Everyone watched as Zane then groaned and slowly opened his eyes.

“Zane?” Lloyd questioned excitedly as everyone then turned their attention

“Lloyd? Why is everything so bright?” Zane  questioned when he then covered his eyes

“I’d say Zane is all good.” Kai said cheerfully

“Well that’s at least one good thing that came out of this situation.” Loriah said

Zane turned his head and uncovered his eyes slightly.

“Am I to guess that he took that silver box?” Zane asked

“100%. Now we lost half the stones.” Jay said

Zane then fully uncovered his eyes, having them adjust to the brightness from the sun. He then tried to stand up, but found himself unable to do so. Zane then just only sat upright with his hands behind him.

“Well it seems I can’t get up at this moment. Could one of you go get the white and copper box from ontop my dresser?” Zane requested

“I got it.” Loriah said as so quickly got up and headed to get it

Loriah then came back a moment later, carrying the box. She then handed it to Zane.

“Thank you very much, Loriah” Zane said with a smile as he took it from her

“What’s in the box Zane?” Nya questioned

“You’ll see.” Zane said with a grin

Zane then unlatched a hidden lock on the box. He then opened it, revealing two stones.

“Alright, I’m lost. We just saw them get handed over to the guy.” Cole said confused

“Not exactly. His are fake.” Zane said

“How did you manage to pull this off?” Kai asked bemused

“Simple, really. when we got back, I immediately noticed Echo wasn’t himself. I just simply went with it. While you all were talking about the map, PIXAL and I were making a plan because we figured the intruder wanted the stones. We decided that I would make identical replica’s to the real thing. So I painted and carved some regular rocks to look just like the actual stones.” Zane explained

“Oh! Is that why you threw a shuriken at me, cause you were making them?” Jay asked

“Exactly.” Zane said with a nod

“Wait, if you did all of this before we went to get the lightning stone, howd you know what it would look like then?” Kai questioned

“I didn’t. I went off of a guess since the other two seemed to perfectly match Cole  and Lloyd.” Zane said

“Wait, then who has the true lightning stone?” Cole asked

Jay reached into the pocket of his gi and pulled out the stone.

“I’ve had it this whole time.” Jay said with a grin

Jay then set the stone in the box. Zane relocked the box and tried to pull himself onto his feet again.

“Lloyd and Loriah can you come help me please?” Zane asked as he managed to shakily pull himself onto his feet.

“Sure.” they both said, leaving the others to clean up the deck

Lloyd and Loriah both followed Zane up to Echo and Jackson’s room. He then showed them where Echo and Jackson.

“What happened to them?” Loriah asked softly as she brushed back some of Jackson’s hair out of  his closed eyes.

“From my understanding, they both were heavily dosed with sleeping tea. I need your assistance moving them to their beds as I am in no condition to do so.” Zane said sincerely as he looked at them all.

Both agreed. Lloyd moved Jackson to his bed, while Loriah moved Echo to his. Zane then sat on the side of Echo.

“Call if you need anything.” Lloyd said with a smile

Lloyd and Loriah then left. The two then headed downstairs and met up with the others in the kitchen

“Who wants the honors of making dinner, cause I would prefer not to eat a soup that’ll glue my mouth shut.” Kai asked as he leaned up against the fridge

“Hey!” Cole yelled, slightly offended by Kai’s words

Kai shrugged.

“I can if you want.” Nya offered

They others all agreed.

“Alright, let me put something up in my room.” Nya said before she headed upstairs

Nya put a few weapons away in her room before getting ready to head back downstairs. She peeked into Echo and Jackson’s  room and saw Zane fast asleep beside Echo. Nya smile at the sight of it, before gently pulling the door up.

Lloyd and Jay both yawned as they headed upstairs. The two had a video game tournament after the others headed to their rooms. Jay swore he beat Lloyd by one point, but Lloyd disagreed.

“I'm telling ya I won.” Jay said with a yawn

“Nuh uh.” Lloyd said as he rubbed his eyes

The two were about to split up to their rooms, when they passed Echo and Jackson’s room. Jay and Lloyd both stopped in their tracks as they heard whimpering coming from the room. The two then shared a look before opening the door, the room was then bathe with the light from the hall. They then saw Zane shivering in his sleep.

“No...please...leave them alone..” Zane whimpered in his sleep.

Jay and Lloyd quick went into the room.

“Zane! Wake up, it's only a nightmare.” Lloyd hissed

Zane shivered again before he ended up rolling out of the bed with a thud.

“Ouch.” Zane said, as he was now half awake

Jay then started to pull Zane to his feet.

“Can’t a guy sleep in peace?”

Jay ended up dropping Zane as he and Lloyd quickly turned to see Jackson rubbing his eyes.

“You're awake!” Jay cried out

“Why wouldn't I be?” Jackson asked as he slid out of bed

“You’ve been out cold.” Lloyd said

“Have I now?” Jackson asked, slightly confused

“Yeah, least that's what Zane said, right Zane?” Jay said

“Zane?” Jay asked as he turned around to see the tired nindroid went back to sleep, his chest rising and falling softly.

“Well guess we'll try to explain it to you then.” Jay said after he nudged Zane, who was still fast asleep.

“After we left to get Zane and Lloyd, we think you got knocked out, and Echo was then the same. A shifter or something took Echo’s form, then possessed Zane to get the stones. He failed, cause Zane outsmarted him.” Jay said with a yawn

“You and Echo were heavily dosed with sleeping tea.” Lloyd corrected

“Well that explains a lot.” Jackson said as he walked over to them

Jackson then saw Zane asleep on the floor behind Jay and Lloyd.

“I would said somebody had rough couple days.” Jackson said with a smile as he gestured at Zane

Jay and Lloyd both turned around.

“Yeah, he has had it worst that the rest of us.” Lloyd said unhappily

“I'm exhausted see ya tomorrow.” Jay said with a yawn

Jay then headed off to his room, just as Zane started shivering in his sleep again

“Jackson do you have anything that you did when Zane had nightmares?” Lloyd asked
Jackson thought for a moment.

“Actually I do.” Jackson said

He then kneeled down beside Zane and whispered something to him; Zane immediately stopped shivering and smiled slightly in his sleep. Jackson then stood up and looked over at Lloyd, who was staring in amazement.

“How'd you do that?” Lloyd asked

“He had nightmares when we were kids. I learned that if I told him his favorite thing, he’d calm down.” Jackson said with a grin

Lloyd nodded before yawning and rubbing his eyes.

“You should head to bed, I got the two of them.” Jackson said kindly

“Alright. Cya tomorrow.” Lloyd said as he headed out to his room

Jay came downstairs the next morning and found everyone except Echo downstairs already.

“Come out onto the deck when you're ready Jay.” Kai called as he, Lloyd, Cole, Jackson and Loriah headed off.

Jay nodded and then looked over at Nya and Zane, who were arguing.

“Zane you are not going out there without getting something to eat.” Nya said

“I told you Nya, I’m fine.” Zane insisted

“You have gone a full day without eating. Just because your a nindroid doesn't mean you can skip eating.” Nya retorted

Zane was about to say something, but Nya spoke first.

“PIXAL tell him he needs to eat.” Nya said

“Fine fine, you win.” Zane said defeated

Nya smiled and then waved over to Jay.

“Hey Jay!” Nya then said cheerfully as she and Jay started headed out to the deck

“Chocolate bars don't count Zane!” Nya called out

“Dang it.” Zane mumbled

Several minutes later Zane came out onto the deck, eating a bar.

“Zane…” Nya started

“It's a granola bar.” Zane said

“Zane!”

Zane then stumbled a bit as Echo leapt onto him.

“I'm happy to see you too little brother.” Zane said with a big smile as he put Echo onto his shoulders.

“Well isn't this a great way to start a morning.” Jackson said with a big grin.
