Sam's POV
I was sitting in Okami's class quietly looking out the window. It had been a couple of days since prom night and everyone would just keep staring at me. Not glaring but more like pained and guilty. The felt bad for treating me like crap because I just gave up the person that I loved for their lives. Taurtis came back and heard about what I did and he felt terrible too. I basically ignore everyone after prom night.

"Hey Sam." Taurtis said to me that morning with a nervous smile and I just gave him a small smile still looking out the window. Taurtis sighed and sat down in his seat next to mine. Just then Okami walked with some sort of a happy expression. "Good morning class! Today we have a new student joining us today!"

"Everyone please welcome our new student Aurianna!" Just then a girl walked in the class with a bright smile. "Hello!!" The girl said with a bright smile. I ignored her and continued to look out the window. Grian's jaw dropped as he saw her. 'This must be the girl he told us about.' I told myself. "Alright let's begin class!"

Time skip to lunch

Me, Taurtis, Grian, Bri and the new girl all sat at the table eating lunch, bri was talking about visiting Y/n in the police station and Taurtis agreed. I simply told them I wouldn't go because I had a headache. Which was a complete lie, but I couldn't see her. Especially after last night. It kills me to see her.

"Oh, alright then I guess." Bri said and finished her water. "Are you sure Sam..?" Taurtis questioned me and I stood up staring at him. I put a fake smile on and nodded. "I'm completely sure." I got up and left the table.

Taurtis's POV
I watched Sam leave and sighed. "Something's up with Sam guys." I said to the group quiet enough for them to hear. "No really?" Bri said sarcastically. "He gave up the love of his life so we could save this school's ass." She moved some of her hair behind her ear with a sigh. I knew she was upset with Sam and she was stressed with work.

I sighed and watched him walk off.

Bri's POV
I glared at Sam as he walked off. "Well, I don't care what he does. Just glad he's gone." "Why don't you like him?" The new girl told to me and I looked at her. "He did something, something I personally think he could've avoided." I mumbled looking off to the side. "What exactly do you mean???" She questioned my answer obviously hearing what I had said. "Never mind."

Just then the bell rang for class and I threw away my trash walking to class.

Sam's POV
After I left the lunch room I went straight to the gym and got my gym clothes on. After I finished I walked back into the gym and sat down waiting for the bell to ring to dismiss everyone to there class.

It eventually rang and I saw Bri walk into class, not surprisingly, glaring at me. I looked away from her and she looked away from me. Grian, Taurtis and the new girl just followed Bri awkwardly and got in line.

~Time Skip Till After Gym~

After I got finished dressing back into my uniform I walked out of the gym as quickly as a could and went straight home.

Taurtis's POV
I have to talk to Sam. Something doesn't seem right. "So, are you going to see her?" I asked looking at Bri and she nodded. "Yeah, we better head there now." Bri told us and headed to the police station." Alright." I said as we followed her.

~Time Skip because Tori-Chan is lazy~

We walked into the police station and heard Y/n singing softly. "Hey, Y/n." Bri said walking in. She stopped singing and turns to look at her. As she did her eyes widened seeing me standing there. "T-Taurtis." She managed to say without panic.

Y/n's POV
"Hey, Y/n." Taurtis said with a nervous smile. I was in complete shock that he was here. Or why he IS here. "H-hey" was the only word that came out of my mouth. I didn't know what to say, I mean after what happened the last time I saw him. I didn't know what to say. "I just wanted to tell you... I'm sorry for what I did... the last time I saw you.."

'He's apologizing to me...?' I told myself I'm my head, "It's fine don't worry about it." I said aloud with a gentle smile. "No not really..." he said with guilt.

"Taurtis really, hey wait. Where's Sam..?"
Bri and Taurtis looked at each other. "You gonna tell her..?" Taurtis said to Bri and she looked back at me. I was more confused than ever. "I guess."

"What are you two talking about???" I asked confused and curious. "Sam went home with a headache but he wishes he was here." Bri said but honestly, didn't buy it. "Alright.."

"Sorry he couldn't be here." Taurtis said to me and I simply Ed smiled then frowned. "How have you been?" Bri said trying to cheer up the mood.

"Fine I guess nothing much." I said in a quiet tone. "That's good!" Bri said with a nervous smile.

"Can I ask you both something?" I said cutting bri off quietly after her sentence. "Go for it." Bri said.

"What really happened on prom night after The Keeper took over my body." This was my chance to get the truth. Now is the perfect time to ask. I need to know what happened.
