How did I end up in this situation?

Oh yeah, I agreed to talk to Sasuke.

"So will you go out with me?" Sasuke asks, repeating himself.

"Ummmm....." I say, flustered. It's not that I don't like him, it's just.... complicated. I can't help but feel guilty if I say yes.

My mind wanders to what Gaara and Sasori would think. I shake my head in denial. They probably wouldn't care at all.

"Please Sakura. I promise you'll enjoy it," He says, his eyes begging for a chance.

"Ok, when should we meet?"

"I'll pick you up from Gaara's house tomorrow," He says, seemingly bitter with the whole "living at Gaara's arrangement".

"Ok, sounds great!" I say, walking away.

I just got asked out on a date! Sadly, this is my first date. I know lame. I'm so excited! But what do I wear!? I have no idea what I'm doing! I better go find Temari or Ino.

Nobody's POV

Sakura was running like a madman down the halls, hoping to spot Temari or Ino.

Suddenly, she collided with another person and fell to the floor in a heap.

"Ouch!" She said, rubbing her head in pain.

"Sakura?" The person asked.

"Oh, hi Gaara!" She chirped, already recovered from her fall.

"Why were you running?" He asks, tilting his head curiously.

"Well I need Temari or Ino's advice because I'm going on a date with Sasuke tomorrow," She said, twirling a piece of her bubble gum colored hair.

Gaara was shocked. She was going on a date with him. Gaara had already come to terms with his feelings for the rosette and was just trying to find a way to express his feelings. He had to, before his rival, Sasori.

Was he too late? Had Sasuke beaten him?

"So.... you're going out with Sasuke," He asked nonchalantly.

"Well, yeah. At first, I was hesitant, but I realized I should give him a chance," She said, giving him a bright smile.

"Well, I better go find Temari. She is probably by the vending machine...." She said, muttering the last part.

"Bye," She said, waving over her shoulder.

He couldn't have this! Sasuke couldn't win her heart. That wouldn't be fair. But Gaara couldn't do this alone.....

Gaara got a sinister smile, as he weaved together a plan to ruin their date tomorrow. But, he would have someone else helping him. A certain red-head, with caramel eyes, and a crush on Sakura.
