Chapter 1: Settled as their Princess

Sitting on my throne in front of all the people I rule, ang mga taong nangangamba ngunit nagtitiwala na magiging successful ako as their new Princess, but all they expect is protection, their own benefits not mine

Kahit anong mangyari poprotektahan ko ang kaharian ng Dynasty, this position was destined for me I just feel it in my guts

I know I could protect Dynasty with all my power, I won't abuse this power to control the kingdom, I'll use it for good not for wealth or my own benefit but for every one that stands before me..

"Let's crown our new member of the throne, Princess Dorothy Davis!, The Princess of Kingdom Dynasty" pag-announce ng royal speaker ng family

Nagpalakpakan naman ang mga tao na nakaupo sa harap ko

The speaker revealed a golden crown in front of me, a crown passed by generations of every princess in the kingdom, nilagay ng royal speaker ang korona sa ulo ko at sabay proud na ngiti ang nahagilap ko sa itsura nya, I guess all of them are proud based on judging their reactions

"SPEECH, SPEECH!" Hiyawan ng mga tao

"Ok ok" I smiled with hesitation, Tumayo ako at naglakad sa center ng mala stage na tinatayuan ko

"In this day forward all I could think of is our protection from the monsters out there, gagawin ko ang lahat para maprotektahan kayo tulad ng mga prinsesa noon, I'll do my best to stop all of the attacks from the creatures beyond the wall, who knows what will happen if the wall breaks? All we know is.. its dangerous, alam kong alam nyo yun! There will only be one rule, Never open the gate or all of us will die"

Imbes na palakpakan ang aking maririnig, takot ang pumapalibot sa buong room, I know they'll have those frightened reactions on their faces, pero yun ang kailangan ko upang sumunod sila sa rule na ibibigay ko na, wag na wag bubuksan ang gate papasok o palabas ng kingdom

Kapag mabubuksan man ang gate naiyon ay lalaganap nanaman ang kamatayan sa Dynasty, I want to earn a title na I could protect everyone from harm

"All hail Princess Dorothy!" Nag bow nalang ako kahit nagulat ako sa sinabi nung royal speaker, nagsipalakpakan naman lahat ng tao sa room

Woohoo!

Go Dorothy iniidolo ka namin!

Those cheers almost melted my heart.

Its nice na pinupuri ka, I haven't done anything yet but they already love me

"Thank you sa inyong lahat" I bowed to show respect to all the people inside the room, suddenly I felt a slight rumble

Napansin din yun ng mga tao sa loob ng room, parang ngayon ko lang naramdaman ang isang bagay na napakalakas, I'm sure its nothing right?

Bumalik ang malakas na yapak, ngayon mas malakas... Buong room mukhang yumogyog, ang chandelier gumalaw ng todo

Nagsisigawan na lahat ng mga tao

"Don't panic! The gate is still intact! Walang mangyayaring masama!" Pagpapatahan ko sa mga taong nagpapanic na

Its just an earthquake right? It couldn't be them...

After minutes tumigil narin ang mga malalakas na yapak, siguro lindol lang nga, "told you guys, it was just a false alarm, lindol lang yun" I smiled at the people staring at me

Nagsitawanan naman ang mga tao na parang wala lang yung nangyari kanina, to be honest I was afraid..

Afraid to be humiliated in front of all people that believes in me, ang alam ko lang ay marami silang iniisip na mga bagay na maaaring manakit sa sarili nila

Takot ako na mawalan ng pag asa ang mga tao sa Dynasty, sisiguraduhin ko na walang mamamatay, I would take full responsibility for sudden deaths because of the creatures outside the wall

But all I know is I'll try my best...
