I have this personal problem. 

Wanted to know if anyone else has this problem so that we can exchange info to make our lives better.

painful thing that literally digs into the side of your toe?

And if anything so much as presses even a little bit into it I inhale a sharp breath and just stand there trying not to scream at the thing that's pressing into it.
