Returning home
Suave returned to the castle, the first thing he did was get the stranger set up in a guest room and deal with the bite. He made sure it was clean before putting a loose bandage around it. He put their belongings on a desk in the room. Suave then went to Fallacy's study and knocked. After getting permission, he entered. He bowed to Lord Fallacy. " Lord Fallacy, there are around 5 - 10 vampires captive in the village, they will be killed by the end of this week."
" Good work Suave, anything else happen while you where out?" He always made sure to know what was happening in the forest near his home.
" A mortal was attacked, it appears that they where an artist looking for something to draw or paint. He was abandoned by his attacker to die. I brought him here, as Eterna could use him as an example to sir up the village's hatred of your people." He was often careful, but he had a feeling that they where there with no ill intent from the stranger. He added where he put the person.
" Very well Suave, you are dismissed."
Suave then bowed once more before leaving Fallacy's presence to go find Jasper. Fallacy soon left his study to go see the new arrival. Unbeknownst to most in the castle, the old building they resided in was riddled with secret passageways, only he knew all of them, though Suave knew about a good many to get around quickly in the castle. He didn't need to use one as this strangers guest room was close to his own master bedroom. He arrives and quietly enters. He quickly took in the sleeping mortals form, taking in his features. 'He looks sort of cute, for a mortal... What?' He thought, confused at that he just thought of his guest. 'Snap out of it! He was just attacked by one of my kind. He'd just be afraid of me.' Fallacy thought, silently leaving the room. He returned to his study and did some of his work.
He hated paperwork.
Suave arrived at Jasper's door. He knocked. Jasper answers by opening the door. He smiled at Suave. "Hi Suave!"
"Hello my Lord." He took off the amulet and gave it back to Jasper, but he pushed Suave's hand back.
" keep it. I have another anyway." Jasper lied, that was the only one he had. He had given it to Suave as he wanted him to be safe from his kind. He cared about the servant, but couldn't bring up the courage to just tell him. Suave put the amulet back on.
"What if your father finds out?" He didn't want Jasper to get into trouble because of him. Jasper reassured him that it was fine, though he was worried that Fallacy would find out about his crush on Suave.
"Don't worry about that, just stay safe out there." He smiled, earning a smile in return.
"Okay," he then went on to tell Jasper about the stranger he found. Jasper was surprised at the fact a mortal other than a hunter was in the forest, but not surprised that Suave brought him back with him. Suave was just so... kind... 'And he probably doesn't have feelings for a vampire like me.' Jasper thought, starting to feel down.
Suave noticed though. "My Lord, are you okay?"
"Yes, I'm fine, I just need some time to myself." He said.
"Oh, very well then. I will see you around." He left and Jasper closed the door and sat on his bed, at this rate, he'd never tell Suave his feelings.
Suave went around cleaning some of the rooms. He went and got some food as well. Despite not normally being afraid of Fallacy normally, he was afraid of what he might do if he found out that he had feelings for the prince, let alone if Suave and Jasper got together. He wanted to tell Jasper, but he just couldn't, it probably wouldn't work out. It would have been bad enough if he was just a mortal, let alone one of his servants. 'No, I won't tell him, I doubt that he'd even take me seriously.' Suave thought as he cleaned the castle rooms, sometimes pausing to talk to his friends and coworkers.
An hour later, in the guest room, a pair of eye sockets opened.
