We spent the rest of the ride to her home in the same fun way..I didn't want this car ride to end.

Ashwin POV

We reached her place.

I parked the car and turned around to take her bag from the back seat when she asked,
"Enna pandringa?"

"Vonnoda bag edukuren.."

"Illa paravala..nane.."

I didn't listen. I took the bag from backseat and we got out.

She rang the doorbell and Binni Ma opened the door.

Binni Ma looked at Sivaangi  and sighed with relief,
"Enna Sivaangi paathu vetta maatiya..?

Rowdy whined,
"Amma..."

Binni Ma shook her head and turned to me,
"Rombo Thanks Pa Ashwin..avala bathirama paathukitadhu ku..avalaku porrupe illa..."

"Aiyoo idhula enna nga irruku.."

Then Binni Ma said,
"Vanga Ashwin ulla vanga.."

"Aiyo vendam Ma..naan kelambunum.."

Then Binni Ma repled,
"indha nerathula nee drive panna poriya..time 3 agudhu..Nee pesama ingaye thangiko..Sivu Avara ula kutitu poi..Guest room kattu.."

"Aiyo.. vendam...Naan.."

"Ada va Ashwineyyy....summa vendam illa nu sollikitu.."

Saying this, she  dragged me inside making Binni Ma laugh at us.

She then showed me around the house showing the terrace and everything. 

Then She said,
"ippo naan ugalauku enga veetuliye most important ana orru edathuka kootitu poga porren..Get ready.."

She grabbed my arm and dragged me to a room and switched on the light.

It was a medium sized room with a double door fridge and a deep freezer. There was an induction stove at a table. It was not the kitchen. She already showed me the kitchen which was downstairs in another block of her house. I looked at her confused.

She grinned at me and said,
"Welcome to THE SNACKS ROOM!!!!"

I was just staring at her while she explained and showed me tubs of ice cream, chocolates, chocolates and some more chocolates, chips, cookies and various other assortment of things. Apparently the induction stove was for her to make maggi.  She even showed which side of the fridge was Vinaay's and which side was hers. I was just admiring this Cute foodie.

"Hoi Rowdy...ippo nee edhuku idhellam kaatinu irruka?"

"ungaluku night passi edutha neenga inga vandhu sapudulam..adhaan I'm showing you which side is mine! And just so you know, naan yaar kudayum avolo easy ah lam ennoda snacks ah share panna matten...even if its my brother.."

"ohhh...appo en kuda pandringa..?"

"Neenga Specialu.."

I blushed and looked away smiling.

Then She finally showed me the guest bedroom.

"Unga pakathula irruka room vandhu Pugazh Anna vodadhu..and adho adhuku opposite la irrukradhu ennoda dhu..unga luku edha venum na enna koopudunga and ...ahmm...aprroma.....da..bah.."

I was smiling looking at her..then imititated her,
"Da..ba..baa...Enna sollu.."

She blushed and hit my arm,
"Aiyooo irruu..irru...aahan! Neenga ennaku message illa call panu if you want something.."

I couldn't control myself.

I went closer to her.
"Eppo venalum night call panulama?"

She moved back slowly and nodded her head not able to speak by my proximity.

I came closer to her until her back hit the wall.
I slowly kept both my hands on either side of her face and bent my head so that I was directly looking at her eyes and said in a low tone,
"Enna ketalum kudupiya..?"

She was completely red and breathless.

Thats when I realized something. Everytime I used my low base tone, it visibly affected her. I supressed a smile.

"Sollu Rowdy...Enna kettalum kudupiya..?"

I slowly moved few strands of her hair away from her face, letting my fingers brush against her cheeks in the process.

She gasped and breathed out,
"Ahaan.."

I at once took few steps back puting some distance between us and said,
"Appo orru paatu padu.."

She was looking at me blankly and breathing slowly. She blinked looking completely lost.
"Ennadhu..?"

I smirked,
"Paatu Ma...paatu padu nu sonnen.."

She looked at me, face full of blush and said,
"Approma paaduren.."

Saying that she quickly ran away....making me laugh as I rubbed the back of my head.

I shook my head smiling.

Sivaangi POV

I quickly ran to my bedroom, closed the door and leaned against it, my heart and thoughts racing.

What just happened..? Did that really happen? Did he really do that? Did ASHWIN KUMAR really do that? Ivara..? Chumma set le tease panna blush panuvaaru..ivaruku idhelam theriyuma? His attitude and confidence was totally different. He knew exactly what he was doing to me! He knew how his proximity was affecting me!

We have never been this close before. There was barely an inch gap between us. Not even in school kid episode. He was teasing me. I have only seen these kind of scenes in movies and TV series. I never thought I would experience anything like this in my life.

I quickly changed into my usual night  dress.

After changing, I was just lying on my bed and thought of today.

The way he was caring for me. Being protective. He didn't let me do a single thing. He was doing every single thing for me. The way he fed me. And even during today's cooking he gave me easy tasks while constantly checking if my finger was paining. The way he panpered me. The way I saw him leave everything and rush to my table before Pugazh Anna took me to pantry.

I always knew how caring and protective he was but today I saw the depth of it. I had a feeling this was just 10 % of what he was capable of. Then just now. The way he was with me gave me a completely different feel. That Ashwin who usually maintains social distance with all the girls. He has layers. And he is showing me them to me. Only Me.

It gave me some immense sort of happiness that only I was getting to see these. This was all new to me.

No one has ever treated me this way. He was a very private person who truly valued bonds and relationship with others.

For the first time I was allowing myself to think about us. The possibility of Us. I don't think this was just a crush anymore. But what if it is ? What if I no longer feel this way? But none of my previous crushes have lasted this long. The respect and care I have on him are only increasing day by day. Having no prior experience in these things I was scared to go there. I was scared to name it Love. My insecurities were also not helping me.

I signed and sat up on my bed.

Ashwineyy...Ashwineyy..ippidi thaniya enna polamba vitiye..

I got up and went to the terrace thinking,
Yeppudiyum ennaku thookum poiduchu..maadi le kathu achom vaangulam..

I was just staring ahead and thinking when I heard the sound of the terrace door opening and turned around.

Ashwin POV

After she left, I quickly changed into the spare clothes which I always had with me. A green T shirt and track pants.

Then I layed down in the bed. 

I couldn't believe what was happening. Naan love pandra ponnu vitula orru night stay pandren. And her room is just down the hall!

I sat up and let out a laugh. Naan yaaru kittayum ippidi behave pannadhe illa. But idhu En Rowdy..Ennoda Sivaangi Ma ache.. So thappu illa..only she can see this side of me. Only She has full rights on Me.

I signed and got up. I gently opened and closed the bedroom door and made my way to the terrace. I didn't want to disturb Rowdy. She must have slept by now.

I opened the door and went in only to freeze. Sivaangi was standing in the terrace in her night clothes. She was wearing a blue tops and floral printed shorts. 

aiyooo kollura le...enn rowdy ippidi pandra..pesama naan room ku oodiduta? Che che..vendam.. 

I gulped and made my way towards her pretending her very presence under the moonlight was not affecting me. I controlled my smile as I realized she was sighting me.

I raised my eyebrows and stood beside her leaning against the terrace railing.

"Thoongula..?"

"illa Ashwineyy...thookum varala..neenga?"

"Ennakum varala ma.."

It was a chilly night as it was raining sometime back.

"Kulu kulu nu irruku la?"

She looked at me in shock.

I asked,
"What?"

"ippo neenga enna sonninga?"

"illa ma climate kulu kulu nu irrukula nu sonnen"

She smiled and nodded with a slight blush.

She then turned and was just staring at me.

I asked her with my eyes: What is it?

She shook her head and said,
"Naan ippo orru paatu paduta?"

"Hmmm padu ma!"

She looked into my eyes and started singing,

I was shocked with her choice of song.

Both of us were lost in our own world.

I slowly took her hand. She looked at me confused. Then I twirled her.

Sila Samayam Vilaiyataye,
Un Aadaikkule Nan Vendum.."🎵

Then I pulled her closer  but still maintained a little distance. I didn't want to scare her with my intensity. 

She was staring up at me.. She stopped singing but we were still lightly dancing with a silent tune of the wind under the moonlight in sync with eachother.

After a while we stopped. I should step back but I didn't want to. She also didn't move.

Then I released her.
"Poi thoongulama..?"

She nodded.

Then we made our way downstairs. And She went to her room. I went inside and asked her to lie down and coverd her with a blanket.

"Goodnight Ma.."

"Goodnight Ashwineyyy..."

We both knew our equation has changed. I really hope she figures out her feelings soon.

I don't know how long I can control myself from expressing when we are alone.
