Jack's POV:

I sit down at my desk, in my new office as I heard someone approach my door as they knocked.

"Mr. Montgomery?"

"Yes?"

"I'm your new assistant, Brianna."

"It's nice to meet you, I'm Jack."

"It's nice to meet you as well."

"Is there anything I can get you?"

"Not right now."

"Okay."

She left my office as I got to work, knowing this day was going to be long, because usually they are on the first day.

A few hours later, it was lunch time as I pulled up to the curbside as I waited on Jane.

She came out the building, talking to one of her co-workers as a few others joined their conversation as she told them goodbye as she opened the door and I kissed her.

"Hi baby."

"Hello honey." She said as she kissed my cheek.

"What would you and our baby like for lunch?"

"Anything sounds great. I have no preferences today."

"That's unusual."

"I know."

"How has your first day been baby?"

"Wonderful, everyone here us so friendly, some a little more prudish but I love my job. How about yours baby?"

"Mine has been great too. They have a better computer technology system and everything is up to date."

I drove home as I fixed us a sandwich when Jane set her plate down as her hand went to her stomach.

"What's wrong honey?"

"My back is killing me again."

Jack began to rub her shoulders and starts rubbing down her back.

"Oh my... That feels great!"

"Thank you honey." She said as her lips locked onto mine and I put my plate right next to hers on the coffee table and she straddled my lap.

"What time do you have to be back at the office?" She asked as she started kissing my neck.

"I'm the boss, but I can arrive a little later I suppose."

"Well then, let's go upstairs."

"The kids aren't home yet."

"I'd feel a lot better if we had sex in the comfort of our own bedroom."

"Okay, let's go."

I pulled her to me gently as my hands caress her backside as she moaned into my kiss and she wanted more, that I could always tell about her when we make love.

I started by unbuttoning her blouse as she kissed my neck and I laid on my back because she wanted to be on top.

"You're gorgeous baby."

"Well, you can thank your baby for that."

"Thank you baby." He started talking to the baby as he rolled her underneath him and kissed her stomach.

"Now, come here before I get impatient." Jane said as Jack kissed her.

"We don't need to get impatient baby."

"Then, maybe daddy shouldn't make mommy wait to too long." Jane teased as she undid his belt and slipped the button through the loop hole on his pants.

They both discarded their undergarments as Jack made sure she was comfortable as he added a pillow for her back, knowing it'd still be pretty sore.

He started kissing her neck as he whimpers encouraged him as she combed her fingers through his hair while he adjusted himself.

"Are you comfortable now baby?"

"Yes, most definitely."

"Good."

A while after they made love, Jane's phone rang as she jolted awake when she picked it up, noticing there was not a caller ID name just a number.

"Hello?" She answered

"Jane, it's me."

"I'm sorry, who is this?"

"I'm your assistant."

"How did you get my number?''

"All of the employees have their phone numbers on file in the company's data base."

"I understand that and I'm off the clock now and so should you."

"I had to work over because my person that comes in after I leave is on vacation."

"Sounds about right.''

"Sorry if I woke you up, our boss just wanted to make sure you're okay."

"Yeah, between my frequent trips to the bathroom and morning sickness hitting me like clockwork, I'm fine."

"Well, you are pregnant and it's not easy."

"I know."

"Well, anyway. I hope you get to feeling better and have a great evening." Her assistant said as Jane looked at the clock.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome and goodbye."

She looked at the clock again as her kids would be getting home soon as she seen Jack still sleeping as she laid up next to him.

She wanted to start making plans for their baby as she pondered on the baby's name and the details of the nursery.

Jane sat at the counter, looking at a stack of magazines and other mail she got as she noticed an envelope laying in the pile as she picked it up and it was for Jack.

The kids had just walked in when Jack made his way downstairs to help Jane make dinner.

"Honey, what's this envelope for?"

"It's probably some junk mail left in the mailbox by the owner." One of the kids replied.

"No, its addressed to him."

"Well, let's open it and find out."

Jack opened the letter to see what could possibly be important as he read it and he turned around.

"What is it?"

"Well... Do you want me to tell you?"

"Is it good new or bad?"

"It's good news."

"Then, tell us."

"I got nominated for an award." Jack said as Jane smiled.

"Congratulations baby."

"Will you be my date?"

"Yes." Jane said as Jack noticed the date of when the ceremony will be.

"But here's the bummer."

"What is it honey?"

"The award ceremony is on our baby's due date."

"Oh."

"Then, we'll just not go."

"No, you've been waiting so long to win this prestigious award and you deserve it.''

"What if you go into labor that night?"

"That means the more reason to smile." Jane said as Jack kissed her as the kids walked in.

"Oh gross you two." Connor said

"It's not like we were in the middle of something."

"Kissing like two teenagers is not like you were in the middle of something." Raegan said

"We have some exciting news to tell you."

"Y'all are having twins?"

"No, but your daddy won a very important award."

"What kind of award?"

"A writing award."

"Congratulations daddy."

"Thank you sweetheart."

"I'm proud of you dad."

"Thanks bud." Jack said as the kids went back upstairs as Jane decided they should have some fun for the rest of the afternoon.

"What do you say we go upstairs and celebrate?" Jane said as she moved from her chair to his lap as he liked her idea.

"I love that idea."

"Good, now meet me upstairs." She whispered in his ear as she went upstairs to find her red negligee in her drawer.

Jack entered their bedroom to hear Jane humming as he heard the door open and she stood there.

"Come here baby."

"Who me?"

"Yes baby, I want you."

"Well, you have to say the magical word?"

"Baby, please?"

"How can I say no to my man?" Jane questioned as she laid underneath him as he worked his way underneath her gown.

"You can't say no to me, you never could."

"Oh, I could but it's hard to say no to you."

"It's hard to say no to you too baby."

"Well, it's hard to say no to you baby when my hormones are going crazy."

"We better get started then." Jack said as he placed kisses on Jane's neck.

They were nearly laying on top of each other when they heard a knock on the door as Connor and Raegan seen their parents on top of each other.

"Mama, daddy?"

"Yes?"

"We're leaving for the party now."

"I thought y'all were staying home tonight?"

"But we just got invited to a really awesome party. Can we go, please?"

"What do you think honey?" Jack asked her.

"I don't think they should go." Jane said.

"Please mama!" Connor begged.

"Pretty please?" Raegan asked them.

"Okay, y'all can go but please, be careful and call if you get into a situation and you feel the need for us to come and get you." Jane said as she sighed as they kissed their parents and left.

"You wanna party without them?"

"No honey, honestly I wanted to have our kids here. Lord knows that these teen parties nowadays are the same ones we used to crave to go to are the same way they used to be."

"Well honey, when were in high school I attended quite a few of those parties."

"I know you did but if you tell that to the kids, it'll become a weekly ritual and honestly, I don't like the kids going to them."

"Honey, our kids are in high school now and I believe they'll make smart choices." Jack said as he wrapped his arms around her.

"God forbid, if it were to happen, the kids started drinking and Connor gets his girlfriend pregnant or Raegan, I'm gonna lose my mind." Jane said.

"Well, don't worry baby and let's watch a movie to get your mind off of it."

"I'm taking a nap."

"Then, I'll watch a movie."

"Why don't you just cuddle with me?"

"Okay." Jack said as he laid beside her as she drifted off to sleep.

"Well baby, this our new life and hopefully it'll slow down once you get here. Soon we'll find out your gender and maybe mama might agree on your name, though she probably already picked it out and hasn't told daddy yet. Your brother and sister are at a party right now and your mama, well she's asleep and dreaming about something good I hope, I'm laying here, talking to you while your all snuggled up in there all warm and cozy, but I promise when you get here, everything won't be crazy and hectic like it was once before. I love you so much and thank you for picking us as your mama and daddy, we love so much." Jack said as he placed a kiss on Jane's stomach as she woke up and smiled.

"Hi honey." Jane said as she smiled.

"Hello baby." Jack said as he kissed her.

"I know I'm getting bigger as the days go by."

"And that's great honey, it means he's getting bigger."

"He?"

"I can already tell we're having a boy."

"And how do you know that?"

"Because Janie, my dear. You're glowing and your hair is thick."

"Is that all?"

"Well, I've noticed that your breasts are swollen.''

"You look at 'em more than I ever have." Jane joked as Jack smiled.

"And you're not as sarcastic with humor like you were when we were pregnant with Connor and Raegan."

"I can be sarcastic if you want me to be."

"Hasn't stopped you before."

"Well, I guess I feel better in this pregnancy than I did with our first one."

"What if we were having twins again?"

"I think our doctor would tell us honey if we were pregnant with twins."

"They have that hidden twin syndrome."

"Well then, next time we go to the doctor, we'll ask him about it."

"I just wanna be sure because I'm sure we don't want any surprises in the delivery room."

"I know, but I wanted to ask you about the name you wanted to name him."

"You think we're having a boy too?"

"I believe we are, but at the same time, I really want a girl too." Jane smiled.

"Well, if we have a boy. What if we named him Sawyer?"

"I like that name."

"And if I'm wrong and we have a girl. What do you want to name her?"

"I was thinking if we named her Olivia."

"Let me guess, you want to name her after Olivia Newton-John?"

"Yes." She smiled again.

"We'll then, now all we have to do is give our babies middle names."

"Well, we've already got Connor James and Raegan Mae."

"If we have a little boy, Sawyer Walker and if we have a little girl, Olivia Grace."

"I love them."

"It took me awhile to find the right middle name for Sawyer, at first I was gonna ask if you wanted to change it but having to come up with a new name is hard." Jane said.

"What did you want to change it to?"

"I also loved the name Grayson, but you like Sawyer and so did the kids, so we're naming him Sawyer."

"I love Grayson too and when he's born and he does not look like a Sawyer, then we'll name him Grayson."

"Well, I was thinking about the next ultrasound."

"Actually, the next ultrasound is the gender reveal."

"That's right."

"Do you still wanna bite into the cupcake?"

"I don't know."

"Honey, there's nothing wrong with being excited over keeping our baby's gender a secret. People will judge because we're biting into a cupcake, but that doesn't matter and if they say something negative, then they were not our friends in the first place."

"It's our family too."

"They just want something to talk about and let's give it to them."

"Yeah, but it's about us and our children."

"Like I said baby, block them out."

"I'll try."

"That's my girl."

"And like you said, welcome to our new life honey."
