Chapter 15. Intruder In The Palace

"How is Luce doing?" Natsu asked as he lay his head on the table. His desk was clean of papers and it was the first time in a while.

"She has a hangover so she can't see you, unless..." Jellal smirked.

"Get your mind out of the gutter!" Natsu yelled at him, "I think I might train in the forest, it's a great day to set stuff on fire," Natsu let out a smile.

"And I shouldn't say anything?" Jellal asked.

"Especially not to Erza, zip it and throw the key away," Natsu said before jumping off the balcony.

"Hey, Lucy, do you need water?" Levy asked her worriedly. Lucy was wearing a random top and shorts as her pyjamas and she was under the covers.

"I'm never drinking again!" Lucy proclaimed. She rolled her face onto the fluffy pillow.

"Water or..."

"Both!" She yelled into her pillow. "I feel like..."

"I get it...Food?" Levy asked. "I got yoghurt!" Levy said as she took it out of the box she had in her arms.

"Yoghurt? Put it on my table!" Lucy said.

"You wanna talk?" Levy asked. She had wondered if she could still be a little drunk since she hand hold her...

"Whenever I see...I get...Why am I saying this! I wanna go sleep!" Lucy said.

"Huh?"

"I need a horse!"

"What is she mumbling about..."

"And maybe...Loke! No...maybe Aquari....no...scary..." Levy could just make out those words from her mouth. With the combination of a pillow in her face and her drunkness.

"The heck, I'm getting Wendy!" Wendy hadn't drunk anything but her juice last night since she was underage. Her brother could handle alcohol, after all, he's a Prince!

"Do you know who Loke is?" Levy asked Mira. They were in the kitchen, baking a cake for desert. Mira shook her head.

"Why do you ask?" Mira asked. Mira-Jane Strauss use to be very powerful, almost as strong as Erza, but, losing her sister stopped her from using magic.  Then, after almost losing her brother, brought that long lost magic back.

"Lucy was mumbling it in bed, and something about Aquari,"

"I think she didn't finish the name! Probably why you, of all people, don't know! And maybe Loke is a fake name," Mira shrugged as she mixed the batter.

"Like an alias? I seriously can't understand why he'll need one," Levy muttered.

"In this kind of world, many people need an alias, probably why Lucy won't tell us her last name or if she has a middle one," Mira said.

"Okay, I get it! But why the hell would she need a horse!" Levy laughed as she poured the mixture into the metal cake tin.

"To go meet them? You are smart, aren't you?" Mira asked.

"Yeah, maybe I need some sleep, I still have a little headache," Levy muttered.

"Yeah, you go and I'll finish the cake with Elfman," Levy walked over to the door with a yawn and closed the door. Mira let out a giggle before turning the heat up in the oven.

"I see, the party made two of our best members go to bed and Natsu snuck off? Gray, Erza, and Gajeel are off so there's no one with that idiot. Mira, what went wrong," Makarov asked her.

"Maybe the party or all the paperwork Natsu had to do. I understand the three going on a break but..."

"I've had enough, tell them..."

"Hey, Lucy-san, Juvia knows you're not well right now but...." Juvia said in the big room.

"I'm fine now, that was one hell of a morning!" Lucy sighed as she brushed back her hair. "So, what's the problem? I'm in charge of all the problems in the Court, so I guess that's why you're here?" Lucy reminded her.

"Yeah, um, Natsu-san has a problem, and with that, everyone else has a problem!" Juvia laughed awkwardly.

"Finally, you came!" Jellal sighed as he saw the two girls walk to him. He was in front of Natsu's office and had a worried face on.

"So, what's his problem, then?" Lucy asked.

"Er, he snuck off a little longer than he should have and Gramps had enough," Jellal said.

"So, it's depression?" Lucy tilted her head.

"No, more like locking himself in his room with a bad mood, finishing off his work," Juvia laughed.

"That's a little childish," Lucy laughed as she opened the door. She could see a black aura surrounding the room and him. He had a bad look mood on and was reading his papers. Levy was in there with him.

"Luce?" Natsu looked up from his paper. Jellal noticed the aura disappearing. "You brought her here?" Natsu asked.

"Yeah, we had to! You wrote her name in very important papers! You had to do those twice over!" Levy laughed as she fixed the bookshelf.

"Er..."

"I think I should go..." Lucy murmured as she walked backwards.

"No, wait!" Natsu said suddenly as he jumped off his chair. "Can we go outside?" Natsu asked Levy.

"Yeah, sure, you need it," Levy said as he walked Lucy out. More like, grab her bridal style and jumped off the balcony.

"So, why did you stay out so long?" Lucy asked. It was dark out and they were walking the palace grounds.

"I train in a little cave and I got carried away!" Natsu scratched the back of his head. Lucy laughed.

"I guess you heard about the engagement?" Lucy asked Natsu.

"Yeah, if Jellal wants to get married, he can, but, Erza's been distracted lately," Natsu muttered.

"You're that dense?" Lucy asked her. Natsu stopped and faced her with a surprised look.

"Heh," He laughed. He pinned her on the wall and leant closer. He stopped without any closer and looked to a side.

"Anything wrong?" Lucy stuttered.

"You go back in, I'll meet up with you," Natsu waited until she was safely inside. "Come out now!" Natsu sighed. A young man walked out from behind a pillar and had a scroll in his hands. Natsu scowled. Natsu grabbed the things and pushed the man's face into the wall. He kept his hand in place. "Blond and Pinky, pinned on the wall, kiss..." Natsu scrunched the paper into bits.

"The heck man! I was only doing my job," The man said through his hands.

"Your job! Tell your boss this! The engagement was a lie from the foolish Prince of Crocus!" Natsu growled. He pulled the head back, pushed the man forwards, and kicked him. The man stumbled and started to run. "Never come back here!" Natsu said.

'How did he even come in here...'
