If you don't know Joe by name, you may know his handle, Parakeets. He's the author of the Snacker Trilogy which made it to #2 on the Horror charts. The Axe Murderer is Joes latest work. He's the creator of The Two Sentences Horror Story, a chillingly good read that deserves your attention. His work has also appeared in the anthology of another judge, Kelly Ann Blount. Small world. 

Joe writes for fun, and has yielded more than 500K+ reads on one single book. Not too shabby for a hobbyist.
