One day in the Mushroom Kingdom . . .

You went to the castle to get some answers from Tommy. Tommy had asked you to come to the castle because there was a heated debate happening from what someone said.

Tommy texted, "Hey Y/n could you come over to the Castle?" You replied, "Yeah, sure, did something happen?" "Well nothing bad happened just yet. It was something someone said, and it became a heated argument, but as it continues, it might not end well."

You were left confused, but all the questions you had will be answered at the castle

Once you reached the castle, Tommy was outside waiting for you to arrive.

Tommy yelled, "Hey, Y/N!" As he waved at you. "Hey Tommy, what's going on inside the castle?" You said, "Nothing much, just a little debate between the guys at first, but then became an argument between the girls." Tommy replied. This made you start to become more confused than before. "The girls, like only the girls?" Tommy replied, "Yeah, I'm only out here to give you a heads up because I'm gonna go see Amy for a bit." Tommy patted you on the shoulder. "Good luck in there." You replied in a nervous tone, "W-what happened?" Tommy walked away, looking at you with a shrugged look while walking backwards, "You'll see for yourself, Y/n."

You looked towards the doors, and before he opened the door, you heard a loud crash inside. You slowly opened the door to see a war zone going on between Meggy, Belle, Desti, Tari, and Saiko.

You looked to the left of the room to see Mario, Smg4, Kazio, Toad, Smg3, Axol, Melony, Bob, Luigi, and Boopkins taking cover from the chaos you tried not to get in the crossfire from the girls and slowly made it towards the rest of the group.

"Oh hey Y/n you're here too. That's good you didn't die from what's happening." Said Mario. You  looked at Mario and asked, "Mario, what did you cause this?" Mario shockly replied , "What mean if I caused this, I didn't do anything yet!" Everyone backed up, Mario."Yeah, this time Mario didn't do anything. It was Boopkins." Said Luigi. Boopkins looked away nervously. "Boopkins, what the hell did you do or say??" You aid surprisingly. "I didn't know they were gonna take it this far, I swear!"

A few hours ago

Meggy, Tari, Belle, and Desti were on the couch playing Super Smash each other in ass bros Ultimate. Melony was sleeping on Axol shoulder while he drew his manga. Saiko and Kaizo were tuning their instruments to practice making a new song. Smg4 was making videos, while Mario, Smg3, Bob, Luigi, Toad, Boopkins, and Tommy were playing board games.

Boopkins looked thought about one scene from an anime he usually watched and decided to ask the others. "Hey guys, who do you guys think is the best girl in our friend group?" Bob replied, "DuDe iT mIgHt Be difFiCult tO AnsWer that."

"Why shouldn't it be a simple question?" Boopkins said.

Tommy asked, "Like, when you ask that question, what do you exactly mean?"

"Simply, who's the best girl, maybe in skills, talents, even cuteness." Said Boopkins. Everyone decided to think more about the question and tried to decide who was the best girl

Tommy then said. "Personal there is one who I think is the best one, but are we saying in general?" Smg3, Mario, Luigi, and Boopkins replied in a shocked voice, "Really?"

Smg4 came out of his room, went towards Mario, and everyone else was. "Hey guys, what's happening?" Boopkins replied,"Nothing much, we're having a debate on who's the best girl in our group." Smg4 thought about the question. "You know, that's a real good question."

Time flies for a bit, and one of the girls noticed and was listening into the conversation. Melony asked Axol, "*Yawn: Hey Axol, do you think I'm the best girl?" Axol said to Melony, "Yes, of course Melony, why do you ask that?"

"Well, I was hearing into the conversation the guys were having, and I was wondering if you thought I was the best girl in the group." Melony said. This caught Axol attention where he wanted to talk about it as well, but realized that he'll be biased on the topic since he already had Melony. Axol replied, "Oh, that makes sense, but I still wouldn't think of anyone else being the best girl because you're my sweet watermelon." Melony smiled and gave Axol a peak on the cheek.

The debate started to get a bit louder that it caught the attention of one of the other girls. "Whatcha guys talking about?" Asked Tari.

Tommy replied in jokingly matter. "Drugs." Everyone looked at Tommy. "Well, if pills are drugs, and medicine are pills, isn't it still okay for me to say I'm doing drugs?" Tommy replied. Smg3 took over the conversation. "Tari, we're talking about who's the best girl in the group." Tari replied in a shy tone. "W-well, you could say. . . I'm the best girl."

After Tari said that, everyone thought about it until someone spoke up.

"Tari, you are the best girl." Tommy replied in a smile.

Everyone looked at Tommy. "Bro, we need to decide together." Smg4 said. Tommy thought about it and accepted that Smg4 was right. He looked at Tari again, only to see her face to be bright red.

"ToMmY, My GuY yOu MaDe TaRi BecOme a ToMaTo." Said Bob. "I guess I made my vote, so that leaves Smg4, Smg3, Luigi, Mario, Bob, and Boopkins." Tommy said while doing a small shrug.

The table, almost everyone was sitting at, were lost in thought of whos the best girl. Curiosity started to fill Belle, Meggy, and Desti. They decided to see what kept Tari hold up with the guys.

Meggy said to everyone, "Hey guys, what's going on?" Smg4 replied to her question, "Boopkins asked a question about who's is the best girl in the group."

After hearing this, both Desti and Meggy immediately said "Well obviously I'm the best girl. What, no way, I am!" Tommy tried to calm both of the girls down. "Hey, it's not a competition. It's more a curiosity type question it's not that deep."

"I-a think spaghetti is the best girl!" Mario said while everyone looked at him with a 'really' look. "Mario, I think it's a good thing you stayed neutral." Luigi said while patting Mario on the back. "Well, he still has to give a straight answer to see who's the best girl." Mario replies to Meggy's response. "As friends a-go Meggy, I'll pick you, but I do somewhat think Tommy might be on to something with Tari."

Desti looked at Mario, "Hey Mayro, I'm still in this. You know the same with Belle? Did you even put any thought into it?" Mario simply shakes his head in a 'no' response while being crossed-eyed.

"My-a answer was simply based on-a what I simply think might-a be the good-a choice. But to truly think about it, it's a difficult choice."
