Today is my 3rd year Anniversary on Wattpad.

I came to WP searching for Avi Kaplan fanfiction. I read some great stories. I never considered myself a writer. As a matter of fact, I had NEVER written a story in my life.

But these stories, WOW!! Written by 16, 17 and 18-year-olds. I was blown away. The average age at the time of the ones I got to know was probably 16.

I felt a little uncomfortable letting any of them know my actual age. I was, needless to say, old enough to be their mother.

 So, I might have lied a little bit about my age to fit in. LOL

I started having ideas for stories but didn't trust my ability to write to tackle them myself, so, I gave my ideas to the writers I had gotten to know.

Then, I got this idea for a story that just nagged and nagged at me until I couldn't take it anymore.

So, I thought, just how hard can it be to write a story. BOY!! Was I wrong. LOL

But, I gave it a shot and my first book "HUNGRY EYES" was born on July 18, 2015.

I go back and read it and I cringe at how poorly written it was. LOL

But, as of today, "HUNGRY EYES" is standing at 13.5K reads. Not too shabby for a beginner. XD

Idea after idea started to come to me. "UNEXPECTED HOUSE GUEST", "CRAZY LIFE", "CHAMPAGNE TASTE, and my pride and joy, "PATCHES".

Since I began, I have left PTX behind and my love for Home Free grew even more. My first Home Free book was actually a collaboration with my buddy, Katie, called "RING OF FIRE". 

Over these three years, I have made some great friends. Sadly, many have moved on.

I would like to think that my writing has improved over the years. My ideas may be getting a little weirder. LOL

I've confessed to my closest friends about my age and my life. That was a weight lifted off my shoulders. No more hiding.

This has been a GREAT three years. And I'm looking forward to many more.
