I stepped through his portal and into a dark cavern, seeing a singular light source at what I assumed was the cavern's opening. My mind briefly fluttered back to the dream I had the night before.

Deep down, (y/n), there is a light that never goes out

"Well, come on (y/x/n) lets begin your first mission" Axel spoke to me as he made his way towards the light, I silently quickened my pace to keep up with him.    This is a foreign world to me, with a foreign task, but yet it feels as if I had done this all before. I feel a resentment for this task but I know I have to do it if I want my heart back   We stepped out into the light, to say I was amazed by what I saw is an understatement. This world truly was a lost empire. High above this world, hung a ginormous crystal that seemed to serve as a light source for this world. The transportation were these vehicles, powered by mini crystals, that looked like giant fish flying through the sky. "Heh, amazing isn't it?" Axel said staring At me. I felt a heat rise to my face.  Why do I feel like he's talking about me specifically?

"yes..." I spoke as he portalled us into the city and we began our mission.
