A Mirror's Reflection
A/N
So for anyone that's reading this I feel like the ancestors never left/died so thus I want to bring them back into the light and base this on a common lore that the mirrors are a portal to an alternate dimension but this dimension hides the ancestors and they are going to play a major part in this chapter.
That is all~ Enjoy the chapter~|

~Unknown Location~
~Unknown POV~
Looking out upon the reflecting surface, humming my approval the mirror began to bounce, creating waves to show the other side. The Devil of Destruction sat on the bed where my daughter once slept looking down on a photo frame, frowning. This has to be stopped and end such suffering.
Sighing long and deeply, I switched the view of the mirror and saw the sad face of my daughter as she brushed her hair. Her hair has grown long and wave-like texture, she looked so empty. She is the prophecy Mother Phoenix that's suppose to happen, soon. Placing my fingers on the cold surface of the mirror, "soon my daughter, soon, everything will happen as it supposes to be." I sig ed and felt the gush of cold wind as someone entered my personal room.
"The preparations are finished, Sir Yosaflame," I looked over at the matured, aged Angel of the Ice, Sherbet. Standing up, I let the mirror fade to black and I walked towards the opening of the door. The sun in the mirror's reflection shone brightly as I gave the wave to the others who were waiting patiently for my orders. Walking over to the pedestal I walked up the few steps and sidestepped to be in front of the empty throne, where ashes laid sitting there waiting to be reborn again.
Everyone was quiet and observant as I looked at the mirror's reflection to see my daughter still sitting there, broken and sad. Sighing I turned around and picked up the ashes in my gloved hands.
"Tonight we rejoice," I began as I looked over the realm of the mirror, "the mother Phoenix will be born once more. Taking on a new form and bringing peace and tranquility to all. Our spirits will be released from this realm of mirrors and we'll be able to return to our homes. Where friends and family await our arrival back home."
Everyone cheered as I held the ashes in the air. I felt the warmth from underneath the tiny pile. She's ready to be reborn. Smirking I let the ashes rise and fly into the mirror. Soon, my daughter, we'll meet again. Turning around I saw a grin on Sherbet's face.
"We'll be home shortly," he gave a small smile as he moved out of the way and bowed at the waist. I nodded as I walked down the steps and close to the chained door. The chains around the door rustled before falling to the floor.
It is time. We're going home.

~Yosafire's POV~
Sitting in front of many Gods and Devils, I bowed my head in shame as they silently judged me. I looked back up and saw the disappointed looks from the Gods and Devil, expect from the sad expressions on Satanick's and Kcalb's faces. The face of Ivlis was crunched up in anger as the God of the sun, Siralos, was tapping his fingers on the table. "Ms. Yosafire," I jumped and looked up the God of all Gods, Justim, as he set the hammer down on the table gently, "do you have anything to say in your defense before we declare the final judgment for your crimes?" I sighed and looked over to where Kagome was crying into the chest of Glasses and ignoring the comforting touch from Licorice. Looking back up I closed my eyes and thought about my life and how wrong it was, depressing really.
"I have only my daughter to care about," opening my eyes again, "I only wish to say that what I went through, what no one will understand, is something that I wish to give my condolences to those who claim that I have hurt. I wish not to give any more troubles, but please if you do take away my daughter, please take care of her, she had nothing to do with any of this," I felt the tears start to stream down my face as I gave a final bow to the Gods and Devils, "I only wish for her safety." I heard the whispering from them, I looked up and saw each God and Devil hand over a sheet over to Justim. Here it is, the final judgment, this'll seal my faith. "The six worlds have made their decisions, Ms. Yosafire, as the last Phoenix in existence and without being married properly, having a child and refusing any help from those around you," that's a lie, I needed help but they didn't bother to help me at all, "you are to spend the rest of your years in the icy glaciers and never to step anywhere else from here on out."
I heard the deafening cry of Kagome screaming as I looked around to see her being held back by Glasses and crying out for me. I nodded my head as the God Fumus and Satanick came up to me. I held out my arms and sighed as the heavy cuffs locked around my wrist. Another demon came forward and hooked a chain onto the handcuffs and yanked me forward. Stumbling forward this demon walked me to a portal where is swirled an icy blue. "LOOK OUT!!" I heard someone yell, turning around I saw a massive flaming bird fly straight towards me, I watched in horror as the bird flew right into me pushing me into the portal as everything turned black.
Opening my eyes to see the white walls of ice carved house. Sitting up I placed my hand on my forehead as I felt the cool air hit my bare skin. Shivering, pulling the blanket up and looking at the tiny framed window that was to the right of the bed. Snow fell steadily to the ground on the outside, a light breeze brushed past the window rattling the glass. "Oh miss you're awake," jumping I looked to my side to see a man standing there with a tray with steam coming from the dishes, "I was worried that Shiro-kun was too late and the icy water took your life." Confused I looked down at my body and saw that I wasn't in the clothes I had on before I blacked out. 'if you're wondering who changed you then it was Rocma-chan since Mafuyu asked Rocma to help to change those soggy wet clothes you had after the freezing dip," he sat the tray down and sat on an icicle that was oddly shaped like a chair, "by the way my name is Yukisada but many just call me Yuki-san."
Tilting my head to the side I looked towards the doorway to see another man standing there, playing shy behind the doorframe. "Oh Shiro-kun are you being shy all of a sudden again," Yuki got up and gently pulled the other man into the room, "miss meet Shiro-kun, he can be a bit timid at times but he's the one that pulled you from the freezing water." I gave a tiny smile and waved to Shiro, he gave a shy wave back as Yuki pushed him closer. "S-so w-what's y-your n-n-name miss?" Shiro asked as he sat on the icicle chair. I gripped the sheets as I wracked my brain for the right words to not frighten this timid man. "My name is Yosafire," I gave a small smile and looked out the window, "I was abandoned by my world and the society of the realms of the Gods and Devils all because I had a child without being married to anyone."
I watched in the corner of my eye, Yuki covered his mouth with his hands and had teary eyes. "I was raped, abandoned, and outcasted with my daughter but they took everything away and everyone lied," I covered my eyes and thought long and hard about how Kagome feels right about now, "I can't ever see my precious daughter ever again. I miss her already, my dear, little, poor, Kagome." I felt the wracking pain of loss as I broke down into sobs. "It's alright," I felt the warmth of an embrace, "We'll try to help you go back and reunite with your daughter," I looked up to see Shiro hugging me with a bright warm smile on his face, "I promise to make that happen and never betray that goal of reuniting you with your family, Yosafire."
Smiling I felt the warmth that I haven't fully felt in a long time. Happiness. Such a fragile thing. Can be easily broken and torn away from the soul.
