In a dark space, an eighteen-year old boy with dark brown hair named Hideki Motosuwa opened his dark grey eyes when he heard a rattling noise as he said "What's that noise?" "Crud! People are coming!" A voice said from outside the coffin. "Gotta get a uniform while..." The voice grunted as it struggled to open the lid, and said "Grrr! The lid is too heavy! Time for my...secret move!" It then performed its secret move as it said "Guwaahuuh! There!" Blue fire flashed all around Hideki Motosuwa as he yelped, and said "Gyaaaa! F-Fire?!" Then, it opened the lid, revealing a room full of floating coffins as it said "Ok, ok. Gotta get-." It stopped talking as it screamed, and it said "Whaaaaaaa! Why are you up?!" Hideki Motosuwa stared at a male cat with gray fur with a white patch on his chest, pink paw pads, blue eyes, and blue flames blazing from the ears, a black and white-striped bow on the neck, and a pitchfork-shaped tail in awe, and said "A t-talking raccoon!" He then looked ahead to see a room filled with floating coffins, and said "And I'm in a room full of coffins!"

The cat got mad when he heard the word raccoon as he said "Just who are you calling a raccoon?! I am the Great Grim!" He grunted as he said "Well, whatever. Hey, human! Hurry and gimme those clothes!" "Clothes?" Hideki asked as he looked down at what he was wearing over his usual clothes . It was a black and purple robe with gold trimming and gold keys on the purple fabric. "Otherwise...I'll roast ya!" Grim said as he breathed blue fire. "Dreaming about getting roasted by a raccoon?" Hideki asked. "That's a new one." Grim got mad again as he said "I said I'm not a freaking raccoon!" "I honestly don't care what you are! Just get-a away from me!" Hideki said. Just then, a voice called out "Hello?! Is anyone out there?" "Huh?" Hideki asked. "Chi?! Is that you?! Where are you?!" "I'm next to you!" His girlfriend and personcom named Chi said. "Hold on! I'll get you out!" Hideki said as he ran to the coffin near him, and with all of his might, he opened it. Chi jumped out as Hideki Motosuwa said "Are you ok?" "Yeah." Chi said. "But, where are we?" "I'm not sure." Hideki said. "Hey!" Grim said trying to get their attention. "Give me those clothes, right now! And hurry! I'm on a schedule here!" "Who's that?" Chi asked. "Who cares?!" Hideki asked. "Let's just get out of here!" Chi nodded, and they ran off. ran down the hallway, past the classrooms, through the courtyard, and they went into the library. After they managed to catch their breath, Chi looked at Hideki Motosuwa, and said "Where the heck are we?!"

"I told you, I'm not sure." Hideki said. Just then, they yelped in surprise when they were nearly hit by the blue flames. They looked over to see Grim standing there with a smug look on his face, and he said "Did you really think you'd all get away from my nose? Dumb humans!" "I'm not a human! I'm a personcom!" Chi said. Grim just scoffed as he said "Whatever." He chuckled as said "Anyway, if you don't wanna get roasted, one of you better hand over-!" Just then, a cord suddenly tied him up as he said "Ow! What's with this cord?!" "Huh?" Hideki asked. "What happened?" Chi asked. "This is no mere cord!" A man with black hair, gold eyes, wearing a raven mask, a top hat, a suit undernearth a jacket with feathers on it, white socks, and white and black shoes named Dire Crowley said. "It is a lash of love!" He looked at Hideki Motosuwa and chi as he said "Ah, found you two at last. Are you the new students? You two shouldn't do things like that. Leaving the gate on your own. Not only that, you have yet to tame your familiar who has broken the number of school rules."

As Dire Crowley picked Grim up, he struggled, and said "Let me go! I'm not their freaking familiar!" "Sure, sure." Crowley said not believing what Grim had to say. "The rebellious ones always say things like that. Just quiet down for a moment." He covered Grim's mouth as he muffled in anger. Dire Crowley cleared his throat as he said "My goodness. It's unprecedented for new students to leave the gate on their own. Ugh. How impatient can you all be? The entrance ceremony is already well underway. Let's head to the Hall of Mirrors." "New students?" Chi asked. "Gate?" Hideki asked. "It's the room you two woke up in with all of the doors." Crowley said. "All students who wish to attend this academy must pass through one of those doors to arrive here. Normally, students wake up only after the doors are opened with a special key, but-" Hideki Motosuwa interrupted him as he said "So, those coffins were actually doors." "And the fire must have blown the lid off." Chi said. "So, in the end, the culprit appears to be this familiar." Crowley said. "If you're going to bring it, you have to take responsibility and properly take care of them. Oh my! Now, isn't the time to be long-winded. The entrance ceremony will soon come to a close. Let's get a move on." "Just a second, where exactly are we?" Hideki asked. "And who are you?" Chi asked. "What's this?" Crowley asked. "Are you all still dazed?
