Its was a chilly afternoon in Hogsmade. Hermione is walking towards the shrieking shack to meet with Draco. He was already there waiting for her. When Hermione got close enough Draco swept her up in his arms and their lips were locked together.

It had been so long since they've seen each other. Keeping their feelings locked away so no one would get the wrong idea. To them it was just a like summer romance.

"Draco I don't think we should see each other anymore. I'm afraid that I might really hurt Ginny if we keep on."

"She'll be fine. As long as we-"

Draco was no longer paying attention to Hermione. Instead his focus had averted to Ginny. Who had apparently seen and heard everything.

"What's going on here?" she asked. Although it was clear she already knew.

"Ginny I'm sorry," Draco began.

"Save your breath," she snapped at him. "Hermione how could you do this to me? You know that I was going out with Draco."

"I think we're a little late."

Ron and Harry arrive just in time to see the climax of the situation hit.

"I know but I couldn't help myself."

"HERMIONE I TRUSTED YOU. I TRUSTED BOTH OF YOU. BUT THEN YOU JUST GO BEHIND MY BACK AND START SNOGGING LIKE I DON'T EVEN EXIST!"

Ginny was at full rage and stomped off before anyone could say anything else. With that Draco also ran off after her, followed by Ron. Only Hermione and Harry remained.

The next day was a pick your side day. Both Hermione and Ginny were avoiding each other. Draco was stuck in the middle of it all and really had no place to go. In the common room Ron and Harry were trying to make a plan to patch everything up.

"I don't think we should get involved really," Ron said casually.

"We have to do some thing soon or this will turn into an all out war."

Just then Ginny entered along with a couple of her other friends. Hermione is sitting at a nearby table and the group stops when they reach her.

"So are you still planning to go see Draco later?" one of the girls asked.

"I don't plan on meeting with Draco for awhile," she replied fiercely.

"Um can you guys give us a moment?"

The miniature flock scattered in different directions.

"Hermione Draco explained everything to me and I understand now. I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions. He's waiting for you by the library."

When Ginny had disappeared from view Hermione went to Draco. And once again he was waiting for her like always.

"Hey I was starting to think you-,"

"Do you love me," Hermione asked.

Draco didn't even hesitate to say that he loved her in return.

After that the two were together forever. And Ginny ended up with Harry. So what happened to Ron? That's another story you'll have to decided.
