Do any of you (if there are people left reading my books) know a good way to grieve? Like, any kind of grieve. Death, abandonment, failure, just anything

Cause I don't know how to carry on without coping but I have no fucking idea how xD

I know there isn't, like, a perfect solution, but anything would help, really
