Sometimes, we need to take a stand to pursue our dreams which might be against what our parents had in their mind. We just need to take time to sit them and make them truly understand the situation in a calm way.

Ashwin POV

It was the another shoot day and I had just reached EVP.

I had quickly changed into my costume and took few pics.

I looked at my pics and kept my phone on silent and opened my WhatsApp.

I looked at Sivaangi's chat to see she was online.

I sent her a text,

Me:
Hey Rowdy! Ready aitiya?

My Rowdy:
Haan Naan ready Ashwiney! Neenga?

Just as I was about to reply her, my room door banged open.

I looked up startled to see who it was.

Ada noodles manda vecha korange!

He came in and stood in a pose.

I went and had him in a headlock.

"Dei! Eruma! Ippidi ya da dabbal nu kadhava thorrandhu varadhu?"

"Irru Mappilai...deii irru da! Mappala valikudhu! Eyyy kola kola! Yaara kaapathunga!"

I let him go with a chuckle.

Pugazh gasped and looked at me,
"Illa ennaku purila, naan ippo enna panitenu ippo nee enna kolla paatha?"

Enna pannena?...chumma noi noi..nu ena von thangachi kuda pesa vidama panitu enna pananen kekuradha paaru..Che..innimel door ah lock pananum pola..

I glared at him.

Pugazh looked at me confused, then my phone pinged with a message notification. I quickly rushed towards the table where I had kept it when I delt with Machan.

But before I could reach it Pugazh got hold of my phone and unfortunately saw that I got new message from Sivaangi in my lock screen page.

Pugazh glared at me,
"Ada loosu payale! Appo ennoda Pappa kuda thaan pesitu irrundhiya! Naan vona vandhu disturb paniten! Adhane? "

I kept an innocent face.

"Che Che.. appudi la illaye...adhu vandhu ..."

"Enna vandhu poi?"

"Illa Machan...adhu Sivaangi thaan.."

Pugazh raised his hand signaled me to stop and asked with smugness,
"Irru irru...adhu enna My Rowdy?"

I looked at him confused.

Pugazh smirked,
"Illa unnoda phone la..yen ava contact 'My Rowdy' nu save paniruka?"

I quickly thought and said,
"Adhuva...adhu..von thangachi thaane da kutty Rowdy..adhaan.."

"Adhuku Rowdy nu save panuradhu..yen My Rowdy?"

I quickly saw the time, snatched my phone from him and said,
"Idhellam approm pesulikulam..Va Machan polam! Time agudhula..bye da main set la paakulam.."

I quickly ran away from there, leaving him shouting behind me.

"Deii badhil sollitu poda! "

I reached the waiting area of the cooks and released a sigh.

Happada...eppudiyo Annan karen kittendhu thapichiten..

I opened her chat to see 3 messages.

My Rowdy:
Ashwineyy..ready ah illaya?

Hellooooo????

Enna aalu nee? Nee message panitu kanama poita? Kashtam Kashtam..

Edheyy..

I quickly typed in my reply.

Me:
Naan ready Ma! Approm Von Nonnan yenga type pana vittan?

My Rowdy:
Ippo edhuku avara thitturinga?

Me:
Pinna thittama? Wrong ana time la entry kuduradhe velaya pochi avanuku!

My Rowdy:
Seri approma pesulam! Enna kupudranga! Byeeee!

Me:
Bye Ma!

The shoot started and the cooks were called after the comalis entry like usual.

After our entry dance, we were having banters with the judges and comalis.

She was in a yellow saree looking gorgeous. Her simple hair and makeup. Her kutty pottu. Her jimmiki. Her choker and bracelet. I couldn't take my eyes off her.

I looked around to see if anyone saw me only to get caught by Master.
He smirked at me telling me that he saw where ny attention was.

The usual banter between the cooks and comalis went around.
The cooks each said which comalis they preferred but no one chose Sivaangi.

She pouted and asked,
"Naan yaarukume vendama? "

Before I could silently console her,
Master put his arm around me, locking me. I knew the camera would focus me.

Seeing me be quite, she turned to me and asked,
"Ungalukum naan vendama..?"

I literally couldn't move or do anything but I tried to look into her eyes and tryi
to silently tell her that I always wanted her ! Just her!

But she didn't look my way and looked to others.

Then some random new contestant came and joined us and the banters continued while Bala flirted with her making us laugh.
Then after all that was the comalis we inside to irrutu arai.

The task was to pick a jelly and the corresponding comali under it with a nickname will come.

I was eying the dark purple jelly likely a black current. I had a feeling it was her. I looked at Rakshan meeting his eyes while looking at the purple jelly. He lightly nodded his head.

I sighed relieved. I knew what to pick.

Unexpectedly, Pavithra was called before me and she picked my Rowdy.

Pavithra broke the jelly and picked the card and read,
"Chellama..?"

I looked down trying not show what I was feeling.

Yen ma vonnaku verra jelly ah kedai kuliya? Adhu eppudi da enna ku ne varu vingala da? Adhu en jelly! Ennaku en Chellama venum!

They played Chellama song and there she came like a doll!
She came and danced with Pavithra first and then she came and I looked at me and we automatically started dancing.
Then she suddenly remembered and ran to the table and started eating her jelly making me chuckle. That was when Parasite joined. Seeing no other way to escape, I danced with her.

Then Pavi told her,
"Sivaangi, eppome namma pasanga pinadi poga kudadhu...avangala namma pinnadi vara vekainum!"

Then Rowdy replied,
"OK! Ashwineyy va en table ku pinadi table la podunga!"

Making all of us laugh.

Kedi....

Then Pavi and Sivaangi went to the 2nd last table. Sivaangi made sure she took Pavi to our table. I mentally decided I will take the last table. Behind her just like she wanted.

Then finally Bhatt sir called me.

I placed my hands on the table looking at the jellys and complained,
"Ennaku pudicha Black current ah thookitinga..."

Rakshan smirked and asked,
"Nee black current flavour ah solluriya illa adhuku adila irruka aala ya?"

I look at him and said,
"Black current flavorrrrr..."

Then I heard her voice from back,
"Adhuku adi la irruka aalu!...adhuku adi la irruka aalu!"

Rakshan then said,
"Nala sollu Sivaangi!"

Making me blush and laugh.

Aiyoooo...Annanum thangachi un wrong ana timing la podurangale...

I chose a red jelly and found a card with Rowdy baby.

"Rowdy Baby ah?"

Bhatt sir called the respective comali,
"Rowdy Baby vanga!"

Then Pugazh came shouting and running towards me,

Seeing him, I couldn't control my emotions, and I ran to him with arms spread

"Machaaannnnnn...."

He also screamed and jumped on me and I carried him.

Dj Black played Rowdy Baby.

Then Pugazh and I started dancing and I looked at Sivaangi. She  took one look at me and joined us.
