Lydia for the whole 6 months of Buggy's arrest, she was taken care by Shanks. She heard Buggy was arrested because of his crimes back in Orange Town. Which upset her. It even included him holding people captive at his old Big Top which was before he and Lydia reunited of course. But atleast it would be 5 months. Cabaji and Mohji stayed by her side as well than just Shanks. When the 5 months passed, Lydia began to worry wondering why Buggy wasn't back yet, so Shanks sent Luffy and Chopper to see what was going on at Impel Down where Buggy was kept.

Cabaji and Mohji tended the Big Top with Richie and Buggy's crew, while Shanks took care of Lydia.

"Try not to get too stressed out, my dear," Shanks told her, "that will cause problems to the baby, and we can't have that."

"I'm just worried about him," Lydia teared up.

Shanks gave her his handkerchief and she wiped her tears away. "Buggy is a smart fella, I'm sure he is alright."

Lydia sighed and nodded. Shanks was right, besides Luffy was going to get him. She decided to make lunch for him, but suddenly the door broke down and she jumped. Shanks was pushed down and his eyes covered by a group of men.

Lydia was confused. She didn't know what was going on now. While Shanks was taken out, a man with white hair and two cigars in his mouth walked up to Lydia. She was shaking now confused why this man was here and why his crew attacked Shanks.

"So....you're the clown's wife I've heard so much about," the man smiled creepily, "I've been chasing your worthless husband for years, now it seems I'm too late. He's finally facing justice with his life sentence. But perhaps you won't be as worthless..."

Lydia grabbed a frying pan and whacked his face with it. The man cried out in pain and stumbled backwards, "you're going to regret that!"

Lydia hide in her room and locked the door. She grabbed the Snail Phone to call Luffy, but it wasn't working.

The man came and began banging on the bedroom door, "I know you're in there...you need to come out now, unless you want me to get really mad," he then had an idea and smirked to himself, "Your precious clown's sentence has been extended to life. I can cut him a deal and get him out of there, but you have to come with me. That's the deal."

"....," Lydia shivered. She knew it was no use. So she took her locket off and set it on the nightstand. "I hope you find this, Bug...I know you will come for me...," she then opened the door, "alright," she choked, "I'll go with you."

The man smirked and snatched her arm tugging her along. Lydia was shaking now as he took her out of her cottage and took her to a dark part of the town. There was a dirty and gloomy looking warehouse. She was taken down underground and pushed in a cell. One of the men came in and chained her ankles and wrists.

"Be careful with her, I can see she is pregnant," the man smirked as his goon chained her up. "Oh and your red head friend, he's fine. He is in the cell right next to you."

He then walked out with his goon. Lydia broke down hugging herself. Why again? Why was she kidnapped again, "Shanks?"

Shanks thought he heard Lydia's voice coming through the wall of the next cell. He was still blind folded, "Lydia? Is that you? Are you alright?"

"I'm scared. It's me...I just wish Buggy was here..."

"It'll be alright, Lydia. They won't hurt you because they can see you're pregnant," Shanks tried to reassure her, "and Luffy should be bringing Buggy home. Once they realize we're missing, they'll find us."

Lydia nodded shaking. She just didn't know what they planned to do with her even Shanks.
