matter that I need to work on. May I suggest you go eat something. Also you need your cast on for at least 4 days if you drink a cup of healing tea each day otherwise, 2 weeks at a minimum without the tea. Let Nya know that she should drink a cup of healing tea, and her wrist will be all healed by tomorrow morning.” Zane said before he headed off and out of the game room.

Loriah gave a nod before she headed off as well.

“Did they get the fire stone?” Spar asked as he looked down at a photo

“Yes.” the shadow said hesitatingly

“Good.” Spar then said with a smile

“Good?” the shadow questioned in surprise

“Correct. Let them get them all and save me all the extra work. Only difference is, I have some bigger plans.” Spar said

“Yes, sir.” the shadow said

“Knowing them, they're heading for the water stone next. Seeing from what happened earlier, only three of them are going to get it.” Spar said thoughtfully

Spar then turned faced the other shadows.

“Go start the process. Prepare the others for the Water Temple.” Spar commanded.

The shadows gave a salute before they left.

Loriah entered the kitchen to find Cole and Jay arm wrestling, Lloyd washing dishes, Jackson messing around with a pile of goo, and Nya eating a piece of toast.

“Hey Loriah.” Nya said with a slight wave.

“Hello, Zane says if you drink a cup of healing tea today, your wrist will be completely healed by tomorrow.” Loriah said with a soft smile

“Alright, thanks!” Nya said cheerfully

Loriah looked around the room.

“Wheres Kai?” she asked

“He left to go get dress and regel his hair.” Lloyd said with a grin as he dried his hands

Everyone sniggered at this.

“Annnd sit!” Jackson commanded the goo, which had shapeshifted into a tiny puppy.

“Woah! You got it to shapeshift!?” Jay exclaimed in amazement, losing his focus which allowed Cole to pin his arm down

“You’ve gotten stronger.” Cole said, faintly impressed

“Lloyd and I are going to go set the course for the next stone.” Nya fhen announced

“Ok.” Loriah said, while Jay and Jackson were absorbed in their conversion.

Lloyd and Nya then left, leaving Loriah alone with the three others.

“Is Echo up yet?” Loriah asked, wondering about something

“Yeah, he finished up eating and went to go get dress right before you came back here.” Cole answered

With that said, Loriah then headed upstairs.

“Hey Echo?” Loriah asked as she knocked on the door

“Cmon in.” Echo responded, slightly muffled

Loriah went and and found Echo pulling on the last bit of his shirt.

“Hiya Loriah!” Echo said cheerfully as he grabbed the brush lying on his bed and tried to smooth down his messy, copper hair.

“Hey Echo, I was a couple questions I was wondering if you could answer.” Loriah said as she watch Echo do several attempts on his hair. All leading to the same thing, it bounced right back up.

“Sure, what's up?” Echo said as he tossed the bush back onto his bed and turned to her

“Well, it's about Zane.” Loriah started off with

“He went back home didn't he?” Echo asked

“Yeah, but I was just wondering why.” Loriah said

There were muffled sparking noises coming from the connected wall.

“He went back to get blue prints.” Echo said as he sat on the floor and Gizmo rolled up to him.

“I noticed that. What exactly are they for?” Loriah said

“For the falcon. I forgot that I had helped take you back, so you didn't see what the others had seen.” Echo said quietly

“Why, what happened?” Loriah said as she started to grow tired of standing and sat across from Echo instead.
“From what Lloyd, Jay, and Kai told me, Spar ruined my brother's falcon. They had said they had never seen him so broken and angry looking. They also said that Spar had insulted both me and our father.” Echo said softly, looking down

“No, he didn't.” Loriah said in disbelief. She knew that his falcon was one of the things Zane held dearly in his heart, and the both Echo and Dr.Julian were also high points.

“He did. I waited beside Zane until he woke up. He already told me that there was a strong likelihood he would head back to Birchwood Forest. When I asked him why, he said to help him have a moment to himself, and to get a replica copy of the falcons original blueprints.” Echo explained.

“So he needed a cool down moment?” Loriah said

“Precisely. PIXAL is more than likely stilling talking to him, to prevent him from doing anything irrational.” Echo said with a slight grin.

“Irrational?” Loriah questioned, slightly puzzled

“You would be amazed at the things my brother could or can do when he's mad.” Echo said with a smile

There was then a loud crash and bang coming from Zane's room.

Echo looked at his watch.

“I would say he is around three quarters of the way done, and the metal just fell.” Echo predicted

Loriah then looked at the clock, with it reading noon.

“I should probably go get dressed fully.” Loriah said as she gestured at her midnight blue pajamas

“That's probably a good idea. And I need to go talk to Zane anyways.” Echo said with a grin.

Nya voice then came on over the speakers.

“We are on our way to the Water Temple. Without any problems, we should be there by midday tomorrow.” Nya said

Lloyd's voice then cut it.

“Meeting out on the deck in around an hour , we need to make a plan.” Lloyd said, before the speakers turned off

“Thanks for the info Echo.” Loriah said kindly as she got up and Echl gave a kind wave.

“Course!” he said cheerfully as Loriah then headed back to her room.
