Arc 2

[Alright, since you have completed the main objective, you may choose two skills you wish to learn.] Banana said joyfully as he switched a skill screen on. [What you currently see in front of you are many skills that you will one day need to help you out in the world's up ahead. The green-labeled skills are the available ones; the red-labeled skills were the ones that are too advanced for your soul and will be unlocked when your soul is strong enough. Please think thoroughly about what you will need in the next world.]
"I will," Mimi spoke as he looked towards the floating screen.
Cooking
Swimming
Instruments
Ying body
Yang body
Stealth
Computer
Dancing
Singing
Surfing
Acting
Health
[The next world won't be anything complicated, it will be a regular world, so choose something useful.]
Choosing both instruments and computer, Banana then sent Mimi to the training room. A single cubic room large and entirely white, filled with every instrument from the human world and many more which he had never even seen or heard of, and understanding that he was a dog in his past life, he had only seen two or three in his life. A single large desk filled with ten computers was on a corner of the enormous room, enough for him to study in for many years. The entire time he was there, he took at least sixty years.
The cause?
There were so many instruments, not to mention he could have stopped at Prentice but didn't feel right, so he went for the max, the legendary level. Computers only consumed five years, earning the legendary level quite quickly.
[Welcome back, host!]
"Is it time?" Mimi said as he turned to the floating orb.
[Transferring soul now!]
A groan escaped from light pink lips; golden eyes opened up to reveal a white ceiling. Dark black hair covered his face as he looked at his surroundings. His golden eyes spotted a mirror directly in front of the plush bed he now sat on. His reflection showed a haggard young man about sixteen years old. Although the long unkempt hair covered his face, he knew his eyes were still golden for some reason. His skin is sickly pale and looks ridiculously thin.
Does this kid never eat? Mimi thought.
[This world revolves around the female lead Kimi Gamatsu and her unfortunate best friend, Fuyomu Riyo. Both girls grew up in an orphanage, both have lost their parents in a terrible car accident, and both grew up knowing the loss of their parents.] Banana began to tell the plot. [When they hit the age of eighteen, by law, they were released into the real world to fend for themselves after failing to be adopted, mostly because both girls threatened any parents that wanted to adopt them, only seeing their breathtaking beauty and wanting it for themselves. Unfortunately, even though both grew up mostly the same, they headed in different directions when released from the orphanage. Although they lived together for a short while in an apartment, the two soon broke off by dramatic events. While Kimi Gamatsu, the known school genius from the two, sought out to get a job in law enforcement, the other, Fuyomu Riyo, had strayed from the righteous path and accidentally stumbled across the dark path filled with drugs and sex. Although they kept in contact since they were friends, Fuyomu was soon kidnapped and sold to be a sex slave in the black market.
Thinking that her friend Fuyomu wanted nothing to do with her, Kimi didn't even look for her. She began a successful life as a cop who later turned into a detective when she turned twenty-five; seeing as she was so young, she was known as a genius and praised by everyone who knew her. At the same time, Fuyomu was passed around almost always drugged and used to satisfy everyone else's lust, whether it be a woman or man. Whether from pleasure or pain to have their release, she was there to do the job.
Even though both were divided and lived in different worlds, they had come across one man who changed their world.
His name is Oroku Harami; he was a well-known heir to the Harami family that had a known reputation of finding and breeding the best people in the world, from an entrepreneur to an A-list actor. If one sought to be famous in this world, they first tried the Harami family, if the people looking for success had the money. But of course, breeding such amazing people wasn't their only strong suit; The Harami Family also knew to invest amazingly wisely as they were always seen to dress in designer products and drive the best cars as well as-]
"Too long, just tell me about who I'm in right now, please," Mimi spoke with a sigh as he rose from the bed weakly and headed towards a door that he thought correctly was the bathroom and began to strip to take a shower.
[Currently, you're inside the body of none other than the secret failure son of the Harami family, Taoru Harami. He sadly died at age twenty when being used by Kimi Gamatsu to get to the heart of Oroku Harami. Succeeding, she framed the poor young man for touching her inappropriately and sexually harassing her when she visited the Harami manor. He swallowed all of his prescribed medicine in one go and overdosed when overhearing his parents discussing disowning him and kicking him out of the house.]
"Can you please tell me more about Taoru?" Mimi, now Taoru, asked politely.
[Of course host, Taoru is a young man born from father Tenan and mother Jiriko Harami. Taour's parents loved him the moment he was born but were soon looked down at when the doctors informed the parents that he had a weak physical body and won't be able to do anything that strains his body for the rest of his life and has lived on medication. His whole life, he had to keep his iron leveled and physical body healthy enough for him to move about his room and eat. Seeing as their son was disabled, they turned to an orphanage after finding out that they could not have another child and soon found their heir, Oroku Harami, older adoptive brother to Taoru. Although the two rarely see each other, they didn't much care for the other, mostly because of the lack of verbal contact.]
"I see." Taoru hummed as he stepped out of the shower cautiously and began to dry his long black hair.
He noticed a glasses case at the edge of his sink. He opened it, seeing very thick-framed glasses, now that he realized he didn't actually need them now that he took over Taoru's body and replaced the sight and smell to his original body. The only thing that he wasn't able to replace was the sickness in him.
Either way, he slipped on the thick frames and dressed into baggy pants. Slowly making his way towards his bed, he sat down as a slight pain wracked his lower back of how weak it was.
He lifted his head to see the full body mirror and looked at his very ordinary outfit and mediocre looks.
That is, they looked mediocre,,, but under the long and messed up hair and behind the thick-framed glasses was a gorgeous young man—nothing less when it came to the true heir of the Harami family.
[Currently, the storyline should be around the time where the female lead and the best friends separate into their own lives, one for the better and the other for the worse.] Banana informed.
His glasses glinted mysteriously as he felt determination go through his body. "Let's do this." He could feel his excitement shooting up for the first time in a very long time.

Taoru looked at the provided wheelchair that he would rarely use. It was mainly used when he needed to go out of the house, which was never seen as he didn't leave his room. Even going months without stepping out and having the maids deliver his food.
[Congratulations, host!] Banana interrupted the deep thinking of Taoru as the young disabled boy flinched at the cheerful voice followed by a horn of glee. [You have completed your first world. I will now introduce to you the wonderful use of spirit points, also known as SP. SP is used to upgrade one's system to widen their abilities and buy many things in the shop that items will unlock once you gain your first couple of SP. Let's go over your recent tasks from the first world! There were four tasks as the first world is the easiest and a type of tutorial world. Adding all of your points will be a total of three hundred and forty-five SP.] He paused for a while as things began processing through his system.
[Congratulation, host! You have earned your first Spirit Point(s). The host has successfully unlocked Spirit Shop! Spirit Shop contains everything the host needs when stuck during a certain moment in a world they are staying in. You can buy many things in the Spirit Shop, from the smallest magical bean that can resolve a drought to the biggest spaceship that could destroy galaxies. Would you like to see what you're able to buy?]
"Yes, please," Taoru said as a screen popped up in front of him.
[The light-up options/pictures are items that you're able to purchase due to the small amount of SP you currently have, SP will open the more items for you to buy.]
"I understand." Taoru nodded as he scrolled through the limited items.
Some items were very useless, like a worn-out sock. Others were decent like a disposable phone, but one caught his attention. It was a rehabilitation pill. It could cure any unusual disabilities and injuries sustained from any weapons in a blink of an eye. It only costs a total of three hundred SP.
"I'll get the rehabilitation pill, please," Taoru asked gently.
[Right away, host! Your SP balance is now forty-five SP. Please shop some other time again!]
A small green light ignited in the palm of Taoru's hand, and he opened it to see the exact brown pill he had seen on the picture. Popping it into his mouth, he went to the restroom and gulped down water. The taste was bitter but also had a dirt after-taste to it. His body soon became completely numb as he gasped, falling onto the floor of the restroom; there was dull pain all over his fragile and skinny body. He groaned when it hit directly at his most fragile part, his chest. It had lasted for a good thirty minutes, and he was soon able to breathe evenly after as he sat up panting and sweat glistening on his forehead.
"That felt odd," Taoru said under his breath as he stood up on weary legs and walked wobbly onto his wheelchair.
He had gotten rid of anything that was in his body; he now only needed to get his body into shape and get some meat on it. For right now, he would let his so-called family think he's still unable to do anything but be a cripple and rolled his way out of his room. It was currently four in the morning, and right now, he needed something to eat, desperately.
His room was on the first floor and to the farthest room from inside the big manor, where he cound't disturb anybody. He rolled his way around corners and through doors and finally stopped when he entered a dimly lit area, a single light bulb was on to illuminate enough for someone who had barely woken up to process where they were at.
Taoru shuffled through the fridge and prepared a platter for himself. He retrieved whipped cream and fruit along with a glass of fruit punch. Looking around to see or hear if anyone was watching, he stood up and climbed onto the counter, seeing as he was short still since he's barely sixteen years old andandand taking in the sickness he had, he wasn't able to grow to his potential.
Concentrating on the potato chips, he slapped it as it tumbled over the edge and fell to the floor. Grabbing some hot sauce and other chips and cheese flavored and barbecue, he felt satisfied but soon turned to see another fridge. Opening the fridge, his world brightened up slightly as he saw the chocolate chip cake. In his past life, he was never allowed to eat chocolate for some unknown reason; living as Markus, his head was too occupied with thinking of not being punished than eating the forbidden flavor.
He sat everything neatly onto the platter and readjusted himself onto his wheelchair; the platter filled with much unhealthy foods and small portions of fruit was settled securely onto his lap as he began to wheel himself back to his room as quietly as he could.
"What are you doing?" A hoarse voice sounded from above him.
Looking up, he saw the male lead; he wore simple blue pajama pants while his chest was bare of any clothing. Oroku looked over the railing of the second floor to see Taoru grabbing so much food that even he himself couldn't possibly eat. He had woke up from the noise of bags hitting the floor that he went to investigate, thinking that it was an infestation of mice but thought otherwise when he saw his stepbrother rolling out of the kitchen with a platter of junk.
Taoru didn't pay him mind as he simply gave a blank look with his usual hidden face and thick glasses and continued to wheel back into his room at the very back of the manor.
Confused, Oroku walked down the stairs and followed behind his little brother.
"You should be in bed, don't forget that your body is weak, and what's with all this food you can barely stomach a small bowl of rice, you think you can eat all of this?" Oroku began to nag, making Taoru have a small migraine.
Taoru cut Oroku off by slamming his door shut and locking it in the process, leaving a stunned older brother.
Oroku didn't know what to do; this was the first time he had even talk so much, especially when it came to his little brother. He realized he knew nothing about Taoru; he hadn't even met him when he first entered the Harami house. He didn't see much to the actual blood-related son and true heir to the Harami fortune, only hearing that he was useless and didn't have any actual abilities to succeed the family; that's why he was here. He was told this initially when being adopted and understood that he was here to inherit the family business and only that. But instead of always being lectured and told what to do. He was actually treated like a son while the parents shunned the true son by the entire family.
Shaking it off, he returned to his room, not wanting to figure out why he felt this way. He returned to his room and back to sleep.

Taoru woke up surrounded by bags of chips and half-eaten fruit. Not to mention the licked clean plate where there once sat a beautiful chocolate chip cake. It was delicious, and he had wanted to get more, but he had knocked out from being too full, sleeping peacefully until naturally waking up.
Turning to his right, he saw his alarm clock read five in the afternoon. He slept for a long while; aTaoru heard a knock from his door, followed by a butler's voice.
"Young master Taoru, your medicine." The butler spoke as he unlocked the room with a master key only the head butler was allowed to have. "Is young master-"
His young master cut off his words as his eyes widened at his young master. Ever since he was raising the fragile boy, he had not once seen him eat too much, but now seeing Taoru's bed littered with chip wrappers, he felt hope rise in his heart. Although a little disappointed for the choice of consumed products.
"I see young master Taoru has a better appetite." The old butler chuckled softly but soon turned serious. "But I cannot allow you to spoil yourself with such grotesque junk food; you will have a proper breakfast and then take your medicine, is that clear?"
"Yes, Luro." Taoru spoke with his soft voice, soothing the ears of the old butler.
"I'll bring your breakfast shortly, young master," Luro said as he began to walk out of the grand room.
"Actually, I'd like to eat in the dining room for once," Taoru said as he began to sit up with a small groan, making Luro rush to his side before his young master could hurt himself.
"Are you sure, young master?" Luro said in a distressed tone, clear worry in his aged old brown eyes.
"Yes, after I'd like to go outside," Taoru informed Luro, his voice gentle. "I'd like to make an effort to live for once."
"Right away, young master." Luro called in another butler; he was young, maybe in his early twenties; he looked American with great features.
In Taoru's memories, Luro knew this young man to cater for the fragile Taoru when he wished to go outside; he was there to dress and bathe him. Luro left the two to commence the cleaning.
The young man is known as George Westwood, the second male lead.
George was playing a nanny butler to Taoru for the sake of his mother, wanting to repay his mother for saving him when he was much younger and was about to die on the streets. Unknown to mother Jiriko, she had saved a young man from a wealthy and dangerous mafia leader. Leaving his family, George was hired by father Tenan to work as his useless son's nanny since he thought George was there to be a secret lover to his wife.
The second male lead comes into the picture when the female lead Kimi Gamatsu visits the house to investigate a series of murders. He had fallen in love at first sight when he was taking out the sheets of the young master to wash. He was involved in making Taoru commit suicide by convincing him that everyone wanted him dead and even lead him to eavesdrop on the conversation that finally pushed him to the edge. With Taoru's death, it meant that he was able to concentrate on his love completely.
The current nanny butler was innocent and content in paying the debt he needed to repay Taoru's mother by helping her fragile and useless son. If one would ask George about what he thought of young master Taoru he would simply place a bright smile and say that the young master is well taken care of and he wouldn't do anything differently if it meant having his debt repaid and his heart calmed.
"Young master Taoru? You showered?" George spoke, snapping Taoru out of his thoughts as he saw the American man with a shocked look.
George was stunning, to say the least; he has beautiful blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Gaining the stereotype of a perfect American. Not to mention his slightly tanned skin and amazing physique.
George was always assigned to wash Taoru every day to keep the fragile boy from becoming sick. This day wasn't anything different. He had knocked on his young master's door but had found it locked, so he left, not wanting to disturb Taoru in his sleep. Taoru locked it for a reason, after all; when his nose came close to his master's head while undressing him, he smelled a fresh and beautiful fragrance.
"Yes." Taoru simply answered.
"Why?"
"I felt dirty; I wanted to shower, so I did it myself," Taoru explained.
"Next time ring for me, you could have hurt yourself." George scolded as he began to nag about his safety and the fragile condition he was in.
"I understand; I'll do so next time." Taoru nodded as he wished for the nagging to stop.
In truth, he was uncomfortable with being showered with kindness; it made him feel odd; he didn't want to get his hopes up since he knew in the story that George turned his back on the young master for his own benefit.
George nodded and smiled his usual smile as he simply changed Taoru's clothes into simple wear, a pair of blue jeans and a long-sleeved black shirt. His hair was about to be touched when Taoru grabbed hold of George's wrist, just like every other memory.
"Young master, you should let everyone see your looks; I hate the way everyone thinks of you as a useless, ugly trash." George sighed.
"I don't care what others think; you should know that by now." Taoru raised his delicate voice slightly. "Leave my hair, let's go to the dining room, I'm hungry."
"I'm glad that your appetite had grown, young master; maybe this is a sign that heaven is finally letting you heal." George hummed in a pleased tone as he looked down at Taoru with a new sparkle in his eyes.
Taoru arrived at the dining table, it was the middle of the afternoon, and barely eating his breakfast. He ordered a blueberry pancake and a side of eggs. He would usually eat a bowl of egg and rice where the chefs would add supplements to give him energy through the day, and even then, he would only eat half. This time it was different; he ate almost everything on the plate and only left a small number of eggs.
He was about to leave the huge table when his mother and father stepped in to have a light dinner. Both held a surprise in their eyes when they see their son for the first time after a long time; it would be understandable since he would always stay in his room. Their hatred and shame for their son had lowered as they hadn't seen him for a while. They had thought that the way they were acting was wrong. And seeing him now sent a shock through them.
In the original plot, Taoru would only be discussed when Oroku told them about Taoru sexual harassing the female lead, their usual thoughts of him being useless had dimmed down, but when hearing the unforgivable news, they had banned Taoru from the family, soon finding him dead in his room, giving them joy at such a disgusting son that dared to touch such a pure woman.
This was the first step in getting back onto the good side of his parents; although Taoru didn't care much, he needed to make sure he didn't die before his death day.
[Host, your main objective is to have your parents accept you and not die such a pitiful death.] Banana informed Taoru. [System had given a task to host; make your parents feel regret.]
"Taoru..." Jiriko began as she tried to speak the right words. "You've grown well."
Taoru nodded as he glanced towards George, who simply stood beside him, waiting for help.
"How have you been?" She said as she sat down, waving at the maids to bring out the food.
Taoru simply nodded again; not at all satisfied with the voiceless response, she nudged Tenan for help.
"How do you feel?" Tenan tried, but he too only receives a nod.
Taoru looked toward George and nodded that he wished to go. George smiled and complied as they left towards the garden. Leaving the two distressed-looking parents.
[Congratulations, host, you have successfully made your parents feel regret, one hundred points is rewarded!] Banana chimed as Taoru sat on a plush chair under a shaded tree, looked at the flowers surrounding him while George stood by the entrance to give him privacy.

Taoru drank the cool sweet tea as he enjoyed the fresh air; he was planning how to live when passing his death date.
[The world's objective is not to let the male lead fall for the female lead, instead make him loathe her completely, current percentage 0.] Banana piped up after a while of silence.
Taoru began to plan. First his parents need to be on his side, begging and doing anything to earn his forgiveness, enough for them to side with him on some topics. Oroku has nothing to do with him; he's just a small obstacle in his timeline. While this is going on, he'll need to investigate the murders from the original storyline. The murders that made Kimi Gamatsu come to the house. Doing so, she'll be unable to have an excuse to talk to any of them and have George longer on his side. Then let the rest fall into place and live a life longer than the last Taoru.
"George," Taoru spoke quietly, but being used to his soft voice George quickly picked it up as he calmly walked towards his young master.
"Yes, young master Taoru?" George smiled his usual smile that could bring heartbreak to many women.
"I'd like..." pretending to hesitate, he caused curiosity to show on the butler's face.
"Young master Taoru?"
"I'd like to go out." Taoru finally revealed, making the nanny butler shock at the sudden request.
Soon George's face beamed into an excited one; ever since he was hired, he had not once seen Taoru go out, it's been ten years since meeting Taoru, and he would always think about maybe one day getting the young master to go out and show him some of his favorite places.
"Right now, young master?" George questioned.
"Yes... and you can do my hair if you like, just make sure no one notices us leaving," Taoru ordered.
Nodding, George quickly wheeled Taoru back into the house after Taoru had spent a couple of hours admiring the flowers. George dressed his young master into a nice light grey suit, his hair was slicked to the side, and his glasses were dis-guarded after much complaining over the butler. Standing on weak legs, Taoru looked into the full-body mirror to see a breathtaking young man staring back at him. The beautiful golden eyes that he had received from his great grandmother were beautiful, along with the pale skin that seemed to have received more color from this afternoon food and the fresh sunlight outside. Just a day had passed, and his health was becoming very noticeable.
They had left through the back entrance; the wheelchair mounted up while a driver drove them towards the city center.
"Where would you like to go, master?" George spoke as he looked excitedly towards his young master.
Taoru thought deeply as he thought of the many things he couldn't do while being a dog. He had already eaten chocolate; to be honest, he wasn't sure why the humans restricted him from eating it. For now, he had free time before the murders would start, and he wanted to enjoy the time, most likely wanted his parents to hear him leave the house without them and want to go as well. How will they hear? Most likely from Luro, he keeps tabs on his young master as he's worried something bad will happen.
"I'm not sure; let's just wander around for the meantime, I have never gone out of the house." Taoru said as he looked out the heavily tinted window.
"As you wish, pull over; we'll be sightseeing I'll call you when we're done," George ordered the driver, who obediently did as told, and exited the car, to retried the wheelchair.
"Leave it," Taoru said as he saw the driver open up the trunk but was quick to open the door and get out.
He needed to show that he was cured, but he didn't want to cause suspicion from recovering too fast. He stumbled a little before strong arms caught his body, sending George a light smile that causes the butler's heart to flutter; he walked slowly with a wooden cane.
Heads turned as they saw the two delectable young men walking side by side, but they could see the older man walking slightly behind. He was quickly labeled as either a subordinate or probably a bodyguard. Either way, they were eye candy to many women, and let's not forget the men that bend the other way.
Taoru walked slowly, taking his time as he looked into the clear glass display windows. He looked at all the male and female outfits and many toysand many toys they wish to sell and gain income. They soon passed a pet store; the window showed a litter of golden retriever puppies. Taoru stopped as he looked at his past life kind. He can rememberremember clearly when they chose him from the rest of his brothers and sisters, just like these small ones. He was so excited as he was soon driving into a car; at the time he had thought it was some kind of monster and was reluctant, but soon, he had gotten used to it as they arrived at his new home, a home that had turned into a prison.
"Are you interested in a companion young master?" George said as he grinned at the distant look his master held, although he wasn't sure if it was good or bad.
"No, let's move on." Taoru declined as he tore away his eyes from the puppies, wondering what his past life would have been if he wasn't chosen that day.
They entered a well-known clothing shop that fitted men into the best suits known to the whole world. It was an amazing establishment called The Noblemen. They sold the finest cloth a man could dream of,, whether for their big day or an important meeting, even a usual workday.
"Would you like to be fitted, young lord?" George said as he went to open the door.
"Yes." Taoru's sweet soft voice sounded as he went up a couple of steps leading up into the shop.
The store was big; there were both men and women workers stationed at a section where they waited until there was a new customer. Seeing a new customer enter, a middle-aged man quickly walked over towards and greeted them.
"Hello, welcome to the Nobleman; how may I help you, two fine gentlemen?" The man said gently as his aged skin wrinkled around his eyes as he smiled wisely.
"My young master wished to be fitted, please may we see the best cloth you have? Color doesn't matter." George spoke as he leads Taoru to sit onto a chair and rest his legs in the meantime.
"Certainly, I'll be back shortly." The man bowed as he left the two important-looking men.
"Why did you suddenly wished to be fitted, young master?" George inquired as he looked down at his master,, who sat back and got comfortable looking to rest his legs.
"No reason, I just felt like it," Taoru spoke as he shortly began to have his legs massaged by George.
He was slightly embarrassed but didn't speak otherwise as he let the man do as he pleased. Later on, the older man returned with multiple light and dark tones of cloths and patterns.
"These are our finest pieces that we have, costing up to three thousand dollars a top suit." The older man explained the costs and the deals, stood the young master with care and George,, and measured him after choosing a couple of colors that made him even more irresistible.
Taoru and George soon left with a total of ten suits, for what occasion? 'Just for convenience,' as Taoru answered. They went home after dining at a restaurant seeing as Taoru declined eating at home and saw a restaurant close by.

Arriving back at the manor through the back entrance Taoru excused himself to his quarters and stayed inside. Taoru stretched his body, pretending to cure himself slowly and limiting his movements places a toll on his body; for the aches not to cause any damages, he'll need to stretch his body to be comfortable. Not to exclude his daily exercise, of course; the body was weak and flimsy. Tarou knew that very well when he was finished healing. He needed to exercise and build up his immune system along with muscle. He didn't want to look like a walking toothpick for the rest of his life.
"First things first," Taoru mumbled as he stood up abruptly; he headed to his bedside and opened up the top drawer.
Inside the drawer was a tablet; from his memories he would only watch shows and movies, wasting away his life and actually being useless trash of a son. He slipped into his bed and clicked it on, browsing through the internet for something.
[Host, what are you looking for? Maybe I can find it faster.] Banana spoke into his head.
"I'm searching for any possible clue as to who the killer was. Did they ever catch him in the original story? If I can catch him, then the female lead won't be able to have any type of connections to this family, and I can quickly leave soon after." Taoru informed as he hacked in anything unusual in the crime unit investigations.
Somewhere at an empty cafe, a lone figure felt a pull on his chest; it felt like a mixture of a burn as well as a needle pinching inside him. It left a bad taste in his mouth as he coughs lightly.
[Indeed host, with the help of the male lead Oroku, the female lead was able to capture the target in an abandoned warehouse out at the coast of a fishing structure that was left out of business for at least a couple of years.] Banana informed.
"How long do I have before he starts killing?"
[Two years.] Banana replied.
[Once becoming an investigator, her first case was a big one, the one that leads her into investigating the male leads home. She had been looking for the murderer for almost a year now, going onto twenty-six; after not finding anything, years had lessened, and the lead, lead her at the age of twenty-nine. You host have exactly four years to complete your tasks and main goal]
"I die when she comes to visit?" Taoru said, looking bewildered.
[Not likely host, after meeting and knowing the male lead for a week she falls in love with him, seeing you as a stepping tool to gain pity from the male lead she gets rid of you as well since you will be inheriting money]
"For greed," Taoru concludes as he nods and sighs. "She probably went through illegal means as to who gets what from Tenan's lawyer."
[Precisely.]
"What's the killer's name?" Taoru pondered out loud.
[Gomotu Shilo, a Japanese native who was abused harshly by his mother. He was bullied horribly in school by everyone and was also known to be terrified of his closet. His mother would always say that if he didn't behave, a monster would come out of it and kill him. As he grew up, he feared women; when he had accidentally killed one, he felt joy and arousal. Wanting to feel it again, he went on a killing spree, going on to kill over eighty-nine women before getting caught at age 20.]
Taoru shivered at the thought of the man- no- the monster; he searched the web of his name and broke into police files to find he has a clean record.
Locking his tablet, he sat back and looked at the clock; it was nine, almost time for George to-.
"Master, it's time for bed." George knocked and entered slowly as he bowed.
He helped Taoru out of his clothing and bathed him as carefully as he could.
"Tomorrow, your physical therapist will come by and see how your body is doing." George smiled tenderly as he rinsed off his young master.
"Thank you," Taoru said as he was lead out of his room and dressed.
"It's my pleasure. Shall I soften your muscles before bed, young master?" George offered, his eyes hopeful.
To be completely honest, Taoru did enjoy being massaged; without hesitating he nodded.
A knock was heard from his door, followed by a voice he thought he wouldn't hear if he approached first.
"Taoru, may I come in?" Oroku spoke from the other side.
"You may." Taoru said with his soft voice.
Oroku opened the door and froze at the door. Since George offered his hands he hadn't finished dressing Taoru; the young master lay on his bed as George rubbed and pressed softly on his back, legs, and hands. It looked erotic as Taoru only wore boxers.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Oroku glared at the butler who simply smirked.
"Whatever do you mean, master Oroku?" George spoke as he heard a small groan come from Taoru when he pressed the back of his thigh, the place that usually has aches when he pretends to limp.
"Get your hands off of him, you're a pedophile." Oroku stomped towards the butler.
"Enough, Oroku, he's simply loosening my muscles; they're sore." Taoru explained with a sigh.
"From what?" Oroku huffed as he kept his glare at the butler.
"We went out; I went to stretch my legs. My body is weak." Taoru waved at George to stop as he helped his young master sit up and finish dressing him.
"You went out? Why didn't you tell anyone?" Oroku said as he sounded offended, like a wife talking to her husband about why he came late from work.
"I didn't realize that the useless son needed to tell the disappointed parents about my whereabouts." Taoru looked towards George that held out his medicine.
"You aren't useless young master; to me you're the best young master this lowly servant could have." George smiled tenderly.
"Did anyone ask for your opinion, butler?" Oroku clenched his fist.
"Oroku, what do you need? It wasn't that you only wanted to remind me that I'm useless and ridicule my butler, is it? If not, speak or you can leave." Taoru gave a frosty glare.
"I simply came to see how you were doing. After seeing you haul all that food back to your room, I was wondering if you had a stomach ache," Oroku said as he pulled back his glare and stared at Taoru with his dark eyes.
"Then what? Were you going to laugh at my pain? Just like everyone else? Leave, I don't care what you think." Taoru slowly stood tall and straight as he gave a menacing aura that made Oroku shiver and left the room quickly.
Where did that dominance come from? He never talked to anyone that way, nor did he snapped at anyone that had gotten on his bad side. He was usually very caring and gentle... A coward when he's acting himself.
The role he's playing.
The body he was currently in possession of.
His emotions are combining with the characters he plays. How didn't he notice the way he could easily get into it, he thought he was talented, but it was actually the way his soul sucked the emotions and acts of the last body and this body.
Banana! Why is my body this way? This isn't usually how I act. Taoru thought as he waited for a response.
[This is uncommon, but it is known to happen to certain hosts. A body is occupied with a soul; when that soul disappears, it leaves behind the soul's essence to be absorbed by the surrounding objects or another soul that will occupy it. In each body that you will receive is possible to gain and merge with emotions and attitudes that the last soul had and expressed.]
Why does it do that?
[No one knows, but it is said that the soul consumes the left essence into itself for survival. It's consuming what the soul is lacking.]

After the shocking discovery, Taoru had dismissed it for a later time. Right now, he had bigger issues, and that was to catch the killer before he even thought of hurting women.
"Banana, are you able to track where Gomotu Shilo is currently located?"
[Sorry host, currently I am still limited, my next upgrade costs three thousand SP. But I can locate them if his name is involved in something. Like if their name is written down.
"Will you be able to track him if he writes his own name down?"
[Yes. Currently, his recent signature in middle school G, around two o'clock in the afternoon, is located in the bad side of town K... Oops, the signature has refreshed. It is now at a house in the worse side of town, K.]
"What do you think I should do?" Taoru pondered about the situation.
[I'm not sure either host, every world is up to you to decide, I can only interfere when asked to, and even then, I can't do much.]
"So I have choices in every world?" Taoru said rhetorically as he thought deeply.
Taoru nodded and soon stood up; the killer should be around thirteen years old. He would still be in the dirty clutches of his horrendous mother. What better way to stop a killer than to become his hero?
Standing up, he headed towards his closet and grabbed any clothes that could conceal him from anyone in the night. His hair was lightly gelled back, and he left his thick glasses behind.
Opening his window, he jumped onto his railing and hoped over it, landing on the soft grass with a soft tap. He wasn't much on stealth or fighting, but he could bite... That is... That's what he did when he was a dog protecting his master. He was human now, completely different, which meant that humans didn't fight with their teeth; they fought with their fists and items were given to them by their surroundings if not protected by a gun or knife.
"How far is it to town, K?" Taoru asked as he hid under trees shadows, hiding from the beams of light that shined from the moon.
[By car, seventeen minutes, by foot approximately two hours and fifteen minutes, not including breaks and a steady walk.]
"By the time I get there, I'll be too tired to do anything." Taoru sighed in frustration.
[Host! Luckily this amazing Banana is great at overwriting human vehicles! Just choose one, and you'll be on your way.]
"I do not know how to drive Banana." With an exasperated tone and look, he felt hopeless.
[Not to worry, host, you simply need to get into a vehicle, and Banana will do the rest.]
"Really? You're so amazing, Banana." Taoru praised, which caused the system to feel amazing inside; he now wished to be praised in the future.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
Taoru arrived quicker than the time seeing as Banana knew shortcuts, and as it was the middle of the night, they were heading towards a town where there was no traffic whatsoever.
Taoru stopped the silver Hondu (lol) in front of a run-down old two story house. The exterior was a mess, the porch was breaking apart, and the paint that would have looked like a yellow was mostly chipped away from either age or not maintaining the color properly through the elements. Taoru couldn't even imagine what the inside would look like; all he knew was that even as he stood outside across the street and the wind was blowing from behind him towards the house, he could still smell the pungent odor of the inside.
"Where's his room, Banana?" Taoru spoke in a hushed voice, not wanting the neighbors to think a burglar was roaming around their town.
[Top floor, the last room to the right, the left window facing the street.]
Taoru looked up towards the left window; itdark curtains shut it. Climbing up the house on unsteady pipes that seemed to break any second, he had arrived in front of the window and pulled it up. Luckily, and very disappointing of the boy's safety, the window was unlocked.
Slipping onto the clean-looking carpet he could smell the odor much stronger in this room than any other...
That meant that the mother doesn't bother to tell the boy to wash, or she doesn't let him at all.
With an animalistic growl, he loomed over the curled-up boy that slept on the corner of his room on top of shredded and dirty blankets.
"Not even a bed," Taoru whispered.
[What now host?] Banana questioned, not sure what his host was thinking most of the time.
You said something about the closet before that he was terrified and the cause was his mother, right? Taoru spoke through his thoughts as he didn't want to wake the young boy.
[Yes, host, what of it?]
I hide, simple as that. I wait for the perfect moment and save him from the true monster.
[Brilliant idea host!] Banana praised, causing the same feeling Banana had a moment ago to throw Taoru.
They had thought they would wait until morning, but they were wrong. Not soon after they had arrived, the door creaked open to reveal a very intoxicated middle-aged woman. Her hair was long and unkempt, the red lipstick that she wore was smudged to the side, and her face that had only looked clueless and disoriented twisted into a rage when she set her eyes on her target. Her so-called son.
"Useless boy!" She shouted, causing the resting boy to shoot up from his tattered sheets and receive a sharp slap to his dirt cheek. "You can't even sleep without causing others to feel hatred."
Before she could hit him once more, a hand had stopped her in her tracks. Looking back with a glare, she shouted at the stranger.
"Who the fuck are you?! And how did you get into my house!!" She stood on unstable legs as she swung again, only to miss entirely.
"Who am I?" Taoru spoke with a deadly cold voice. "I am the one who kills people who don't behave, and you have not been good at all." Taoru, being clothed in entirely black, looked at the woman who now shook in fright.
Since she was drunk and her vision couldn't focus, she could see a dark shadow growing bigger as she fell to the floor and losing control of her bladder. Begging for her pathetic life, she grabbed hold of Taoru and sobbed.
"Why are you crying?" He sneered. "Weren't you the one to know the rules when you told them to your son? If someone doesn't behave, then I come out and kill them. Why cry when you haven't been behaving?"
"I was I I I'm sorry I wanted him to list listen to me-"
"Did he not comply?" Taoru held a questioning tone. "Did he not obey your orders when you asked him to be quiet? Did he not obey your orders when you said to cook and clean? He obeyed, but you still lay a hand on the boy, but not anymore; you shall pay for your sins and what you have done to your child."
Knocking her out fairly easily since she couldn't even keep her eyes open any further,, he called the police and filed a case for them soon after. They had asked so many questions, mostly who he was and what he was doing in the house, but he answered quickly and without hesitation as he saw the boy being examined at the hospital they had arrived at not long after the woman had been woken up and cuffed. She had begun to shriek of the monster in the closet coming to get her and as she showed.
The case would have been dismissed if it wasn't for the secret recording that Taoru made Banana record and handed to the officers.
"How is he?" Our darling main character said as he looked down at the sleeping boy who had passed out from the mentally draining events.
"W w well, the boy is fine, h his body is covered in bruises and cuts, but they'll heal nicely." A doctor spoke as she read over the clipboard, stuttering as she tried not to looked at the beauty in front of her. "He can leave now, but since he doesn't have a guardian, I'll have to call social services-"
(A/N this part is completely made up, no child will be handed over so simply when asked. Especially to a stranger that came out of nowhere. But I need to bend a couple of rules to unravel the story; thank you for your cooperation.)
"There's no need. I'll take care of it," Taoru responded as he ran a hand through his hair, earning a small blush from the doctor who could not answer and simply nodded as she scurried off to tell the rest of the women about the heaven-defyingheaven-defying young man she was saw.
Taoru grabbed a nearby wheelchair as he called up George; since he was sure that George wasn't backstabbing him any time soon, he'll make use of him in the meantime.
"Young master Taoru what happened?!" George came running, an expression of horror crossing his face. "When you called me this late at night and told me to go to the hospital without notifying your parents, I didn't know what to think."
He circled frantically, looking all over his master's body to make sure nothing bad had happened.
"I'm fine George, did you let Luro know just as I asked you?" Taoru looked towards George with a tender smile but only received a smile and a small blush from the older man. "Good, the boy inside of this room, make sure he's well taken care of, get him a proper education along with all the things he needs as well as a monthly salary."
"If you don't mind me asking, what for?" George said as he pushed the wheelchair and headed towards the car parked outside.
"He's going to be useful to me in the future," Taoru said as they were now heading towards the manor.
George looked at his young master as he thought about the past. He was usually reticent, never really thought about anything rather than playing his games and watching dramas. Didn't even try to protest when taking a shower.
Interesting.

ch7
Taoru walked around his bed, looking at the small boy before him, sleeping soundlessly.
How did it come to this? Taoru thought with a sigh as he thought back to last night.
"Young master, I'm unable to find an apartment without causing suspicion from your parents; for now, he'll have to hide in your room," Luro spoke as he bowed to show his apologies.
"That's fine; leave him here; if any of those people come near my room, redirect them somewhere else." Taoru sighed.
Taoru looked at the sleeping figure; his body was completely malnourished, more so than him when he took over this body. His skin was covered in faded and recent scars, not to mention those fresh bruises that littered his entire body. His hair was a dark brown and slightly long, but it looked like no professional ever cut his hair, seeing as some parts were extremely short and others were longer than the rest. If he remembers correctly, Shilo's eyes were a light brown.
He hadn't planned to take this route; he was going to let the boy wonder about his hero and plead to be taken to him. And every time they were going to meet, something would have happened, and Taoru would have canceled. He was going to make the boy stalk him to gain the benefits when the time came for the boy to be useful.
Where had this ferocious thinking come from? It wasn't this body thinking. So it was most likely Markus. Originally he was supposed to be a villain, a villain where he had the ability to think harshly but always have his plans backfire because of the lack of contacts.
In the meantime, he needed to have someone that values him as a god and would take a bullet for him if he had to. After that, everything was set to go into motion, Shilo won't be a killer, and Kimi Gamatsu won't have any ties to this house. And let's not forget about his life passing its limit.
But he also wondered about the main problem in this world.
This body's wishes and hopes.
There's also the factor that he needed Oroku to completely hate Kimi. How could he do that if the moment they meet, they begin to have feelings? He sighed in frustration at the thoughts as he sat in his wheelchair thinking.
It wasn't soon enough that he stopped his pondering when he heard a shift of the sheets to see the young boy sit up with a small groan caused by the still fresh bruises. His brown eyes looked around the room with no recognition. His eyes stopped at Taoru, who was sitting in a wheelchair; the second thing he noticed when seeing Taoru, the first? His beauty was quickly covered by the disheveled hair; how he knew he was beautiful was the fact that he could see anyone beauty because he wanted to be a photographer when he grew up.
"Who are you?" Shilo spoke cautiously as his young voice cracked slightly from his nerves, not knowing if the stranger wanted to harm him in any way.
"Taoru Harami, nice to meet you," Taoru responded politely.
"What am I doing here?"
"Would you rather be placed in an orphanage? Maybe kicked out into the streets?"
"N-no, sir." Shilo replied quickly, fear lacing his expression.
"Well, good, that's what they were going to do to you if I hadn't interfered," Taoru commented as he wheeled towards the long and wide window.
"Why did you help me?" Shilo whispered, but with Kaoru's unusual senses, he caught the words no problem.
"You looked like you needed help; I simply used the limited power I had in my hands." Which were his looks.
"What do you want?"
"My apologies, I don't understand your question." Taoru acted innocently.
"If you helped me, you must want something in return, right?" Shilo said with dead eyes.
"I want someone that won't stab me in the back, someone who is loyal, someone that thinks of me first rather than themselves," Taoru said truthfully. "In this world filled with liars, what can I do but always watch behind my back when I leave my house? I get tired of being cautious."
"Why not hire a bodyguard?"
"Then someone will simply outbid me and use him to seek my downfall." Taoru opened his door and was about to leave, but not until he said a couple of words before he left. "You can leave whenever; I don't need any payment when children go through the same thing I went through only physically."
Shilo sat on the bed; his eyes widened at the revelation. He didn't know that there was someone who had experienced the same thing he had. He thought that it was simply him that everyone hated. His heart fluctuated as he thought deeply over what Taoru wanted.
He felt something inside, not like anything before. Admiration? That must be it. Not once in his entire life had he ever looked up to anyone, only cartoon heroes, but they were fake. Nothing like the real hero that helped him; he remembers the wheelchair man was standing in front of his mother, declaring himself the monster that lived inside his closet. The next thing he knew, he had passed out from the immense stress and was here in this spotless room and soft bed.
"He's my hero." His mind concluded as he curled up into the bed, tears of joy shedding from his eyes as he cried in happiness.
He won't suffer anymore, he won't be beaten by that woman he calls mother, she's locked away far from him, and won't be able to go near him in the future ever.
[Host, why did you lie?] Banana spoke from inside Taoru's mind. [You weren't abused at all.]
Sometimes you need to give a little push to the right area to get what you need. What I need is someone loyal by my side. Taoru explained.
[I understand, host.]
"Taoru dear..." Jiriko spotted Taoru from her studies and cautiously walked towards him, not wanting to frighten him and make him scurry off back into his room.
Taoru turned towards the voice and gave a blank look.
"I heard that you went out for the first time?" She said as her hand lifted to the strand of brown hair that fell from her loose bun and tucked it behind her ear.
Taoru nodded, not saying a single word to satisfy his mother; in return, she frowned at her son's lack of communication; should she hire a therapist? No, that'll only distance him more, thinking that she thought he had problems.
"How did it go? You should have asked me so I could go with you and help you." She tried to reason.
"Last time I checked, I was useless; why help a useless son?" His sweet voice left his mother feeling empty and cold as he left her looking down in shame of herself.
"Taoru! You shouldn't speak to your mother that way; we're trying to connect with you." His father came when he heard his wife's voice sounding hesitant as he turned the corner.
"Mother? You two said that I wasn't your child; when did that change?" Taoru left after that, not turning around as he heard his mother begin to sob.
[I know that as a system, I shouldn't get involved with your missions on some occasions. But don't you think you were a bit harsh host?]
"Not one bit; I actually think I wasn't so harsh; this push can finally make them think what to do to bond with me; they'll try to help me and protect me in any way possible so they could get my forgiveness." He said as he went to the kitchen, grabbed multiple chips,, and looked into the fridge to check if there was any moreany more cake.
"Young master Taoru, again with that unhealthy appetite. I'll make you something better; how about you wait at the dining table." Luro spoke with a sigh as he placed all of the items taoru grabbed and began to cook.
Taoru huffed and did as told as he went to the dining table.
"While we wait, why not tell me about the second female lead." Taoru leaned back and closed his eyes to rest.
[Actually, host she's the villain of the story.] Banana clarified.
"How did she and the male lead meet?"
[When Fuyomu Riyo was drowning in drugs and lust, Oroku came to the rescue when she was beaten close to death by a nightclub for being accused of stealing. Coincidentally the male lead was passing by to meet The female protagonist about information about the murders but had to reschedule the odd date when he heard painful groans down the alley. Ordering his bodyguards to carry her to the car, they headed to the hospital and sober her up. When she woke up, he scolded her and told her to take care of her body, then left, not even giving his name or knowing hers.
When she asked who the man was to the nurse beside her, the nurse replied that he was the heir of the Harami company. Falling in love when she woke up to the handsome man, she searched where he was going to be and found out that he was meeting up with a cop occasionally, wanting to help the mass murder investigation. When the villain had found out that the cop was a woman, not to mention Kimi Gamatsu, she snapped. Her head was filled with malice, thinking that Kimi Gamatsu has taken everything from her. And was now thriving to get everything she deserves and plans for her downfall.
"Has the meeting happened yet?"
"What meeting?" A voice sounded from behind Taoru, who cursed himself for not thinking; he turned to see the adopted son, Oroku Harami.
"Nothing, just thinking of a book and the future events that will occur." Taoru lied flawlessly.
"Didn't know you read."
"You know nothing about me, dear brother." Taoru spoke monotonously as he rested his head on his palm while his elbow sat on the table lazily.
/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/''/
ch8- Encounter
Oroku narrowed his eyes towards his little brother. Sure he never really talked at all when it came to Taoru, but he never insulted him; he only went along with his adopted parents to please them. If it weren't for Tenan and Jiriko, he would have still been in that orphanage thriving for warm blankets and fighting for food among the starving children. He wished to become someone so bad. And when the two nice people came to pick a child, he vowed to do what they asked and ordered no matter what.
They spoke about their useless son and his inability to take over the company. He felt bad for the boy but didn't think much of it since he learned to only think of his own survival.
"Tell Luro that I'll have my dinner in my room." Taoru left, his hands moving back and forward as he wheeled out of the dining room.
Taoru opened his room and was momentarily shocked to see someone sleeping in his bed until he recalled what was happening and shook his head over his silly actions.
Shilo sat up, his eyes puffy as he rubbed them, clearly indicating that he was crying when Taoru left the room.
"You must be hungry," Taoru concluded as he stood up on shaky legs. "My butler will come up with breakfast; you'll have to wait for a moment.
"I'll stay." Taoru heard a small whisper.
"Come again?" Taoru turned as he sat on his small couch.
"I'll be someone you can rely on." Shilo declared.
Taoru hid a smirk as he raised a brow in disbelief. "How can I trust you?"
"If I ever do anything that gives you false hope in me, then I'll personally take my own life so you won't taint your pure ones." Shilo left the bed and kowtowed on the floor, his head hitting the floor quite hard.
"So be it; I'll take your word." Taoru smiled wickedly while Shilo had his head bowed. "There's much that I need to have done, and I'll need your help."
Shilo froze at the word need; no one ever needed him for anything. But his hero needed him right after he vowed his loyalty; this will be his new life, a new start where he will obey his master with everything he has. He raised his head to look at the emotionless covered face with praise and admiration.
"Anything, master." Shilo nodded furiously.
"I'll need you to keep tabs on a certain woman." Taoru declared.
"W-woman?" Shilo fearfully spoke.
"I know what you've been through is hard, but you'll have to become strong, and the first thing you'll need to do is to prove your loyalty and conquer and convert your fear into rage into your strength," Taoru spoke wisely.
"Strength." Shilo whispered the word he wasn't familiar with.
"Yes, I'll give you the information of the woman, but remember, you can never trust her; all women are scheming and wish for wealth." Taoru poisoned Shilo's mind.
This is the second step into his victory, finding out that he was missing pieces of his persona; he wanted to go through as many worlds as he could until he was completed. Until he knew he was whole again and can go through worlds without worrying.
"I understand, master." Shilo nodded as his mind thought of the women around the world, wanting to do everything in his power to obliterate all of them in one go.
A knock sounded from the door, and butler Luro walked in with breakfast.
"Young master, Mr. Gomotu, breakfast is ready." Luro announced as he set down the two plates on a nearby table. "Young Master, your appointed therapy will begin at twelve in the afternoon; the current time is ten in the morning."
"Thank you, Luro, and you're dismissed."
Finishing breakfast was simple enough, time passed splendidly as the two boys played video games until Taoru's appointment. However, Shilo would almost always lose with his horrible gaming ability when they were playing,, which made every game boring, he didn't speak his thoughts as he saw that Shilo was really enjoying his games since he never actually had one growing up.
Taoru left his room,, ordering Shilo to keep playing until he got back. Arriving at the room, escorted by George, he saw a beautiful nurse setting everything up on the floor.
"Young master Taoru, everything is set. Are you ready?" The nurse spoke tenderly as if she was speaking to a broken doll...
"Let's get this over with; I have places to be." Which causes George to look at his young master in bewilderment since he never leaves the house.
"Very well." The nurse kept her smile, but it was obvious that she seemed annoyed by the comment.
To say he was embarrassed was an understatement; he knew that his pride as a newfound human was completely shattered when they had finished the first lesson. The nurse had helped him bend to such embarrassing positions that weren't fit for a man. He wanted to shout and scream to his heart's content to the beautiful brunette but kept it in since his timidness kicked in at that point,, making him fear for punishment.
Shrugging all of the embarrassing positions, he went towards his room with his wheelchair and opened the door to find Shilo exactly where he left him. Nodding in improvement, he called for him.
"Shilo, we'll be leaving in a while; I have to buy you new clothes," Taoru said as he looked at the hospital gown he still wore. "For now, wear some of mine, they might be too big, but it'll do for the meantime."
"Yes, master." Shilo said as he changed into slightly baggy jeans and a loose white t-shirt.
Arriving at the center of the city, they were greeted with many stores opened and selling many items from clothes to washing machines and even masks for any type of festivities. George stood behind them, making sure that none got lost as he introduced them to many clothing shops that would be suited for Shilo. In the end, they entered a brand store that sold expensive clothing for the rich.
"A-are you sure, master? I'm fine with receiving clothes from the used clothes store." Shilo said as he stopped at the store entrance, too scared to even step inside in fear of dirtying the floor.
"Nonsense, I want you to look presentable when you stand beside me; what will people wonder if your wearing worn-out clothes and I'm wearing branded ones. They'll think that I'm abusing you." Taoru said as he grabbed hold of the skinny arm and yanked him into the store.
"We'll be taking clothes his size..." Taoru turned at looked at Shilo. "Medium, and can someone show me to the shoe section?"
Even though Taoru came in with an aura of someone who mustn't be denied to his hair wasn't to proper protocol. It was in his usual disheveled ways, but his outfit was that of a blue shirt brand by the insignia at the bottom and the well-fitted jeans hugging his slender long legs.
The workers looked to be having trouble with what to do. He looked like a beggar who found amazing clothes by luck and now pretends that he has all the money in the world.
"Sir, I think you might have the wrong store; used store clothes are down seven blocks from here; if you go now, you'll probably have enough time to catch them before they close." A man with a stainless uniform of baby blue and white spoke as he offered to walk them out.
Taoru stood silent in front of the man; he felt something boiling inside of him, a feeling which he knew was dangerous, so he breathed in slowly then exhaled. He felt a gaze on him but shrugged it off as he studied the man before him.
"Listen here." Taoru began as he walked forwards; he was exactly the height of the man, about six feet tall; he raised his hand and ran it through his soft black hair showing his face without noticing himself, and sneered. "Is this how you treat your customers? I haven't gone out into the world recently, yet this is what greets me when I do? I should have stayed locked up instead."
"Young master, shouldn't say that." George stepped in quickly as he glared dangerously at the man begging to think that he offended the wrong people. "Are you seeking death? Quickly escort my young master and his friend to where they desire to be."
"Y-yes, sir, right away." The man fumbled with his feet as he turned around and began to shout orders to some other workers to bring out the best clothes they could offer.
At a corner of the store, a man turned to watch the commotion while supervising how one of his businesses was going, yet not even ten minutes inside, one of the workers insults a customer. Seeing as there was going to be a lawsuit involved, he was about to step in when the taller of the two younger customers stepped up, his aura surrounding him changed into one that sent chills down his spine. He didn't knowknow if it was good or bad,, but he stopped interfering and watched as everything unfolded.
He was surprised; his dark eyes looked at the young man run a hand through his long hair. He could have imagined a teen filled with acne, yet all he saw was a perfect face. No blemishes, no scars, nothing that would deem him as ugly or disturbing. He had stopped breathing for a while and quickly made his lungs suck in oxygen before he became lightheaded.
His workers corrected their mistakes as he signaled at the manager, who sat back to watch the situation unfold to fire the guy who wanted to run the two young men out of the door who were clearly wealthy, seeing the butler behind them glaring at everyone.
"Hello." He spoke without thinking; he also wasn't sure when he walked towards the young angel.
"Hi," Taoru said as he looked up to the tall man, he was slightly taller than George, about seven ft tall.
He was slightly intimidated by the man; he looked like he was going to grab him and throw him into the garbage can.
He paid no attention to his overly dramatic imagination and motioned for Shilo to get into the dress room and change. He turned away from the man, sitting down as he set his cane beside him and saw George massage his legs.
"What's your-"
"Everyone hands in the air!" Shots rang out as five men came in with guns firing into the ceiling, catching the attention of the customers who were now terrifying of their lives.
/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'//'/
ch9- Encounter 2
Taoru hadn't the slightest idea what to do, but much to his help, the thieves did all the talking.
"Everyone to the center now!" The leader who wore a red mask shouted as he stood laid back, acting as if this was an everyday occurrence.
Of course, since no one knew how to solve the situation, every customer and employee stood in the middle of the store. One particular man stood without worry while another stood, glaring at the culprits that dared disturb his master's third official day out. A young man with dark shaggy hair stood with difficulty.
Seeing his master struggle, he looked at the men with a cold look.
"Oi! My young master doesn't have a strong body. Can you please let him sit down." George said as he grabbed hold of the weakening body.
"Shut up and look to the floor!" A henchman said as he pointed an automatic gun at George's face but was slightly bewildered, seeing as the foreign man didn't even flinch.
"He's sick; please let. Him. Sit." George repeated.
Feeling a bad premonition,, the other henchmen nodded and signaled for an employee to grab and drag a couch towards the weak-looking man's center.
"Thank you." George laid a hand on his master's shoulder while Shilo was still not seen.
"You, go to the register and grab all the money; please hurry we're running late." The boss said as he motioned for the manager, who was dressed differently but same color scheme.
He walked steady and did as told, not trying to have his headshot. Placing all the money into the duffel bag, he saw three henchmen go for the clothes and begin stuffing them into bigger duffel bags.
"Please don't, those are expensive, take the money, just leave-" He was shut up by the boss who hit him with the back of his gun.
The manager's head turned quickly to the side as a bit of blood could be seen leaving his lips.
"Don't you understand that we're robbing your store?" The boss sighed with disappointment. "People nowadays don't understand anything anymore."
"It isn't his store." The man who had greeted Taoru stepped forward.
"Oh?" The boss smirked under the mask. "And who might this store be?"
"Mine." With that single fact, the man who held an aura of power snapped his fingers, and twenty armed men entered the store, each one of them held a gun, they dressed in entire black clothes with bulletproof vests and thick combat shoes, showing the people and thieves that they were trained well and will shoot to kill. "I would have let you leave with the money since that small amount isn't anything to me, but once you touch the product, that's a whole different matter."
In an instant, before the boss and his henchmen could react, they were all knocked out and escorted out to the police which was arriving at the stand-up.
"Are you alright?" The man turned towards the delicate-looking man but found an empty single-seated couch, he raised a brow and looked around until he saw the man in front of the curtain.
Taoru opened the door to see Shilo trembling on the floor with tears.
"I-am sorry master, I'm weak." Shilo sobbed.
"I know, and there's nothing wrong with that; soon enough your weakness will become your strength; now get up; everything is settled." Taoru commanded as he held out a pale hand.
Turning around, Taoru's golden eyes widened at the man who had talked to him so suddenly.
"Are you alright?" He asked; his face was emotionless, but Taoru could see something flash across his eyes.
Taoru nodded at the question and ordered George to pay for the clothes.
"On the house." The man said as he shook his head.
Tarou looked at the man with shock, although the man couldn't see it since Taoru's hair settled back down on his face. This tall and strong man, wore a dark navy suit, his tie was black, and there was a handkerchief in his breast pocket. His hair was short and combed to the side. His skin was toned slightly dark, and his built body screams of working out constantly.
"No need." Taoru quickly said he felt something bad when near the man and quickly left the store. "Have a nice day."
"Thank you for solving the matter sir, here's my card; I'll be in favor of you for saving my young master's life," George said as he handed a white plastic card with his number and name. "Have a nice day."
With that, they quickly left the store and headed back to the manor.
The man stood there and snapped his fingers, one of the entirely equipped men who took down the men stepped forward. But he looked more dressed than the others, with more weapons strapped and a blue band tied around his left thigh.
"Yes, boss." The man spoke, standing straight.
"I want everything about that young man who just walked out by the end of the day."
"Right away, boss." The man turned and motioned for his men to leave and began his next assignment.
Outside of the store, the policemen were taking down the descriptions of all the victims, and one of them stood out from the rest. A beautiful policewoman with brown golden hair quickly entered the store to talk to the owner. To her surprise and pleasure, the man was like a walking sex god.
"H-hello sir, my name is Kimi G-Gamatsu; I'm here to write down your statement." She brought out her notepad and looked at the man with a small, shy smile.
"What for? The culprits are caught; you may leave now." The man said as he waved her away and left as well, leaving a pouting woman.
She walked out of the store and bumped into someone; with a glare she turned to warn the bastard when her eyes met with dark brown eyes.
"Hi." She whispered, but the man heard her clearly.
"Hn." The very handsome man nodded with a raised brow. "Sorry for bumping into you; I was looking for someone."
"No worries, I wasn't looking at my surrounding." Kimi smiled brightly, a slight blush dusting her cheeks.
"Right." Oroku was about to leave when he saw all the police. "What happened here?"
"There was a robbery in progress, but we got here on time to see the thieves being lead out by military officials," Kimi said as she tucked a strand of her golden-brown hair behind her ear cutely.
"In this store?" Oroku seemed slightly alarmed as he looked up at the store he heard from his guards that Taoru entered. "Did a weak-looking kid get caught up in it?"
"No, I don't think so, but I did see one leaving the store as I arrived." Kimi pondered, swaying back and forth, trying to catch the man's attention. "But it's all settled now; what's your name?"
"Oroku Harami," Oroku said as he didn't see why he needed not to answer the officer.
"Nice to meet you; maybe we can grab a cup of coffee sometime." She flirted.
"Maybe, I'll be leaving now," Oroku said as he turned, about to walk away when a handheld him by his lower arm, preventing him from stepping further away.
"About the guy, you spoke of, I actually need to talk to him, do you by chance, live with him?" Kimi said, thinking of a way to keep the man from leaving, her heart pounding so fast she could hear it.
"I'm his brother; I thought you said everything was settled?" Oroku said suspiciously.
"It is, but I just realized that I have to get everyone's statement. Do you mind giving me your address so I can, later on, get his statement when I'm free?"
"...sure." Oroku wrote down his address and bid farewell, leaving a love-struck woman behind to sigh dreamily.

Arriving towards his room, he opened it to see Shilo already inside; he had ordered Shilo that from now he'll have to sneak into his house until Luro could find a suitable apartment without his parents noticing.
"Master, what will happen now?" Shilo asked as he caressed the fine clothes that were laid out on the bed.
"Take a shower; I'll give you the information for the woman when you're done." Taoru waved away the skinny boy as he sat down on his desk filled with his computers that this body used only for gaming.
"Before all of this, I asked you a question about the villain and the male lead. Have they met yet?" Taoru asked as he typed away fast on the computers.
[They should meet shortly, in about three years, where she will be sold as a sex slave.] Banana answered as it went through his information.
"Then I have enough time for my plan to get started."
Three years passed soon after, Taoru hadn't shown he was fully healed yet, and there will be a banquet held in days' time. The officer which Oroku met passed by three days after the attempted robbery but sadly, Oroku didn't pay much attention, even if she did flirt and wore a dress that wasn't appropriate for the job. Not knowing that she was irritating the male lead because he had been too engrossed in keeping tabs on his little brother after the whole incident, too paranoid that the shop incident would happen again without him there to protect his little brother.
He had a slight brother obsession.

Without knowing Taoru didn't even have to lift his finger to make the male lead hate the female protagonist; she was already getting on his nerves on her own. When he found out that the percentage had risen he was surprised but didn't do much as he let things play out. After that day, she would often visit and wished to become friends with Taoru, lying to Oroku when she left Taoru in his room about after the interview with him that they had become close friends. Of course, Taoru didn't deny when Oroku butted in when she had left; he also didn't confirm it and simply slammed the door to his older brother's face for the second time.

Shilo had left after a month with Taoru and was sneaking around town to keep tabs on the so-called villain of the story. He would sometimes tell Shilo to intervene in a certain situations, maybe advise her that the nightclub had a habit of girls being raped and another that shady men would be occupying it. Although the villain still hadn't been sold to be a sex slave, she was still involved with drugs and prostitution.
Now that Shilo was now sixteen and able to look more mature after being fed regularly, his body sustained good muscle after being given instructions to work out and keep a daily regiment. He was well built now, and his choppy hair was now faded on the sides and slightly longer on top. He still hated women, didn't like the idea of them coming close to him. He had soon become obsessed with keeping his hero and master safe from them, but seeing the protagonist close, he had asked if he was to take care of her. Only to earn a smack to the lack of the head and a 'not yet' moment from the shaggy-haired master that seemed to walk perfectly fine but kept his wheelchair in front of others. He didn't say this out loud to others; he knew his master had his reasons, so keep it to himself.
And here he is now, sipping tea in the garden with a beautifully dressed protagonist, her nice light pink sundress glowed like enchanting magic as she drank her tea and smiled shily when she caught Taoru staring at her from the book he was reading. He did so just for the fun of it, wanting the idiot to do something stupid.
"What's the wrong Taoru?" She asked with a giggle. "Why do you keep stealing glances at me?"
They have been 'friends,' throughout the three years he had not even spoken to her once, not even a simple no. This moment wasn't different; he ignored her and sat back in his wheelchair as he ran a hand through his hair, showing a little peek of his flawless peach-colored skin that had become perfectly healthy and flawless after eating better and going out more.
"You know, I think I know why you keep looking at me~." She hummed in delight as she stood up and walked seductively towards him and walked around him, trailing her fingers on his shoulders. "I understand that a beautiful woman like myself is too much for such a young boy like you." She blew into his ear, getting him ,to move from disgust slightly but she saw it as lust. "You're so easy to read." She soon sat on his lap and turned his face towards her with her soft fingers. "But I'm taken by your brother, sweet Taoru; you'll never be like him."
She chuckled evilly as she soon gripped him hard by the t-shirt and pulled him forward; they both stumbled off the wheelchair. Taoru landed with a grunt on top of Kimi, which had screamed bloody murder and making Taoru's ear ring and become deaf for a moment.
Where had George been? He had gone to retrieve snacks for the two to enjoy, much to his unwillingness to serve the woman who dares always run a hand down his arm seductively acting innocent, he couldn't wait to call his father and send men to her house and torture her very slowly.
Just as Kimi was about to pull him, he saw that Oroku was walking towards them, his head down, looking at his phone as he tapped rapidly. His face looking entirely angry, his face soon turned into shock as he heard a scream from their oh so lovely guest.
"Help me, Mr. Oroku; your brother is trying to take advantage of me!" She sobbed, fear in her eyes as she crawled away from Taoru, who was now sitting down and massaging his knees with one hand from the hard and unsuspected action.
"Fuck off!" Oroku shouted in disdain as he pushed her away and ran towards his delicate-looking brother who had another hand cradled into his chest. "Are you alright, Taoru?!"

"My wrist hurts." He spoke softly, making his brother have butterflies in his chest.
"What did you do?!" Oroku shouted at a shocked Kimi as he felt along his little brother's wrist.
"He-he was the one that attacked me! I was getting uncomfortable with his eyes always staring at me with an erotic look and was about to leave when he grabbed me and pushed me down to the floor." She tried to explain.
"Really now?" Oroku gave a chilling kind smile. "I'll guess I'll have to confirm our cameras and listen to what the mics picked up."
Hearing that there were cameras hidden, her face turned pale in fright.
"So help me, god if my brother had any permanent damage to his wrist, I'll have you disappear." He threatened as he typed on his phone.
Soon one of his guards came with a laptop to show him the evidence.

[Congratulation, host, you have completed the main mission for this world.]
Banana spoke with a cheerful tone as he watched the scene from a tree.
"Get her out of here, place her at the docks," Oroku ordered, and two extra men grabbed her.
"Y-you can't doth-this, I'm a cop I can arrest you you you won't get away I-" she was knocked out by one of the men dragging her away while the other placed a black sack over her head.
"Make sure she doesn't escape." A deadly voice was heard from the entrance of the garden.
Oroku and Taoru turned towards the voice to see their mother; their father stood behind her massaging her shoulders as he sent deadly glares at the woman who dared to throw herself at his son.
"My son, are you alright?" Tenan spoke as he and his wife walked closer to the boy standing up and walking towards his wheelchair; he simply nodded and saw George come hurriedly when he received a text from his young master.
George pushed his wheelchair to the house and bowed to his older masters and mistress before excusing himself as he entered the manor.
That same day his therapis came over, Taoru had told her about the incident and with a disgusted look she said. "How disgusting, what a hussy, good this your older brohter was there to help you, who knows what she would have done to you." She lifted Taoru's legup into the sky as she gave an embarrassed blush.
"Yeah, that idiot brother of mine needs to get a girlfriend so he can get off my back." Taoru sighed as he raised both arms and rounded them to his side, giving him a satisfied feeling of a good stretch, not before the therapist, Naori, pulled out the other leg up to his chest.
Banquet night.
Taoru was getting dressed; he wore a nicely pressed and wrinkle-free light blue suit with a dark blue tie and shoes. His hair was combed back and to the side, as he gave off a sexy feeling along with a noble one.
"Are you ready, master?"
"Are you ready young master Taoru?"
Both Shilo and George spoke at the same time before sending glares towards each other.
"Yes, let's go." Taoru nodded as he looked himself over and turned to his one trusted friend and his butler.
Sure, George didn't turn out evil; he even hated the female protagonist when she arrived, but the story was always in his mind; he could never get his mind out of the thought that one day George would betray him.
The banquet tonight was to congratulate Oroku for successfully taking over the company. Taoru was glad; he wasn't in the mood for running a company and denied the offer from both Oroku and his parents to take back his rightful position. His parents still feel the guilt they had put their youngest son through. Hoping in their heart that one day he'll forgive them.
They'll be hoping for a long time.
[Host, your death date has been erased, the chances of you dying are now negative fifty percent.]
Does that mean I can leave now? Taoru thought as he walked out of his room that had been moved to the second floor; he was currently heading to the main stairs, where it overlooked the grand hall and showed the guests mingling with others and making stronger business connections.
"Presenting the youngest son of the Harami family, Taoru Harami." The head butler Luro spoke as he spotted his young master heading towards the stairs. His loud voice catching the attention of everyone, including a set of dark eyes.
Quickly everyone's eyes widened; there was a wonderful young man walking elegantly and flawlessly down the stairs; his light blue suit made him look like an angel descended from heaven to take care of them. Murmurs began as they kept their eyes on the flawless being, their eyes holding greed and lust.
"Wasn't he a good for nothing?"
"I heard that he was too hideous to go out in public."
"Wasn't he bed-bound?"
"I heard he could barely walk without falling to the floor after the second step."
"I think I've seen him before."
"You're right. Isn't he the guy that is seen rarely during the middle of the months with two other guys?"
"He was titled the prince of city F."
"Amazing, I guess all the rumors were just that, rumors." Everyone looked at the young boy with wonder now.
[Yes, host, would you like to leave now?]
Hold on.
Taoru greeted the guest with small smiles, earning him full-blown blushes. He soon arrived at his brother and parents, who were giving him so many questions on how he recovered.
"I feel better now. I didn't need the wheelchair anymore," Taoru said simply.
"I'm so proud of you, my son," Tenan spoke with a big grin.
Taoru stumbled slightly.
"Ah! Are you ok? Are you sure you're fully healed? Maybe you should go rest." Jiriko worried as she steadied her son.
"I'll go get some air; I'll be back... Goodbye." Taoru smiled and bowed, not looking at the odd look they gave him for saying goodbye instead of seeing you in a bit.
Taoru walked towards the garden but stopped at the entrance.
"You two can go; I'll be fine. Have fun." Taoru turned to stop the two men that shadow him, mainly at Shilo, because he knew Shilo hated being away from Taoru for too long when he didn't have a mission.
"As you wish, young master." George bowed as he went inside but stayed by the door in case his master needed him.
"Master-"
"I'm fine; go in Shilo." Taoru smiled gently at his loyal friend. "Remember, when I'm not around try to make friends, I don't want you to be alone."
"Is that a mission master?" Shilo said with breathy words as if he was out of breath.
"Yes."
Shilo nodded as his bottom lip trembled; he bowed his head and stood by George, but did keep an eye out for someone; he knew it wouldn't be a woman that will be his first friend, never.
Taoru looked up at the starless night; the light from the manor blocked any view, it made him frown, but the good thing was that there was a full moon at bloom. He smiled up as he sat against his favorite tree; he hummed a tune from his old master. A tune that always made him sleep.
"Alright, I'm good now." Taoru hummed as he closed his eyes.
When hours passed, and no one had seen Taoru, they began to worry. The one who found him first was a fidgeting Shilo. His face looked broken and betrayed; he was gone by the end of the funeral; sightings say that he went to Mexico, killing off women that abused their children and making friends along the way.
George returned to his father and took over the mafia business, but he wasn't the same either. He could be heard slightly sobbing in his room at night.
Both parents fell sick after their son's passing; they had found out from the autopsy that a deadly virus was eating away at him, one that made him healthy but suddenly take his breath in the end. They, too passed away.
His brother ruled the markets and real estate businesses with an iron fist. He made a mall and named it Taoru; it became a big hit since it was four floors and contained many stores inside from theaters and restaurants and many brand names. He didn't smile as often now, rarely even.
Luro soon passed away after Taoru; his heart couldn't take such a big hit, such a young man, yet his life was taken because of a weak body.
Then there was the man from the store, he was known as the king of all sales, he had houses everywhere owned islands, and his company was number one in the world. But his sudden ruling came to an end as he took his own life.
No one knew why.
