Gladion walked up to the Hau'oli City Diner. If what his sources say were true, this was the best restaurant in all of Alola. As he walked through the door, his theory was confirmed. He almost bumped into a crowd of news reporters leaving. He headed to the counter.

"Hi there," the lady said, "welcome to the Hau'oli City Diner. How may I help you?"

"Table for one, please," Gladion replied. The lady escorted him to a table.

"Someone should be here to take your order soon," she said. The lady left. Gladion checked his phone. Lillie hadn't talked to him since the encounter at the Pokemon School. She should of at least texted him.

"May I have your order?" Gladion looked up. The person who he had least expected to be there was waiting for his order.

"M-moon," he said, "what in Arceus are you doing here? Why are you a waitress?"

"I have to find a way to pay Ash and the Professor back for their hospitality, don't ya think?, Moon replied, "Now, about your order."

"One:" Gladion said back, "Why would you need to pay back a kind gesture? And two: I would like some Large Z - Noodles, French Fries, and a Lemonade." Moon wrote his order down in a black notebook.

"One:" she happily mimicked, "I don't have to, I want to. And two: Is that all, sir?"

"One: Since when did you call me sir?" he asked, "And two: Yes, that is all."

"One: Ever since I got this job," Moon answered, "And two: Your food should be here in about twenty minutes." As she turned to leave, Gladion realized she was wearing roller skates. He watched as she skated off. 'Moon... a waiter girl?' he thought. He shook his head in disbelief. 'She even has her own uniform and everything. How did she even get this job?"

Later at the Pokemon School...

"Alola, class," Professor Kukui greeted.

"Alola, Professor Kukui," the class replied.

"Today we're having a special lesson," Kukui explained, "You will be swapping Pokemon for a day!" Everyone gasped. They didn't want to have to say goodbye to their Pokemon. Not even for a day. The professor pulled out a can. It was filled with some sticks. "Each trainer will draw out two sticks," the professor explained, "the first one will be the corresponding color of another trainer's second stick. That means that you will have their partner for a day. Your second one will be the same color as another trainer's first stick. That means that you give them your partner for a day. Now let the PokeSwap begin." He passed around the can. Each trainer drew two sticks. The following is the result:

Moon: Ash's Pikachu

Ash: Sophocles' Togedemaru

Lillie: Moon's Decidueye

Mallow: Lillie's Vulpix

Sophocles: Lana's Popplio

Lana: Kiawe's Turtonator

Btw, Gladion is not a student, so he's not doing the PokeSwap.

Ash offered to try to stay away from the Professor's house, so Moon could actually get the feeling that she traded Pokemon with someone who is totally not living with her. Moon tried to tell Ash that that wasn't necessary, but Ash insisted.

Later that day with Moon and Pikachu...

Moon was just coming out of a Malasada shop with Pikachu when she suddenly got this feeling that something wasn't right. She and Pikachu turned into an alley. They heard voices. The trainer and Pokemon slowly tiptoed down the alley and peeked behind a corner. Moon slapped a hand over her mouth. It was Team Eclipse!!! Not the same ones that she'd encountered twice now, but the ones that attacked the Pokemon Center!!!

"This stuff is great!" said one.

"Yeah! The boss will love it once we make it back to base!" replied another.

"He might give us a raise!" exclaimed a third.

"The boss might even promote us from grunts!" remarked the fourth.

"Don't get your hopes to high," the fifth one mumbled. Moon knew she had to do something. She stepped out of hiding.

"YOU GUYS ARE THE SAME TEAM ECLIPSE MEMBERS THAT ROBBED THE POKEMON CENTER!!!" she yelled, pointing at them. The five grunts looked at her.

"And who might you be, miss annoying?" asked the first.

"She's the same nuisance who we battled," said a familiar voice. Moon was planning not to turn around... but she did anyway. And then she was face-to-face with the three Team Eclipse members that she battled the other day. Pikachu hopped onto her shoulder, getting the same vibe. They were boxed into the alley by Team Eclipse grunts.

"Pikachu," Moon began, "will you battle with me?" Moon looked at Pikachu. Pikachu nodded.

"That Pikachu looks strong," said one of them.

"The boss would love not only your capture," another said, pointing to Moon, "but also that Pikachu's capture as well." Moon only needed one glance at Pikachu to know that they were thinking the same thing. Time to battle.

"Go, Salandit!"

"Golbat!"

"Magmar!"

"Fomantis!"

"Yungoos!"

"Pyukumuku!"

"Dewpider!"

"Toxapex!"

"Let's go, Pikachu!"

"Salandit, Flame Burst!"

"Pikachu, dodge by wall jumping and then use Thunderbolt!" When the smoke cleared, Salandit was out.

"Golbat, use Air Cutter!"

"Pikachu, use Quick Attack!" Golbat fainted.

"Magmar, Flamethrower!"

"Dodge then use Iron Tail!" Goodbye Magmar.

"Fomantis, Solar Beam!"

"Pikachu! Electro Ball!" Fomantis faints.

"Yungoos, Tackle!"

"Pikachu, dodge it!"

"Use Bite!"

"Use Electro Ball!" Yungoos ended with swirls in it's eyes.

"Pyukumuku, Water Gun!"

"Pikachu, Thunderbolt!" In case you haven't guessed already, Pyukumuku faints.

"Dewpider, Bubble Beam!"

"Pikachu, dodge and then use Iron Tail!" Dewpider was unable to battle.

"Toxapex, Toxic!

"Pikachu, paralyze your opponent with Electro Ball!" The result was a poisoned Pikachu and paralyzed Toxapex. Pikachu shared a distressed look with Moon.

'Use.. the... Z - Move...' something told Moon. She looked at Pikachu. 'I can't let it suffer. I promised Ash I'd take care of Pikachu. I'm not going back on my word.' Pikachu and Moon shared a glance at one another. "Pikachu," Moon asked, "do you believe in me?" Pikachu nods. "Then let's do this." She begins to do the poses as she walks herself through the Z - Move. All of the Team Eclipse grunts look at each other. This was not going to end well. They had no idea that she could use a Z - Move. They began to panic. "Let's go," Moon said, "GIGAVOLT HAVOC!!!!!!!!!!"

There was an explosion. Toxapex fainted. The grunts fled with their defeated Pokemon. Moon and Pikachu grabbed the stolen supplies and returned them to the Pokemon Center.

"Thank you, miss!!" the Pokemon Center Lady exclaimed.

"It was nothing," Moon replied.

The next day...

"Alright, class," Professor Kukui began, "it's time for you to return your traded Pokemon to their rightful trainer. When Ash came to Moon to take back Pikachu, he saw that the two were in a good mood.

"What's up, Moon?" Ash asked.

"Yesterday, Pikachu and I showed some Team Eclipse grunts who was boss!!!" Moon exclaimed, striking a triumphant pose with Pikachu.

When Ash and Moon got home after school...

Kukui turned on the television and then headed into his room.

"...and just yesterday," the news lady said, "a young girl rescued the supplies that were stolen from the Pokemon Center not too long ago..." Ash looked at the television and his jaw dropped.

"IT'S MOON!!!" Ash yelled, "MOON'S ON TV!!! AND SO IS PIKACHU!!!!!!!!" Moon came out of her room to see what Ash was fussing about. When her eyes locked with the TV screen, she gasped. She was on television... and the news reporter was talking about how she took back the stolen supplies from Team Eclipse. Kukui even came into the room and saw the screen. Ash and Kukui both stared at Moon.

"Moon..." Kukui began.

"Moon, you're a hero!!!" Ash exclaimed. Moon blushed in embarrassment.

"I couldn't have done it without your Pikachu by my side." Moon replied.
