It was a beautiful summer evening. Kayla thought it was awesome. The wind in her hair, her sitting next to her older 16 year old sister Tally who was of course reading, and Kayla was eating her favorite candy: M & Ms. It was all good until her parents stepped on the balcony with her 15 year old sister Daisy giving her sisters one of those looks that means they have bad news.

Emma: Kayla honey... I have some bad news...

Kayla: *sigh* What is it Mom?

Jack: We can't stay here in Louisiana anymore...

Daisy: *rolling eyes* Yeah! Mrs. Big here us wants to live in Boston now!

Emma: *glaring at Daisy* I just thought it would be a nice change...

Tally: Kayla, it's for the best... *tears form in eyes*

Kayla: Why... It's too loud and noisy there! How is that for the best Tally? You are supposed to be the oldest sister who always has answers!

Tally: *shocked* Kayla! I'm surprised at you! You're 14 years old! Don't you know that nobody will always have answers? Anyways, *whispering* I really don't want you to be grounded again for not obeying you're parents... They obviously know what's best... I mean... 

Kayla: *puts hand on Tally's arm* I understand... Mom! Let's pack up...

{Later...}

Kayla: *on the top bunk thinking* Mom has to be right... 

Kayla looked over at Tally who was asleep breathing heavily with her book in her hands in the blue single bed on the left side of Kayla's loft bed, then at Daisy who was snoring loudly on the bed on the right of her's. Then, Kayla looked at the ceiling. She hoped her and her sisters wouldn't be too upset with their new life. Thinking that thought, Kayla's fatigue got the best of her and she drifted off to sleep.
