(My POV)

I woke up. I looked around. I seemed to be in a bedroom. The heck? I tried to move, but my body seemed paralyzed. Well, this is concerning. I then saw Origin open the door. I gave him a death glare.

Origin: I know that you may hate me-
Me: No flip Sherlock.
Origin: Ok, at least there wasn't swears.
Me: Now, why am I here?
Origin: You should know.
Me: Seriously?! It's about that? Come on!
Origin: You don't realize my powers....
Me: Ok. Care to explain why I can't move?
Origin: I paralyzed your body.
Me: Really?
Origin: Yep!
Me: *sigh* Welp, this is my life now.
Origin: Now, I need you to explain a few things.
Me: No.
Origin: What are your powers?

I felt my eyes widen. Why would I tell him?

Me: No.
Origin: I could always look for clues in your backpack.
Me: NO!

He walked over to my bag. He took out the gem book. He started reading. His smile widening with every page. He then had the biggest smile that a face can make. He must've found the page about my gem. He closed the book.

Origin: You're half gem? I haven't heard of gem powers before. That's why you know so much about gems, you are one.
Me: Only half.
Origin: May I ask why?
Me: When I was really young, I got sick and my mom thought that I may not make it. The diamonds allowed me to have a gem to save me from that sickness and all other human sicknesses.

I then started to cough.

Origin: So what sickness do you have?
Me: A*cough* gem sickness. It's the*cough* gem cold. It's a cold for gems. I*cough* just need rest.
