“Rae? What are you doing here?” Draco asked as I threw myself into his arms, “Rae?”

I sighed as my head was in his chest, “Drake, I had a major realization today,” I then pulled away and looked into his eyes, which then I found myself pulling him to me and kissing him deeply.

“What was that for?” he smirked as he continued to hold me.

“Blaise came to the hospital today,” I started.

Draco lost his smile, “What do you mean Blaise came to the hospital today?”

“Pansy found him out in Romania. He was living on the streets!”

“What happened at the hospital?”

“Well, he didn’t remember his promise, at first-“

“You asked him about his promise to you?” he had let go of me at this point.

“Yes,” I gasped, “I needed to know why he didn’t come back right away. He then remembered at the last minute that he promised me. He told me that he was going to keep his promise.”

Draco turned his back on me with his hand over his face, “He’s keeping his promise?”

“Well, he kissed me and-“

“He kissed you!” Draco had turned around and he didn’t look happy, “Let me guess, you came running over here to cancel our wedding?” he looked down at his feet, “Breaking off our relationship?”

“The thing is,” I started as he looked back up at me, “I don’t love Blaise.”

“What?” he said in surprise.

“When we kissed, I didn’t feel a thing for him. All my feelings for him are totally gone,” I smiled at him as his smile started to come back, “The man that I am totally and completely in love with is standing right before me.”

He smirked at me, “I love you as well,” he then pulled me back into him, “I thought I had lost you forever,” he said as he ran a hand through my hair.

“Never,” I smirked back, “I would never give up the best thing that’s ever been mine,” I then kissed him just as deep as I had when I had first stepped into his office.

“I love you, Rae.”

“I love you, Drake.”

“What happened?” Jade demanded as I walked into our house an hour later.

“What are you talking about?” I asked, trying to avoid the subject I knew she was going to bring up.

Jade followed me into my room, “That kiss between you and Blaise!”

“Oh, that,” I said as I sat down on my bed.

She joined me on the bed, “You didn’t break off the engagement did you? I know that Blaise promised you that he would be the one to marry you, but I don’t think he is the one for you.”

“Jay,” I said trying to get her attention.

“You belong with Draco. You are perfect for each other! You just need to see it, Coop. I mean, You have been having fun with Draco and thinking that you love him, and I believe you do, but Blaise is just not that guy. He cheated on you while you were dating in Hogwarts.”

“Jay,” I said again.

“He cheated on you with more than just Pansy. He even kept breaking up with you and then want to get back together with you, and you would run straight back into his arms-“

“Jade Elizabeth Robertson!” I interrupted her, but finally got her attention.

“What?” she asked.

“I didn’t break off the wedding,” was all I said before her smile returned to her face.

“Really?” she smirked, “I guess I’ve been away too long. It seems like I don’t know you at all. You have become so strong.”

“I know,” I smirked back.

“Are you hungry?”

“Starving!”

“Order in or take out?”

“Order in,” I smiled, “I don’t feel like going out.”
