Tao's POV:

"Mom, Dad, is-is that really you guys?" I asked.

"Yes, oh, I can't believe it. You grew up so much, you have become so handsome and strong." mom said.

"Thanks." I replied.

I can't believe it, my parents are alive. That means that Tigress's parents might still be alive as well.

"I am so happy to see you two." I said.

"So are we to see you son." said dad.

"We should probably take you to a doctor and get that checked out." said mom.

With that I went to the doctor to see if the scratch was going to scar or not.

"Well master Tao, I hate to inform you but that scratch on your left eye is certainly going to scar." said the doctor.

"Thank you." I said, leaving. "Come on mom, dad, lets go. I want to show you something."

"What do you want to show us sweetheart?" asked my mother.

"My home." I replied. "Now there is only one person there right now, but there is usually six more that live there. One being the grand master."

"So why are those six not there?" asked my dad.

"They went on a mission and left me and the other person up there here to protect the Valley of Peace." I said.

"Oh. Who is the other person?" asked mom.

"You will see when we get there." I replied.

We head up the stairs and when we finally get to the top my mother and father looked up in amazement.

"This is your home?" asked my father.

"Yep. This is where I live." I said. "Now come, there is someone I want you two to meet."

We walked in and started to walk to the training hall because if I know Tigress, she will be there. When we walk in two pieces of spiked wood comes flying towards me. I catch both and look over to where they came from and saw Tigress.

"Well, trying to hurt me I see." I said, scaring Tigress.

"Geez, you surprised me Tao." she said.

"Sorry. But there is two people I would like you to meet." I said.

She looked to my right and saw my parents a was shocked to see more tigers. I looked over to my parent and they were just as shocked to see another tiger as well.

"Tigress I would like you to meet my parents. Mom, dad, I would like you two to meet Mei- I mean Tigress."I said.

"Tao, you know you can say my real name, I don't mind. But if I dare hear any of the five or Po call me that don't be surprised to find them with the doctors." she said.

"Trust me I wouldn't be surprised." I laughed.

"Wow, another tiger. We have not seen another tiger besides our son this morning." said mom.

"Yeah, I was just as surprised when I came back here just a couple months ago." I said.

"So Tigress is not your real name?" asked my father.

"No, it is what I was named in the orphanage near here when I was just a cub. Tao and I just went there recently so I could see if anything was left by my parents when they left me there and I found a letter and a locket. My real name is actually Meiying." Tigress said.

"Meiying, what a beautiful name for such a beautiful tigress." said my mother.

"Thanks, that means a lot." said Tigress.

"Especially since Meiying and I are dating." I said.

My parents looked very happy when I said that. Especially my mother.

"Oh, I still can't believe how much you have grown. I am so happy for you two." said my mother. She then looked over to Tigress, "My name is Jia and this here is my beloved husband Chen Li."

"Pleasure to meet you Miss Meiying." said my father.

"Pleasure to meet you as well." replied Tigress.

Just then Tigress noticed my eye.

"Tao, what happened to your eye?" asked Tigress with alertness.

"Gorillas tried to rob Mr.Ping's Noodle shop and I stopped them. They ran away, but the leader of the group came back with a hammer that had sharp edges and hit me in the face with it. But don't worry about me, I'm fine. All it is going to do is scar." I said.

"Those guys were not just any gorillas."
