Our first Runner Up came on the literal tale of our winner. Still, it is one hell of a great story! 

From the lovely and talented hand of by Becca Fazzio comes "From Beneath We Devour". 

Our judge Kelly Ann Blount described Becca's work best, calling it "haunting and beautiful! The ending of the story left me with chills and it went perfectly with the picture!"

Kelly nailed it. I know I'll be having nightmares tonight. The kind I know will stick with me in the morning.
