Chapter 5
Seven males stood in the big, luxurious office. No humans were allowed by January's request. Justice North stared at my oldest sister. Most likely not sure what to make of this drastic development. April wanted to laugh a little, uncertainty looked funny on Justice's strong features.
"You want to tell me you're not human?" Darkness, a tall, dark male said from one of the corners of the office. He would've looked intimidating for any other living being, but April wasn't concerned.
"That's what i'm telling you. I don't really know what we are, since no one bothered to tell us. All we know is that we are.. More developed. Stronger, faster. Heightened senses." January said, not taking her gaze of Justice, who sat behind his beautiful, wooden desk. She kept quiet about their other abilities. This had to be enough for now.
"I told you this was not going to be as easy as we would've liked." December whispered through their minds. April decided to ignore the comment, peeking at the tall, raven black hair male that was standing near Darkness. He had been introduced as Jaded. The name seemed to suit him.
"And you want to live here?" Justice said after a long silence, not saying much since January's explanation of their current situation. "Basically. We can help you protect the grounds if you want us too. We won't be any trouble and we will keep out of your people's way if that's what you wish for." February didn't really seem to agree with that but kept quiet.
April knew February had become a little obsessed with the fine male named 101. She wondered if that was another side effect of their messed up genes, or just something that was a characteristic for February. Unlike February, the other sisters never had any need to engage in sexual intercourse or the other sex, hence all of them being "untouched". February on the other hand, had a "talent" in that particular skill and was taught to use it.
"I can understand, we come from the same background.. But I really don't want to be on the bad side of the government. I have to think about my people" Justice said, looking conflicted. "We can hide ourselves perfectly. But we want to stop being on run. It's harder for the recoverers to find us here." December gave a small nod, agreeing with her sister.
Homeland was harder to invade, since it was not a part of America. There were also walls, officers walking those walls and trained man willing to do anything to keep the grounds safe. It was hard to get in and April had a feeling the doctors and soldiers from her past wouldn't think that she and her sister would seek refugee here.
"I need to discuss this with my people." Justice got up from his chair and walked over to January. She tensed, ready to attack if necessary and waited. Justice lifted his hand in a friendly gesture and January looked at it. They never touched anyone, other than to kill them or having to feel the pain that came from the usual touch of the doctors. Justice frowned a little and looked at his hand. "No offense, we don't like to touch people" December said. January however, relented before Justice could remove his hand and took his hand. "But we will try to extend our boundaries" January said after a short shake of his hand.

Jaded watched the females exit, accompanied by two male officers. He looked back at Justice and raised an eyebrow. "This could bite us in the ass and you know it" he said. "They can bite me anytime" Bestial said, he had been quiet for some time. "Not now Bestial" Justice sighted. He walked back to his chair and sat down. "We should help them" Brass said, still looking at the door. "They are like us." "No they are not" Jaded said. "But I have to agree, I don't want to have this on me if they get captured. I won't wish confinement to anyone.. Well, almost anyone."
Justice nodded and picked up the phone. "I will assign them to a guest house away from humans. I want them away from humans for as long as necessary."

April looked at the big, cabin? On the border of the woods that was home to the Wild Zone, stood a beautiful, wooden cabin. It was a three stories home and April had to admit she liked the cabin. "This will be your home until further notice" Flame, their appointed guard for the moment, said. Next to him stood another species named Flirt, who nodded. "Everything is already taken care of. There is food stored in the fridge and storage room. There are some fresh clothes in the closets for you to wear."
"Thank you" February said, without her usual purr. "Can I ask you something?" she added, looking from Flirt to Flame. Without waiting for an answer she asked "Do you know 101's condition. Is her cleared? Where will he go afterwards?" "Stalker much" April grinned, earning a death glare from her sister. "You wouldn't understand" February said. "You actually look angry big sis, take some chill pills" April countered. Deep inside though, somewhere very deep, she felt a sting. It felt weird, but she chose to ignore it. "Like I said, you wouldn't understand" February said while looking back at Flame, who was silently watching the conversation between April and February.
"He is taken care of and will probably stay in Homeland for a while." February looked sad and April was confused. She had never seen her sister showing any emotion so vividly. "Tell him to contact me if he wants too? We can use the phone right?" Flame nodded and that was the only answer February got.
