Third Person P.O.V.

                                                                        ¥§"Corbeau, Étolie."¥§

A city famously know as Paris comes into view. It swerves in and out of streets, markets, ally's, etc. and gets to the Pyrenees mountains of southern France, there a castle stood in the plains part. Inside the castle multiple girls in blue outfits walked through the halls, chatting away, most have silvery blonde hair and eyes and looked like a Princess straight out of a story book. Others just as pretty but didn't seem to radiate the romantic energy the other girls do. That takes us to a girl walking alone, she had extremely dark brown hair that would look black at first glance, blue eyes that would turn shades of blues, greens, and greys throughout the day, her tanned skin could be seen clearly against the blue uniform they are forced to wear. 

The girl was reading a book while walking to the Grande Salle {Great Hall} for lunch. As she sat down mail arrived, a letter arrived on her lap as her owl, Soleil, lands in front of her. She passes the Short Eared Owl a few pieces of bread crumbs {which it took happily} and the owl flew off. The girl looked down at the letter curiously and opened it. It read {Dear sir. I hope this letter finds you in good health-}

Dear Étolie Corbeau

       Your Father and I have decided to send you to Hogwarts this year, inside the envelope is your ticket back home and some non-magique {No-Mag/Muggle} money for the ride to the house. We expect you to be here by two days time, which will give you three days to get ready for Hogwarts.  See you soon

Étolie quickly scarfs down her food, grabs the letter {Making sure the ticket and money was still in it} and ran to her dorm in Ombrelune house, and starts packing. A couple hours later of double checking she had everything she went to the winged horses and pet it, before getting into the carriage hooked to it. The Pegasus took off as quickly as possible to get to the train station. Off I go. Étolie thought. At least I'll see Lily again, oh it will be a surprise for her!  The girl continued thinking of how she would bump into Lily Evens. Hm, maybe at the station? I purposely bump into her and pretend I only speak French? Sounds like a solid option to me! And at the end of that thought they landed...

¥§Three days later¥§

Étolie was waiting at the platform, looking around for the familiar red head she practically grew up with until she moved to Paris, France. She spotted Lily and made towards that direction. Soon later she bumped into said girl. "Oh! Pardonnez-moi mademoiselle! Je ne t'ai Paz vu! Est-ce tu vas bien?" {Oh! Forgive me miss! I didn't see you there! Are you ok?}  Étolie asked in French. "Huh?-." Lily was cut short when she noticed who bumped into her. "Étolie!!" Lily gasped in excitement and hugged said girl. 

"Bonjour Lily! Miss me?" Étolie teased, causing said girl to roll her eyes. "Yeah, until I remembered how annoying you are." Lily stated. Étolie put on a mock offended look and cried out "You wound me!! Someone save me from this MONSTER!!". Lily rolled her eyes. "Shut up, you'll grab Potters attention and he'll come and annoy us the entire ride!" She snapped. 

Étolie looked at Lily in confusion. "Potter?" She asked in her thick French accent. Lily quickly shushed her and dragged her to the train, much to Étolie's complaint. The two found a compartment and continued chatting away. "If four boys come in pretend you don't speak English." Lily suddenly demanded. 

Étolie opened her mouth to ask why but was cut off by laughter in the hallway, getting closer to the girl's compartment. The door opened showing four boys. The one leaning on the door had shaggy brown hair, hazel eyes, and glasses that looked like they might fall off, the one next to him had long black hair and storm grey eyes, the next one was extremely tall, brown hair, and blue eyes, and last was a small boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. These must be the boys Lily was talking about. Étolie guessed. "Lilyflower! My day just got better now that your here!" The one leaning on the door stated before sitting on the other side of Lily, causing her to move to Étolie's other side, looking disgusted. 

Étolie sent Lily a 'You have some explaining to do' look, before turning to Potter with a bored look. "Je préférais que tu ne flirtes pas avec mon ami pendant que je suis ici {I would prefer it if you didn't flirt with my friend while I am here}." Étolie stated firmly, only to get a confused look from the boy. "Who's this?" Another voice asked, Étolie glanced at the boy with long black hair uninterested. By now the other boys had squeezed into the other bench in the compartment. "Étolie Corbeau, maintenant laisse-moi tranquille pendant que je Fronde ton amie ici pour avoir flirté avec Lily {Étolie Corbeau, now leave me alone while I scold your friend here for flirting with Lily}." I replied before turning back to the one next to me, frowning in disappointment. 

"Tu es trés ennuyeux d'aprés ce que Lily m'a dit, et je peux voir ce qu'elle veut dire-." Étolie started, but was cut off by Lily. "Common Étolie, we'll find another compartment." This causes Étolie to frown. "Mais je ne suis pas encore arrivé à la partie réprimande! {But I haven't gotten to the scolding part yet!}" Étolie whined. "We'll go sit with Severus." Lily offered, getting up. This caused Étolie to bolt up and start pushing Lily to the door while stating "Oui oui! Nous allond nous asseoir avec Severus! {Yes yes! We will sit with Severus!}". As they left they didn't bother to acknowledge the jealous glares sent after them... 

¥§A few minutes later¥§

The girls found Severus alone in a compartment, and accidentally scared the life out of Severus as they walked in. "Lily, I was wondering where you were." Severus explained. Lily smiled apologetically and motioned to Étolie. "I got distracted with catching up with Étolie and then the  Marauders bursted into the compartment." Lily apologized. "Good to see you again Étolie." Severus greeted. "Bonjour Sev! How have you been mon ami?" Étolie asked. 

"I've been better."

"I can imagine {Can you imagine???}"

They all sat in a comfortable silence before Lily spoke up "Sooo, which house do you want to be in Étolie? And are you being sorted publicly or in Dumbledore's office?". This caused Étolie to think for a moment. "I can't really pick, Ravenclaw and Slytherin sounds most like my house back in Beauxbatons, Hufflepuff sounds like it might be fun, and Gryffindor, the only reason I would want to be there is because of Lily. And I plan on doing it publicly." Étolie listed, finishing with a shrug {Everything she said sounded weird though with her accent}. "Those are reasonable answers." Severus stated while Lily nodded. After that they went back to silence.

Lily was reading about Astronomy, Severus was reading an advanced potions book, and Étolie was reading a magical creatures book. Before they where only twenty minutes away from Hogwarts. The two girls said their farewells to Severus and went to change. When they left the changing rooms they had stopped and kids where starting to walk out of their compartments. The two girls where trying to get through the crowed, Étolie shouting for kids to move and Lily staying close behind her French friend. 

As they made it out of the train the split ways, Lily going to the carriages pulled by the magical creatures called Thestrals and Étolie to the boats. Soon the boats arrived and they wherebeing lead into a room by the Game Keeper, Hagrid. As Étolie looked around she frowned, seeing how much Hogwarts wasn't like Beauxbatons. Sighing she continued, thinking of fun things instead of the different things. They entered a room where a older woman stood, she sent Hagrid off and started a speech that sounded like she had said it for many many years before. Étolie listens to the women, now she knew as Professor Mcgonagall, with interest. When Mcgonagall left Étolie looked around. She was told to wait in the room until, after the first years got sorted, so she could be sorted without having someone go after her or something like that. 

¥§One hour later¥§

"Know that the first years are sorted we have a transfer student from Beauxbatons Academy who has decided to join us!" Professor Dumbledore called out. The doors opened and Étolie saw five long tables, one long table was lifted onto a platform, making it higher then the others. Large curtains hung from the ceiling showing off the Hogwarts logo. The ceiling itself looked more like the clear sky outside then a ceiling. The light in the room came from the floating candles and torches on the walls.  

"Corbeau, Étolie."
