You felt something warm next to your body.
"Mmm, so warm." You mumble as you snuggle closer to the warm object.
"Oi, are you gonna get up, or are we just gonna stay like this all day." Levi's voice rings out, causing your eyes to snap open.
As your eyes snapped open, you were greeted with a chest in front of your face.
You looked up at to see a smug looking Levi, at very close range.
"Ah!" You squeaked as you pushed Levi out of bed.
"Ow, what the hell, brat!" Levi shouted from the floor, as memories of what had happened last night came back.
"S-Sorry, I just acted on reflexes there." You apologize as you scratch the back of your head.
"Tch, if that's what your gonna do every time you wake up with someone, I might just have to reconsider sleeping with you." Levi says.
"I said sorry!" You shout as you jumped out of bed, earning a smack to the head by Levi.
"Ow! What was that for!?" You shout as you rub your now sore head.
"I told you, don't strain your wounds." Levi says, as he grabs some clothes and starts to head to his bathroom.
"Didn't have to hit me that hard." You mumble.
"What was that?" Levi hisses.
"Nothing." You squeaked.
"That's what I thought." Levi says smugly as he enters the bathroom.
"Ass." You mumble under your breath.
"Heard that." Levi calls out from the bathroom, causing you to let out a chuckle, before changing into your gear.
After changing, you were sitting on Levi's bed, after a few minutes of waiting, Levi finally comes out fully changed.
"Let's go." Levi said as he walked out the door to the mess hall.
When you got there, you were in utter shock.
Everyone from dinner yesterday was there, standing in front of you.
"Need something?" You ask raising an eyebrow.
That was the boy from yesterday came up to you.
'I think his name was Jean.' You think as he stood in front of you.
"I would like to apologize for my behavior from yesterday." He mutters.
"Is that it?" You ask.
"Actually, there's more." Eren says.
"And that is?" You question.
"Can you please teach us to fight!" Nearly everyone shouted.
Your eyes widen, before breaking out into fits of laughter.
"Is something funny?" Eren asks.
"N-No, I'm just surprised is all." You say inbetween fits of laughter.
After you finished your little laughing scene, you finally said "Sure, but you have to ask Levi." You say.
That was when everyone simultaneously looked at Levi.
"Tch, fine, but only for today, and (F/N), don't do anything that would reopen your winds again." He says as he begins to eat.
"All right!" Everyone shouts as they immediately grab their food and began to eat.
You sat by Levi, who gave a light chuckle as you sat next to him.
"What?" You ask as you give him a confused look.
"Nothing, just thinking about the first time you met my old squad. You threatened someone the first time you met them, and gained their respect. Looks like its happening again." Levi said.
"Hey, I didn't threaten anyone, I just gave them a warning." You said as you took a bite of food.
"Yeah, whatever." Levi scoffed, and you chuckled.
After breakfast, you were outside with the new cadets.
"Okay, introductions are first. You there, with the brown hair!" You shouted at a brown haired girl with freckles.
"Ymir." Was all she said as she saluted.
The next to go was a bald headed boy.
"Connie Springer." He said as he saluted.
This went on through all the cadets that were in your care.
"Okay, we will begin with a simple activity." You say as you crossed your arms.
"And what activity is that?" Eren asks.
"Fight me." Was all you said, earning confused looks from everyone.
"Fight me and win, and you won't have to run fifty laps." That was all you said before getting on your fighting stance.
The first to go up, was non other than the hot headed boy known as Eren.
He charged at you, so you simply side stepped, while holding your leg out, causing him to trip.
He quickly got up, and charged at you once more, so you grabbed his arm, and flipped him into his back.
"Here." You said as you held our your hand to him.
He grabbed it, but before helping him up, you punched him, causing him to land back on the ground.
"First rule of fighting! Your enemy will never play fairly, so be sure to do the same!" You shout.
You saw that the girl known as Mikasa raised her hand.
"Yes?" You said.
"But, where's the honour in that?" She asked.
"When fighting, you aren't looking for honour, your trying to survive." You say, earning a nod of understanding from everyone.
"Okay, next!" You shout to the next kid, after Eren started his laps.
Next was Connie.
He lasted for about two minutes, before he lost.
Next, was Ymir, decent fighter, took your words into account, but she only lasted for about five minutes before losing.
Krista was the next in line, you almost felt bad for beating her, but she started running her laps without complaint.
This went on throughout the morning, and the only one that had close to beating you would be Mikasa, who lasted about fifteen minutes.
They were now running their fifty laps, while you stood underneath the shade of a tree.
"What are you doing?" A monotonous voice asks you from behind.
"Watching the cadets run, what about you Levi." You say, not turning around.
"Watching an idiot." He says as he makes his way towards you.
"Hey, that's not very nice." You pout.
"Why are they running laps?" He asks, and you stiffen.
"I-I had them fight me, and they lost." You stutter, and as soon as you said this, Levi once again slapped you across the head, earning an 'ow' from you.
"How many times have I told you already, no strainous activities." He hisses.
You let out a nervous chuckle as you scratch the back if your head.
"(F/N), we're done with our laps." Mikasa said as she walked up to you.
"I see, then I want you to find a partner, and start sparing with them, just like how I showed you, when you were fighting me." You instructed.
"Yes, ma'am!" She saluted before heading off to tell the others.
"What did you teach them?" Levi asks.
"That their enemies will not be playing fairly, and that they should use whatever means to win." You say as you stare at the training cadets.
"I see, but where's the honour in that?" Levi asks.
"Levi, when it comes to surviving, people will do whatever it takes, and I mean whatever it takes. So, I'm teaching these kids that when the time comes, to do whatever it takes to survive, and live another day, even if that means that you abandon this so called thing called honour." You explain, as you continue to keep your gaze locked on the cadets.
You then look at the corner of your eye, to see that Levi looks awe-strucked.
The rest of the day, you had Levi help train them in 3DMG, considering the fact that he wouldn't let you, even after all the pleading you did.
After the day ended, and a lot of thanks being directed at both you and Levi, you and Levi decided to share his bed once more.
You had a very peaceful sleep that night.
