Luna's POV

We've been traveling for two days now and have met a few set backs. May god bless their souls. We can't keep going out in broad daylight like this. It might get one of us killed. We have to start traveling in the cover of night.
"So, where are we going exactly?", Sun asked in a hushed voice. "To my home town." "Why, what's there?", asked Jane this time. "A few things I would like to get from my old home." "Oh well, how far is it?", asked the ever curious male. "Wow, you ask a lot of questions. Not far just a few miles away. In fact if we keep at this pace we should be there before noon." "Really, that would be awesome.", said Jane with a smile.

Some time around noon
At the edge of Luna's home town

"Wow, Luna this is beautiful." "I know it is, Sun. Okay, Jane stay with me, Sun don't talk to anyone.

We continued through town for a while. We eventually hit a dirt road and followed it up to an old charred mansion. My old home. "Okay Jane come with me. Sun you go check the kitchen. There should be something to eat. Meet us back here when you're done." "Got it, see you then." "Okay. Come on Jane, let's get going." Me and Jane headed up stairs and into my old room. We grabbed her some clothes then headed to the attic. There we found an old cape. That cape belonged to me. It was given to me by my mom. She got it from her mom. I thought it burnt in the fire. I took it. It was a simple black cape with a crimson rose on the back. After checking out the attic we went to the bathroom to check for medical supplies. We then went back to the hall to meet up with Sun. "Hey girls, I found some food." "Good we're gonna camp here for a few days and then we are gonna start traveling at night." "Well that sounds like a great idea. I like it here don't you Sun?" "It is nice but it's kind of cut off." "Well that's what we need right now, to be out of the way so no one comes looking. Tomorrow I will go into town and buy some food, you guys will search the area for anything useful." "Okay, sounds like fun." "Jane, you should get some sleep. Luna and I will make some food and you can set up the beds, okay?" "Yeah, I'm tired and hungry." So we set up camp. We eat beans and then Jane went to sleep. Me and Sun stayed up for a while. We talked about some things like why me and Jane were being hunted and why I left such a wonderful town. Then he went to wonder around so I can't really tell you how he got himself into this position. "Help, Luna!" "Sun, why are you hanging from the ceiling upside down?" "Hehe, well I was looking through some stuff and then there was a bug and I jumped off the couch and did half a back flip into the floor." "Wow, okay what room are your legs in?" "I don't know, go look." "Fine, I'll be there soon." So I went to the next floor and checked a few rooms till I hit the room where I spent most of my time as a child. The library. I opened the door and sure enough there were his legs. "Sun, stop kicking. I'm going to pull you up now, okay?" "Please hurry!" "Okay here we go." So I pulled him up. Not exactly with ease, but you know how pulling someone who ways 189lbs through the floor is. Hard. "Thanks Luna." "No problem. Just don't do it again." "Got 'cha." So he went back downstairs to get some sleep but I stayed up and looked around the library and found my favorate book as a child. It was called "The Princesses Destiny." It was about a young girl who lived a happy life in a mansion with her parents. Thing is the girl wasn't ordinary. She had odd hair and eyes, they were the rare color of blue. She lived a happy life until one night when her mansion caught on fire killing her mother. Her father was then taken and executed. The girl was taken in by a local family who had a son her age and a two year old daughter. By the way the girl was nine at this point. She lived with the family for four years till their house caught fire killing both parents. At this point the girl was 13. Her and the boy ran away with the now six year old little girl. They hunted for food. Worked for money. They had a hard life. They continued this for a year making the girl 14. Then they split up. The boy took his little sister and the girl was left alone. Two years later the little girl shows up in a barn where the girl happens to be planning on sleeping for the night. Turns out her brother died. She sings the little girl to sleep but then a guy comes out trying to kidnap them. He succeeds. They try to make an escape and half succeed. The little girl, now nine, gets away. The girl is caught by the prince who has some plans for her. She's taken to the castle where she talks with the prince. She doesn't like what he has to say so she escapes. She runs through the woods till she runs into a clearing. She then meets a young man. He helps her hide. After they're in the clear she says she has to go find the little girl. He offers to help. They go out and find her. After finding the little girl they go back to his camp. Upon reaching his camp they get cornered and have to leave. So they venture back to the girls old village and to her old charred mansion but before they get there they run into a bit of trouble. Nothing they couldn't handle. They reach the mansion and get a few things, then sleep. That's where the story was cut off. Missing pages that weren't even here when I was little. "Luna, you should get some sleep at least." "Huh, oh Sun it's just you. You're right I'll be down in a minute." "Okay." So I went to sleep and dreamt about my past. The dark times and the bright. Surely but slowly the bright times became darker and darker until finally I was left in total darkness. "No, no leave me alone. AHHHHHHHHHH. NO, STOP IT HURTS." -CRASH- "MOMMY, NO! Daddy, we have to help mommy." "No sweetheart. We have to go." "Uh uh, you're coming with me." "NO! Leave my daddy alone!" "Sweetheart run. Run as far away as possible." "But daddy-" "LEAVE! GO!" "Okay, bye. I love you." -Yawns- "Oh it was just a dream... Of the worst day of my life............
