Nightmare did not like Cross. He didn't quite hate him, he was just... annoying. He always seemed to mess with him at all the wrong times, and often calls him "senpai" with this weird look. He much would rather enjoy it if Cross was less of a nuisance. Of course, he was also one of the most loyal of his team he had dubbed " The Crew", and was an above average fighter. He just doesn't know why his aura shifts from positive to negative every time he brushes him off.

Cross had an unrequited love for Nightmare. He tried hard to earn some form of affection from the dark prince, but always f a i l e d. Chara had been talking to him about how Nightmare would never love him back. Yet, he was filled with DETERMINATION, and kept PERSEVERING.
