AU: A WORLD RULED BY THREE LEADERS

Tord is a blind twelve year old ( he uses echolocation or the metal pole he found to make his way around ). Poor balance. He feels safe in his rain coat. He's quiet and has some survival skills. Half his body is scarred and still burns/hurts. He's a klutz but knows his way around.
