I wake up and I look at the clock on my phone it's only three in the morning I had a nightmare again of my ex I know it means nothing I'm safe with Daryl but I got a feeling something's going to happen and I can't shake it,so I remove Daryl's arm off my waist and I get up I grab my sweatpants and I throw them on I look back and see both of my boys sleeping which makes me smile before I open the door and walk out of the room to go down stairs but I stop when I see Skyler coming out of the room her an Matt are staying in I smile "Can't sleep?" I say which catches her off guard as she jumps a little before she looks at me an smiles "I got sick so I'm up" she says as she joins me I giggle as she shoots me a glare before we walk down the stairs.

As me and Skyler get down the stairs I turn on the light for us to see we both giggle as we walk towards the kitchen "Want some toast?" I ask her as I grab the bread "Yes please" she says as she leans on the kitchen island I nod my head an put two pieces of bread into the toaster an go to the frigerator and grab out the butter and jelly I see Skyler smile when she see's the jelly I shake my head an grab a butter knife out the drawer as I grab two paper plates for us, the toaster pops an the bread shots up I grab it an place it on Skyler's plate "Thank you Kate" she says as she starts to fixs her toast I smile "Your welcome" I say as I place two more pieces of bread into the toaster an wait for mine to finish after a few minutes my toast pops up an I begin to fix mine.

"So you think Matt is acting strange?" I say before I take a bite of my toast.

"Yeah, I don't know why though... He says that he's fine with becoming a dad an all but I don't know maybe it's just me"Skyler says as she nibbels at her toast.

"Or maybe he's got something planned for you,maybe something romantic" I say as I wiggle my eyebrow up and down as she starts to laugh.

"Yeah maybe he does"Skyler says as she shakes her head before laughing.

"See nothing to worry about, Matt's a good guy an he's funny plus he's protective of you or have you not noticed" I say with a smirk before taken a bite of my toast.

"Oh I've noticed that's one of the reasons why I love him... I notice Daryl is the same with you, have you told him? You know about your ex.." Skyler says as she takes a bite of her toast while looking at me.

"Yes I've told him,it wasn't easy but I broke down an told him everything I thought he would look at me differently or leave me but no he flat out told me he doesn't see me differently an that he loves me" I say as I feel a smile start to form on my face.

"Well that's good, I'm happy for you two plus Matt won't say it yet but he's happy you two are together" Skyler says as she smiles at me.

"Thank you, an once Matt says that I'll be sure to thank him but let's get real both of our men fight like cat an dog" I says as I giggle as Skyler nods her head.

"Yes they do, sometimes I wanna slap them in their heads but their uncle Luke an your dad stop them immediately which is funny to watch"Skyler says as she laughs before taking a bite of her toast.

"Yes it's like watching I Love Lucy you know how Lucy an Ethel would do crazy stunts and they would get in trouble for it , but Daryl an Matt style"I say as we both busrt into laughter but we stop when we realize that we were a little loud.

"Yes I totally agree" Skyler says as she shakes her head.

"I think I love Lucy is on, wanna go watch some of it?" I say as I pick up my last piece of toast.

"Yes I love that old show" Skyler says as she picks up her's an we begin to walk into the living room.

As we sit down on the couch I grab a blanket for Skyler "Thanks" she says as she wrapps her self in it as I laugh some before I grab the remote an turn on the tv as I flip to the channel an me and Skyler smile as we see I love Lucy starting as we sit there watching the old classic show almost an hour an half goes by of us watching the show but at the corner of my eye I see the motion light outside go on "Maybe an animal" I say to myself as I shrug it off an continue to watch the show along with Skyler as we begin to laugh but our laughter was stopped as we heard SMASH,SMASH like glass being broke we both jump up and we look around we don't see nothing but we keep hearing the sound so we make our way to the window and that's when I see somebody smashing my windows out my car.

"DAD GET UP NOW!!!!" I yell at the top of my lungs as I rush towards the front door.

"Kate don't go out there what is that a person attacks you!?"Skyler says as she looks at me worried.

"Skyler that's my car!"I say as I start to unlock the door but we hear heavy footsteps coming down the stairs revealing my dad, Daryl ,Matt TJ &Jay with very confused looks on their faces.

"What's going on?! Why did you yell?" My dad says as he looks at me, I don't answer I just open the door.

"Someone is outside near Kate's car and she's flipping out we heard smashing sounds it sounded like glass" Skyler says coming from behind me.

"WHAT!?!" I hear all the guys yell.

As we all get to the front porch we all glanced around and don't see anybody the person must have ran off as soon as they heard all of us yelling I slowly walked off the porch to my car and as I reach it my heart sinks to the pit of my stomach as tears start to roll down my face "NOO" I yell as look at the destruction of my car I feel a pair of arms wrap around me I look up an see Daryl with anger in his eyes as he see the site of my car,I shake my head in disbelief "Someone will pay Angel" he says as hes grip around me becomes a little tighter I nod my head as we hear 'What the fuck, an Oh my god' I look over at everyone as they see my car as my dad walks up to my car an shakes his head as I see him ball up his fist "Babygirl I'll call Joe an well fix it" my dad says in a low yet almost broken voice as he walks around my car as he looks at the front an back windshield before walking back into the house.

I notice something as my dad steps away I wiggle out of Daryl's arms which makes him look at me funny as I bend down an pick up a piece paper that was right near my tire I look back at Daryl who raises his eyebrow as I open an read it my eyes go wide with rage "Angel let me see it!" Daryl says which catches everybody's attention as I turn back around to us after they checked their own vehicles which were fine,I shake my head 'no' at first but then I hear him sigh I look over at him as he holds out his hand for me to hand it to him I hesitated at first because of what I read I know it's going to make him mad but I give in and I hand it to him as I get ready for the big blow up, he reads it an all I see is rage written all over his face but in his eyes it was nothing but fire like he was ready to snap at any moment "MOTHER FUCKER!" he yells as he runs his hand through his hair roughly as he start to breath heavily but Matt walks over an takes the paper from Daryl's hand an reads it out loud "This was just the first act, Your next" Jaxus .

Matt looks at us confused but TJ an Jay eyes grew wide to what Matt read and I just shake my head and begin to cry as Daryl wraps his arms around me "What was that name" my dad says as we all look over to see him with his jaw clenched as he walks off the front porch "Jaxus" Matt says as Skyler walks up to him as he wraps his arm around her, my dad sighs "Call your uncle Luke" my dad says as he looks down at the paper that Matt handed him "Okay sir" Daryl says to my dad as my dad nods his head at him "Everyone inside please"my dad says as he looks around we all do what he asked but me an Skyler walk back into the living room while the guys walk into the kitchen an wait for my dad to come back into the house as my dad walks back in the house he locks the door an looks over at me I give him a smile trying to reassure him that I'm okay he nods his head an walks into the kitchen with the guys an begin talking, Skyler looks at me an I whip my tears away but she wraps her arm around my shoulder an pulls me towards her an I feel tears slowly fall down my face once again I close my eyes hoping that this is just a nightmare an once I wake up everything will be back to normal and that he wasn't out.

4 hours later.....

I flutter my eyes open but I feel a pair of strong arms wrapped around me I look up an see Daryl sleeping leaning sideways I glance around an see Matt an Skyler on the other side of the couch sleeping as TJ an Jay are laying on the leather chairs, I slowly begin to get up but I hear "We will get his ass" that's when it hits me it wasn't a nightmare it was all real jaxus is out but how I don't know but my thoughts were cut off by Daryl who was kissing my cheek I look at him I lay a kiss on his lips as I wrap my arms around the back of his neck as he rubs my back slowly, I pull away an lean my head on to his I watch him smile which makes me smile after the horror that happened earlier this morning we both hear his uncle Luke on the phone talking loudly to someone I sigh which makes Daryl rub my back slowly as I see my dad walk towards the table he look over at me an Daryl "Come here" he says so me an Daryl get up off the couch and make our way to the table to where my father is I glanced over and I see Mitch as he gives me a sympathy look as their Uncle Luke walks in and sit at the table as well.

"We have some interesting news you two might want to hear"Mr.Luke says as he looks dead straight at us.

"Well let's hear this already, if it has to do with her ex I want to know because he's not touching her"Daryl snaps but I place my hand on his which causes him to look at me as he sighs.

"Okay.. Well yes Kate your ex Jaxus is out and yes he did damage your car but that is getting fixed, but we found out something disturbing that I know it's going to set off Daryl what we found out was the guy Antonio that we arrested along with the other gang members that day in that building is actually his stepbrother and he is out himself, back in New York the rookie who is my partner there Arrested the guy who paid a hacker to mess up the system for them to get released and now that man is behind bars for the rest of his life but now we have to get these two back in the jail before things get out of hand" Mr.Luke says as he takes a deep breath.

"Wait Jaxus never said anything about a step brother I know his mother got remarried to some fucking idiot but you're telling me that both of them are here in the state of Virginia and that they're targeting my daughter and possibly Daryl over my fucking dead body I'll beat their asses first"My dad as he slams his hands together as I see rage in his eyes.

"I never knew that Antonio had a step brother but he lived in New York so how is this damn well possible uncle? Antonio was a part of the gang for almost 3 years!!" Daryl yells as he stands up which causes everybody to wake up and looks over at us all.

"Whats going on?" Matt says as he shakes his head to wake his self up some.

"Antonio that's what!! Right along with my Angel's ex boyfriend, oh their step brothers by the way" Daryl says in a cold tone as he runs his hand down his face.

"WHAT!?" Matt,TJ an Jay say as they turn their heads an look at all of us in shock.

"No one knew, which makes everything so damn difficult now you will have problems with Antonio and I have problems with Jaxus" I say as clench my fists as I think back on everything.

"Yeah.. and baby girl don't think I don't know about him laying his hands on you I choose to stay quiet but then again I also had people whip his ass when you left home, that and because I knew you were also fighting him back when you came home with blood on your shirt and your knuckles bust it open and I was waiting for you to finally leave that no good mother fucker which you did an I was proud of you, I still am proud of you you take no shit you're like your old man we both got tempers you push us to the edge you're not going to like what happens" My dad says as my eyes grow wide to what he said.

"Wait her ex boyfriend physically put his hands on her? On my best friend! Who the fuck does he think he is?" Matt says as he stands up an I see Skyler's eyes go wide.

"Yes... But she fought back" Daryl says as he wraps his arm around my waist.

"We all agree but right now we need to focus on finding those two and putting them behind bars her safety" The guy Mitch says is everybody nuds there had an agreement.

"I'll make all of us some lunch, grill cheese's sound good?" Skyler says with a smile.

"Yes thank you" We all say as we smile back at her as Matt kisses her.

As the guys sit around the table coming up with a strategy to find them two and to put them behind bars as Skylar goes in the kitchen and starts making grilled cheese I lean on the wall and I start to think of an idea, but when it suddenly hits me I know it's risky but I go for it I see Daryl's phone an I unlock it and I turn on his location app that he got after my first incident and I connected to mine an I leave a message on his front screen before putting his phone back down where he had it sitting as I put my own phone back into my pocket"I hope this works"I say to myself as I walk towards the front door an walk outside just to get some air for a moment to rethink my idea that ran through my head I shake my head "Can't do that"I say to myself as I turn back around but something hits me on the side of my head hard as I fall over I say "Dad, Daryl" but it only comes out in a low tone I hear Duke barking like crazy as I feel my body begin lifted up I catch a glimpses of who is caring me away fast "Jaxus" I say as everything starts to go black an every sound dies out.

Two an half hour's later......

I wake up hearing bangs an voices around me I try to move around but I can't "What the fuck" I say to myself but then I hear a door open I turn my head an their he was with a smug look on his face like he was proud of what he did I glare at him as a low growl escapes my lips from frustration, Jaxus walks into the room and leans on the wall and looks at me as if I was a piece of meat which was really irritating me even more as I started to thrash around some I felt my wrists start to burn.

"I wouldn't do that sweetheart" Jaxus says a he smirks.

"You mother fucker! I hate you" I yell at him as I feel my anger start to build up.

"Once upon a time you loved me , but I guess that all changed now you're with some punk-ass bitch and I do know who he is"Jaxus says as he pushs off the wall.

"Did! Past tense you motherfuker, yeah it did change when I met the man I love right now that your step brother Antonio attacked and attempted to kidnap his twin brother and girlfriend but here's a little secret I was the one that stopped their asses along with my man oops sorry not"I say as I smirk looking dead at his ass who's glaring at me.

"You think I give a fuck that you stopped my dumb-ass Stepbrother I don't if he would have put his hands on you than me and him would have went rounds only person that's going to put their hands on you is me bitch!"Jaxus yells as he steps towards me.

"JAXUS BACK UP!, Well if it isn't Daryl's little girlfriend your going to do us a huge favor sweetheart unless you want your ass beat by him for leaving him"Antonio says as he walks in the room.

"FUCK YOU ! IM NOT DOING SHIT FOR EITHER ONE OF YOU !!!!" I Yell towards them both I wasn't going to be pushed over by either one of them I might be able restraint but my legs are still useful.

The air in the room is thick to the point where you can cut it with a knife I watching Antonio glare at me for what I said as he breathes in and out slowly that is trying to control his temper and I just lay on the smirk as look at him "Bitch" I say to myself as I watch him leave the room leaving me soon with Jaxus once again, I sigh an look anywhere else but him but I feel his hand grip my chin making me look up at him "I've missed you" he says as he try to lean in to kiss me I do the unthinkable I head but him right dead square in his nose he yells in pain as blood begins to drip from his nose as he glares at me but then he wraps his hand around my throat as I gasp for air "Daryl" I managed to yell as his grip on my throat begins to get tighter but all the sudden I hear a door being busted open as his hand was ripped away from my throat as I gasp for air as I breathe heavily I look up and I see the person I yelled for as he starts beating my ex in his face I couldn't help but I have tears of joy run down my face.

I can't move due to the restraints but I sit there and watch Daryl and my ex go blow to blow as blood starts to come out of Daryl's and my ex's mouth but I noticed that Daryl isn't giving up he hits my ex which causes him to stumble backwards giving Daryl the opportunity and the upper hand in this fight, I cheer Daryl on but then I noticed Antonia rushing in from the door he left out of as he trys to attack Daryl from the back as Daryl focuses on my ex that's when panic kicks in.

"DARYL BEHIND YOU!" I yell as I try to free myself from the restraints as my wrist begin to burn.

But all the sudden  Matt rushing in tackling Antonio down on the ground as he starts pounding on his face as antoniou tries to get Matt off which he does for a moment as a sucker punch is Matt in the jaw but Matt doesn't give up Matt grabs him by the collar of a shirt and start pounding at his face as blood starts coming out of Antonios mouth "You punch ass bitch" I hear Matt yell as he starts to hit Antonio and his stomach as an Antonio tries to hit Matt in his face my jaw drops as I watched both Daryl and Matt attack my ex and Antonio like they were nothing I glance over an see Daryl with a cut on his face as he punchs my ex repeatedly in the face"you will never touch her" Daryl yells as he takes one last swing knocking my ex out cold I glanced over and seeing Matt has done the same thing to Antonia "DAMN" I say to myself as I watch them both nodding their heads at one other as a smile come on face as I see my saviors.

"Um can I get some help here please?" I say which makes them both look at me as I tug at the restraints.

"Yes I'm coming Angel"Daryl says as he rushs towards me.

"So Kate how did you like the Ortega tornado?" Matt says as he comes over an helps Daryl to get the restraints off of me.

"Damn remind me not to piss you two off"I say with a smirk which causes both of them to laugh an me to smile.

"Oh btw you are lucky you turnt the location app on my phone"Daryl says as he helps me stand up.

"Oh an that our uncle Luke put a camera up near the doorway so we saw everything that happened we also saw that you were heading back into the house." Matt says as he walks beside us as he looks at me.

"Sorry... at first I thought it was a good idea but then I thought about it an it wasn't, btw what the hell did he hit me with!" I say as we walk out the door.

"He hit you with a medium rock with a lot of force behind it" Daryl says as he looks at my head.

"That's explains my head hurting" I say as Matt nods his head.

"Let's get...." Matt starts to say as the exit door gets busted open revealing my dad an their uncle Luke along with his friend Mitch.

"BABYGIRL , You okay !? Where the hell are they I'm going to hurt them their going to wish they never came around here fucking around with my daughter"My dad says as if venom was rolling off his tongue as he pulled me into a tight hug.

"Well they're knocked out me and Matt took care of them, uncle their in that room back there"Daryl says as him an Matt smirk.

"Oh shit the Ortega Tornado Damn" the guy Mitch says as I start to laugh as my dad an their uncle Luke nod their heads inapproval.

"Good the local cops are on their way lucky I called in before we got here" Mr.Luke says as grins.

"Matt's right you guys wait outside for the cops, we'll stay in here to make sure they don't leave"Mr.Luke says as Daryl an Matt nods their heads.

As Me,Daryl an Matt walked outside and wait for the cops all three of us get a surprise "MATT" we look over and see Skyler TJ & Jay standing right now his Escalade Matt runs over to Skyler an wraps his arms around her as he slowly rocks her back an fourth as I feel Daryl wrap his arms around me holding me close to him "Angel I thought I had lost you" he whispers in my ear I turn around and I look at him as tears start to slowly run down his face I wipe them away "I'm right here safe" I say as I wrap my arms around him, Daryl leans his head on mine as I nuzzle our noses together as we both laugh but our laughter was cut off by cop sirens coming towards us which catchs all of our attention we watch them get out their cars an run into the building where they held me in Daryl pulls me closer towards him I look over an see Matt,Skyler,TJ an Jay standing near us I look back towards the building an see my dad walking out heading towards us with a big grin on his face I shake my head.

"Well they are both looking at a lot of time for what they did, but damn you two really did a number on them"My dad says as he rubs his hands together.

"They deserved it"Daryl says as he grins an Matt smirks.

"When can we see ? We wanna see!" Jay says as he sounds like a little boy which causes everyone to laugh.

"Soon" My dad says as he points towards the door.

"Fuck them both"I say coldly as everyone nods their heads at what I said.

After 25minutes we watch them bring them out Antonio was the first one we all saw "I fucked him up"Matt says as Skyler look at him then back to Antonio an begins to laugh at his pitiful site "Damn babe" she says as Matt gives her a big smile before kissing her as the rest of us laugh at Antonio who's crying like a little bitch, then we see Jaxus coming out me and Daryl both just glared him but then he did something which was so appalling he winked at me I look up Daryl who must have been thinking the same thing as myself we smirk an we glanced over before we kiss each other passionately right in front of my ex as we heard laughter around us we break our kiss and lock over and my ex who looks more pissed off than anything but then gets shoved right into the back seat of the cop car and doing so he had his head which made me and Daryl both laugh as the cops get in their vehicles and drive off.

"You two did that on purposes, but yet it was funny as hell to see his facial expression it was priceless" TJ says as he shakes he's head.

"It was beautiful if you ask me" My dad says as he whips fake tears away.

"Thank thank hold the applauses" I say in a dramatic tone of voice as I place my hand on my chest.

"But who messed him up?" Jay says as Daryl glares at him.

"Me! That's who, NO touch my Angel" Dary says as he places he's chin on my shoulder.

"Yup they did the old Ortega tornado on their ass's, but on a serious note they will be getting out for a long time with all the charges against them, I told them that you will tell me what happened in the building after you get checked by a doctor from the hospital, actually Daryl an Matt so are you two because you got cuts on you that are still bleeding an do not tell me no" Mr. Luke says as he stands near my dad along with his friend Mitch as they nod their heads.

"Okay will get checked" Both Daryl and Matt say as they throw their hands up in surrender.

"Baby girl you to! I don't care how old you are I'm still your father no matter what goes on in your life" My dad says he gives me the 'don't argue with me' look.

"I never said I wouldn't go chill calm down dad I love you yesshhh" I say as I step back some which causes everyone to laugh.

"Okay let's get going then everyone get into the vehicles"My dad says with a smile.

"Angel your with me, Matt is going with TJ" Daryl says as he takes my hand as he kisses it which makes me giggle.

"Wait uncle Luke how did you get here?" Matt says which causes me an Daryl to look at him.

"Simple I brought them here in my car" My dad says as he grins along with Mr.Luke an his friend Mitch, as the rest of us stand there in shock before snapping out of it.

We all get into the vehicles in waiting for my dad to lead the way to the hospital as we wait Daryl grabs my hand and starts kissing it I smile at him but then I lean over to give him a kiss him on his cheek but he decides to turn his head so our lips clash in the moment we pull away as we hear my dad beeping his horn for us to follow him, as we get on the main road I turn the radio on for us which makes Daryl smile as he starts to pick up some speed the song 'Don't let me down' start to play I look over at Daryl look ever hot I must say with the cut on his face but he looks over at me "You never let me down" I say to him as he takes my hand and holds it "I never plan on letting you down" he says as he places a kiss on my hand as we continue down the road to the hospital after a very long stressful day which ended better then what we all probably expected it to be honestly.
