The moment Jackson said that, all of them did as they were told. Loriah and Zane froze all around and behind the car. The guys flipped the switches and there was a clink sound. The girls pressed the buttons and there was another clink. They looked back and saw the morphs serving around before crashing into each other.

Jackson grinned at the sight of it.

“Challengers work well on ice, if they have the right tires on them. Which those guys don't have.” Jackson explained as he slowed down some.

All of them then looked back at the morphs, which had turned into their human forms. They narrowed their eyes before changing to large wolfs. They gave off howls before running towards the ninja.

“Huh, wasn't expecting that one.” Jackson said as the wolf’s started to catch up.

“What do we do!?” Jay cried out

“Dude, if you keep yelling like that, I'm going to lose my hearing before I turn 20.” Jackson said as he rubbed his ear with one hand before the car started to speed up.

“Lucky for you all, I have a plan C.” Jackson said with a grin before taking a turn towards as grassy, slightly forestry area.

“What happened to plans A and B?” Kai asked

“Both failed, but this one won't.” Jackson replied as he watched himself outspeed the wolfs.

Within a few minute, Jackson came to a halt within a cave that had vines covered if the top of it.
Jackson stopped the car and got out, holding a small machine. He hooked it up against the side entrance of the cave, and pressed a button.

“Kay, this will keep them from coming in here unless one of you disable it. They won't be able to see you, but you can see them.” Jackson explained as the others scrambled out. He then pulled out a small satchel.

“Where are you going?” Cole asked

“To give them some fun.” Jackson said with a mischievous grin

They then heard howls coming close

“C'mon Zane.” Jackson said

He then turned around before he left

“Do not damage my car. That goes to you green machine.” Jackson said in a semidangerous voice

Lloyd glared at Jackson.

“Have you seen your phone?” Jackson mused before he left with Zane.

Lloyd pulled out and looked it over. Sure enough, it was covered with scratches all over the case. Loriah heard Lloyd mutter something inaudible before he stuck his phone back into his pocket.

Around fifteen minutes passed, and there was no noise. Loriah remained standing while the others sat down and waited. She had her powers at the ready, even though they were now extremely weakened. There was then rustling coming from the trees, and all of the team looked up. Jackson then emerged from the trees; his hair messier than before.

“Guys? It's alright to come out now!” Jackson hollered

The ninja then got up, but Loriah had them wait. She carefully studied Jackson's features. He looked the same as usual, but something felt off.

“Wasn't Zane with him?” Cress questioned

Loriah nodded in agreement

“Guys, c'mon I need your help. Zane's in trouble.” Jackson said as he looked around

Kai then tried to go forward, but Nya held him back.

“Jackson said he would come back in here once everything was fine.” Nya said as she pulled Kai back

“But Zane's in trouble.” Kai countered as he tried to fight his sister's iron grip.

“Lorrriaaahhh. I know you're around here. Come out of hiding love.” Jackson then called as he brushed his hair aside.

There was rustling again, and Jackson came out.

Loriah was then completely confused.

Now the group had seen everything. There standing were two Jackson's. One's look was unreadable and the other was infruitated.

“Don't you dare call Loriah 'love’.” the second Jackson snarled before punching the first Jackson right in the face.

The first Jackson stumbled backwards from the hit. The group then watched as the the first Jackson then changed into one of the black haired morphs.

“Get going before I decide to do something worse.” the real Jackson said coldly

The morph then stumbled up before rushing away.

Jackson then looked satisfied before walking back by the bushes. He then reemerged, pulling Zane in tow. Jackson then came back into the cave and pulled Zane in so he was propped up against the wall.

“You lot all good?” Jackson asked with his usual grin

“We are now. What's wrong with Zane?” Lloyd asked as he looked over at him

Zane looked semiconscious; but his eyes were dazed looking and unfocused.

“There..were...tiny….little..Dragons...” Zane slurred, unfocused

“Bite from a dragonviper...again.” Jackson said as he pushed up the right sleeve of Zane's gi.

They then saw two fang bite makes on his upper arm.

“The fangs are sharp enough to pierce through metal.” Jackson explained to clear the confused looks from the others

“Did you guys manage to deal with the other morphs before this?” Cole asked as he gestured at Zane, who was still slurring incoherently

“They probably are still stuck within the rope. Least 3 of them are. The fourth changed into a dragonviper and did these. The fifth, as you could see, was trying to get in here.” Jackson answered as he flipped through a little journal.

“Alright, is Zane going to be alright?” Jay asked

Jackson then quickly read through a page in his journal.

“All my stuff to reverse the bite is back in my lab. Before we head home, lemme try to fix you guys up.” Jackson replied before putting his journal back into his pocket.

“Kai, could you go into the trunk and bring me my grey backpack?” Jackson asked as he then made Zane stay seated

Kai did so. He looked in the trunk and saw there were two other bags. He grabbed the grey one and handed it to Jackson.

“Thank a you. Cole and Cress, can you keep Zane in place for me please? I need my hands.” Jackson said

Cole and Cress agreed. The two then walked place with Jackson. He then opened up the backpack and pulled out a magnet set, a tiny lab kit, and a microscope. He spread everything out, and clicked a button on the mini lab kit, which then with a 'pop’ changed into a full size lab kit.

“Do you carry this stuff around all the time?” Loriah asked bemused

“Nah, just for this time since you said your powers weren't working.” Jackson said

He then finished setting everything up with a minute.

“Who wants to have a go first?” Jackson asked as he put on a pair of glasses, where the right lense had several more attached.

“I go first.” Lloyd said

He then took a seat beside the table

“Kay, so what happened and where?” Jackson questioned

“We were fighting the morphs. They were really fast. After a couple minutes of fighting, all of us except Loriah and Zane felt pinches on the side of our necks.” Lloyd said

“Alright.” Jackson said as he looked over the side of Lloyd's neck.

“What on earth..” Jackson said when he saw a quarter sized, purple bruise on the side of Lloyd's neck

“Pull off the shirt of your gi.” Jackson then said abruptly

Lloyd did as he was told.

“There's the problem.” Jackson said the second Lloyd pulled off his shirt.

Deep purple lines coming from the bruise lead down to the wrist of Lloyd's right hand.

“Holy cow!” Lloyd yelled

“Relax, I can probably fix it for you. Now let me see.” Jackson said as he started sorting through tools. He then pulled out a small blade and a magnet.

Jackson then had Lloyd put his right wrist on the table.

“This will hurt for a small moment.” Jackson said as he pulled off his glasses

Lloyd nodded. Jackson then made a small cut on Lloyd's wrist. The blood the dripped from the fresh cut. It was laced with dark purple bits. The blood then made a small pool on the table. Jackson then held the magnet over the pool. Immediately, the bits stuck to the magnet.

Jackson brushed the bits off into a small pile away from the blood. He then held the magnet on top of the bruise and gently has it travel over the lines, ending over the cut. As he pulled the magnet over the cut, hundreds of little bits were pulled out, and the purple tint disappeared from Lloyd's skin. Jackson stuck his hand under the magnet and put some of the bits on a microscope slide. He then quickly looked it over.

“Interesting…” Jackson muttered

“What is that?” Nya asked

“If I am right, vengestone.” Jackson replied as he bandaged Lloyd up

“Vengestone?” Cress questioned, unsure if she heard correctly or not.

“Crushed and broken up. Lloyd carefully try your powers now.” Jackson said kindly

Lloyd, freshly bandaged, tried to make an energy sphere. This time it work; weakened, but it worked.

“Excellent! Now for the rest of you.” Jackson said with a smile.

Jackson repeated the same process with all the guys. For the girls he only had them push their sleeves up.

Within a few minutes, Jackson fixed everyone except for Zane, who was now starting to drift in and out of conscious.

“C'mon, we need to get him home before the true effects kick in.” Jackson said as he pulled Zane to his feet
He then looked over at the others.

“Your powers should work enough to get you on your dragons and back home.” Jackson said as he did his best to keep Zane upright.

“Alright, do you need any help?” Cole asked as Jay pulled off the cloaking machine.

Jackson scoffed.

“I’ve dealt with it when it was much worse. We’ll see you guys back home.” Jackson answered as he put Zane into the car.

The ninja landed on the deck of the bounty's, just  as Jackson put his car below deck. He then appeared above deck.

“Jay, Kai, go play with Ec please.” Jackson requested

Jay and Kai both knew why they were asked. The two agreed and headed off.

“I don't want him to see his big brother in this state.” Jackson said in a hushed voice before leading the others back down

Jackson lead down to a different room. There was a large table, a bed, a science kit, and shelves full of different jars and containers.

They then saw Zane on the bed, his eyes dimmed, half opened, and even more unfocused and dazed looking. He was now slurring off random numbers.

“8….34...72...1...56….29...6..4….”

Jackson briefly looked him over before pulling out his journal.

“Alright, we need to do this fast before full effect happens on little bro. I'm going to need each of you pull stuff out for me, please?” Jackson asked

“Of course we'll help.” Loriah said

Jackson then called things off from a list and each of the others pulled it from the shelves. He then started mixing everything together.

“Can one of you keep stirring this while I take care of the other part.” Jackson asked as he grabbed a small pair of pliers and a set of goggles.

Cress swapped places with Jackson and he slid a chair over beside Zane. He pushed the sleeve up, showing the bite marks again. Jackson put the goggles on and then carefully used the pliers and pulled out a sharp green piece.

“Now that should stop the flow of it.” Jackson said as he set the piece on a little tray just as Zane became unconscious.

He then took the solution away from Cress and put it in a cup.

“That doesn't look too bad.” Lloyd commented as he looked at the blue liquid

“Wanna try it?” Jackson mused as he put a little bit into a small cup

“Why not.” Lloyd said while taking the cup

He took a sip and then spat it out.

“That stuff is revolting!” he exclaimed and he wiped his mouth

“Yeah, I know. It works great though.” Jackson said as he made Zane swallow it

He then turned back to the others.

“Thanks for the help, I got it from here.” Jackson said with a smile

The others nodded before heading out. Just as the others left, Zane stirred with a moan. He covered his face with his hands as he woke up.

“Hey there.” Jackson said with a grin

“How you feeling?”

“My head is pounding, everything else hurts, and my mouth has a revolting taste.” Zane answered with a groan

“Well better than before.” Jackson said as he brushed Zane's hair aside

“You make for a excellent older sibling.” Zane said with a tired smile

“Hey, I'm just looking out for you like all the times before and when we were kids.” Jackson said with a smile

“I do have a question for you, though.”

“Ask away little bro. You went through a second dragonviper bite after all.”

“Do you have a crush on Loriah?” Zane questioned with a sleepy grin

Jackson then turned candy apple red.

“Possibly?”

“I’ll take that as a si.” Zane said before he drifted off asleep, leaving Jackson blushing like crazy
