Me,Daryl an my dad got up earily an practice up at the track not far away from the house while everyone was sleeping we got at lest two hours in before we headed back to the house, then Daryl told me it was Jays birthday today so I had swing into the store an grab him a cake for him but that was a mistake it turned out to be a damn cake battle in the kitchen but it was fun yet also worth it after the whole cake fight happened I wanted to beat Daryl's ass for putting cake an icing in my hair but lucky he helped me get it out of my hair so I'll let him pass this one time but after all that we all head back down stairs to find my dad an Mr.Luke having a cup of coffee "Kate Daryl we are going to the garage today tell Jay an TJ as well their coming to" my dad says an my eyes go wide with excitement.

Me an Daryl walk to where everyone else is an hear them talking among them selfs I glance up at Daryl who's look at with sad lost sad puppy eyes  "Angel are going to take it back?" he says as he leans his head on to mine, I look at him "I take it back"I say as I rub our noises together which makes him chuckle as he wraps his arm around my waist we turn around an see Skyler giving us 'aw sweet' look as I try to hide my face into Daryl's chest but he just laughs an pulls me closer towards him as a wave of his Polo cologne it's my nose an I feel at peace instantly.

"Oh TJ , Jay we are going to Kate's dad garage today an you guys are going since Matt an Skyler are going with uncle Luke today for awhile but we all are meeting up later around 5-6 o'clock to go to dinner" Daryl says as he looks straight at them.

"Sounds fun , I wonder what kinda of cars while see there" TJ says as he smiles.

"You guys will be surprised" I say with a grin.

"Oh ? I wonder if your dad is going to show us anything" Jay says with a big smile.

"Maybe, I mean my dad would if  you asked I know him an Daryl are going to be working on Daryl's car" I say as I shrug my shoulders.

"Sounds you guys are going to be busy today" Skyler says as she lays her head on Matt's arm.

"It does doesn't it, just don't get hurt any of you" Matt says as he looks at all of us an we laugh.

"Yes Matt, even though we can't guarantee anything but will try our hardest I mean we might get some oil on us maybe a few little cuts here and there but it'll be worth it" Daryl says with a smirk as Matt sighs heavily.

"Are you all done? I mean seriously you guys sounds like teenagers in hightschool" My dad says as he comes towards us as Mr.Luke laughs.

"I have to agree, but are you two ready to go?" Mr.Luke says while smiling at Matt an Skyler.

"Yes we are ready to go" Matt an Skyler says at the say time which makes everyone laugh some.

"Well let's get going I already know where we are going so don't ask Matt" Mr.Luke says as he shakes my dad's hand bye.

"Bye everyone see you at dinner" Skyler says as her an Matt leave waving bye to us as they walk out following Mr.Luke

"Bye enjoy your day" We all says leaning out the front door.

"Okay grab your keys Daryl an Kate get the things for the dogs while I make sure the doors are locked well besides the front one because we have to leave out of it" My dad says as he walks away from us picking up his keys for the garge.

"Okay dad" I say as I shake my head as Daryl chuckles some.

I haven't been to my dad's garage since I moved to New York but I'm happy that we are going today plus Daryl an the guys will see every car in there I know that will make them happy as ever I'm not going to lie I will be to, I grab Duke's leash an put it on him I turn around an grab the dogs bowls and food like my dad told me to I see Daryl holding a bag open for me"Here you go Angel" he says as I smile at him "Thank you" I say as I place the things into the bag we all wait for my dad as he comes out the kitchen he gives us a big smile an opens the front door letting us all out the front door.

As we wait on the front porch as my dad locks the front door with Rocky in his arm I can't but smile as he turns around at us "Daryl drive behind me" my dad says as he walks off the porch he takes my keys from me I stand there shocked "Dad what are you doing?" I say as I walk towards him some he turn around "Driving your car" he says as he unlocks it an signals Jay and TJ to join him, my jaw drops some but I close it as I shake my head I turn around to see Daryl waiting for me by his car with a smirk "Did they plan this?" I say to myself as I reach Daryl he lays a kiss on my forehead "Your with me" he says as he opens up the car door for me an duke as we both get in Daryl grins as be shuts the door.

"Did you know about this Daryl?" I say as he gets in car.

"Yes I did Angel don't be mad your dad is just having fun let him enjoy it"He says as looks over at me as he starts up his car.

"Next time can someone just tell me so I'm not catch off guard again, I'll let him have his fun he was the one that got me the car anyways"I says as I watch my dad drive off with my car as Daryl follows behind him.

"Angel I love you just relax and enjoy the ride my naughty Angel" He says as he places his hand on mine as Duke places his paw on too of them I couldn't help it but giggle.

"I love you to my monster teddy bear" I says as I smile at him an watch my dad pick up speed in my car.

It takes us 40minutes to get to my dad garage as we pull up I started to smile as amazing memorys start flowing back Daryl squeezes my hand an gives me a million dollar smile I giggle knowing I'm blushing like crazy but Daryl slows down as we watch my dad back my car into the garage I raise my eyebrow "Angel wait" he says as he stops me from open the door I look at him a little confused but then I seen my dad waving Daryl to pull into the garage as well, Daryl starts to laugh at my facial expression if one glare at me an he just grins before focusing on putting his car into the garage "Okay smart ass" I say under my breath but to my surprise I hear "thank you Angel" he says as parks his car an I shake my head "Damn it" I say to myself.

"Dad did you enjoy driving my car?" I ask as I get out of Daryl car along with Duke.

"Yes but it seems your steering is a little off that'll be an easy fix"My dad says as he opens he's office door.

"This is a nice garage, wait is that an all black Lamborghini over there?" Daryl says as he's eyes go wide as I start to giggle.

"Yes it is , we work on many different cars here. Let me get my guys in here" My dad says as he walks towards the back.

"Damn this place is nice, Kate your dad knows how to keep garage looking nice" TJ says as Jay nods his head.

"Your looking at my dad second baby" I say before I laugh as Daryl shakes his head.

"Regardless it's a nice garage he must have put a lot of work into this place well him and his crew at least"Daryl says as he looks around seen all new car parts, tires, tools, machines.

"Yeah I worked in here some so I know about different car parts, like the one night we went to that race when the guy had an oz line how do you think I figured it all out this place isn't just for fixing cars as also for making race cars" I say as I sit on the hood of my car.

"Impressive"Jay says in a shocked tone which makes me an Daryl laugh as TJ looked at him side ways.

"Baby Girl Daryl, TJ an Jay come in the back!" My dad yells which makes me jump off my hood of my car.

"Coming" we all yell as we start racing towards the back but Duke runs faster then us.

As we get in the back I see all my dad's friends who work with him I hug them and Daryl, TJ and Jay shake their hands and introduce ourselves my dad friends must have been impressed because they were nodding  their heads and in approval once my dad said that Daryl was my boyfriend and that Jay and TJ were our friends, my dad informs his friends what needs to be done on Daryl's car and that my steering in my car needs to be adjusted some they said "Lets do it" I started to laugh because they all looked so happy to get their hands a little dirty but then my dad told Daryl,TJ an Jay they were going to help as well I watched all three of them grin as they nodded their heads to what my dad said "This is going to be interesting day" I say to myself as I watched them talk among ourselves for a while.

"Baby girl I need you to do me a favor could you do some file work for me? You know what goes where, while we work on the cars" My dad says as he giving me a pouty look which makes me step back.

"Yeah I can do some file work for  you and please don't pout you're scaring me"I says as I shake my head which causes everybody to laugh which echo through the whole garage.

"That's my job baby girl" My dad says with a smirk before leaving me stand there with my jaw dropped.

"Angel close your mouth unless you want something in it"Daryl whispers in my ear which makes me shut my mouth quickly as he laughs.

"Watch it MR. or you can sleep on the couch tonight"I says as I swing my hips towards the office with Duke an Rocky along with me.

"You.Wouldn't.Dare.Angel" Daryl says as he shoots me a glare as I turn around an give him a devilish smile.

"I love you now go I have work dear sir" I say in a sassy tone which makes me chuckle as he shakes his head.

I grab the files an start to get down to work I shake my head at some of the files as I read what some of the clients cars were even doing in this garage in the first place some of them said for tune-ups, breaks an while others I read drunk driving accidents I sigh as I place them into the file cabinet in their places that my dad had marked with labels, after about 45 minutes I get done with the files I just sat down on my dad's chair but something catchs my eye that's in a envelope that was thrown in the trash I move towards it an see it's a letter to my dad from my mom I read it an my heart starts to race my anger starts to build up my breathing starts to get become heavy I close my eyes "Unreal forget that shit" I say to myself as I open my eyes an start to rip the letter up an toss it in the trash where it was in the first place.

I get up out the chair I look down at the dogs who are sleeping on the floor like goofballs which makes me calm down I open the door an hear all they guys in the garage talking about they're girls, cars and among other things which I don't want to hear I shake my head an walk out the back door to get from fresh air I notice that the sun was starting to go down I look down at my phone an see it's 4:50pm I walk around an see all the cars that are parked that I know are race cars, I see a shadow near the gate that goes towards the field behind the garage I slowly step forward but then a I hear a sound that sends shivers down my spin my heart starts to race I look around an see that the shadow was gone my eyes grow wide as I turn back around an run towards the back door of the garage I can feel a panic attack coming on I try to slow down my breathing before I even reach Daryl or my dad as I reach the door I see it open with a very worried Daryl standing at the entrance of it "Angel?" he says before I drop down on my knees as I feel him wrap his arms around me "Daryl" I say in a weak voice.

"Angel what's wrong? What happened are you okay?" He says in a worried voice as he looks at me with concern.

I breath slowly.
"Daryl it's time you know everything about my ex" I say as I look down to the ground as I begin to shake.

"Okay. Angel I'm listen" He says in a worried voice as he pulls me close to him.

I sigh.
"Daryl I told you my ex cut my arm but he did much more then that to me,my ex used to hit me on my ribs my stomach or places that no one could really see don't get me wrong I fought him back I didn't take it just laying down I came out with bloody knuckles at times because of him, he used to tell me I was worthless but I was nothing that I wasn't good enough, the day we broke up we had a fist fight an he said 'I will hurt you more ways then one, you won't see me coming' I know if my dad ever found out about this my ex would be in the hospital for a long time for what he did to me"I say as rub his arm slowly as I feel his chest go up an down fast.

"Angel I promise you no I guarantee that your ex will never get near you, and as for his little threats their empty you probably already knew this but he's in jail for 10 to 15 years and if by miracle or whatever he gets out and he tries to even come near you I will personally hurt him myself " He says in a dark threatening tone, I look up and his eyes are darker then they usually are like a really dark brand of whiskey.

"Oh I'm not worried about him I've learned how to protect myself and I know how to fight and I know you protect me as well, yeah I kind of found that out myself which I'm relieved but when I was back here I heard a sound that sounded so familiar then all of a sudden everything just came flashing back at me"I says as place my hand on his cheek as I stare straight at him.

He lets out a heavy sigh.
"How could you keep a smile on your face Angel after everything your ex has done an said to you"He says as he pulls me close to him.

"Because I learnt you had to be stronger then your old self, that you have to keep pushing forward" I says as I lean my head on his head.

"Well you won't have to do that anymore Angel because I'm right here and what we have together it's nothing but love and passion, yeah we may have our arguments but it will never get physical I do not deal with that" He says as he nuzzles my nose with his nose as I smile feeling more calm then moments before.

"I love you Daryl, I hope what I told you doesn't change the way you feel or see me"I say as feel tears start to form in my eyes.

"Angel.. I love you an what you just told me doesn't change how I feel nor how I see you, I still see you the same way from the moment I layed my eyes on you"He says as he lays a kiss on lips softly that I feel my body just melt.

Daryl kisses my neck as I run my fingers in his hair but I feel him start to suck on my neck "Hickey again" I say as I giggle "Yes Angel" he says as he looks up at me I shake my head an he just gives me a sly grin, he get up an pulls me up off the ground I whip myself off "Kate Daryl!" we hear my dad yell from inside the garage which makes both us rush inside quickly as we see my dad he looks at us an he seems relived to see us I raise my eyebrow in confusing to his actions "You two can give people a scare you know"my dad says he shakes his head before giving us a smile.

Daryl apologizes to my dad for having him worry about us but my dad tells him it okay an then they start talking about Daryl's car I shake my head an throw my hands up in the air an follow behind them but I smile as I watch them bound Duke runs up to me out of no where an starts to jump on me some I lean down an rub his head "Good boy" I say as I watch him wags his tail, I hear them laughing I look up an see them watching Rocky crewing on a tier as Duke runs over an joins him I join in on the laughter but we all stop as we hear a phone ring I see Daryl answer his phone an I knew from his tone it was Matt on the other line but my dad tells everybody it's time to hit the road he asks one of his best friends to make sure the garage is completely locked up and he  tells him it will be taken care of.

We all getting the vehicles and all at once they both fired them up at the same time which cause me to laugh my dad pulls out first and Daryl follows right behind him as we had to the restaurant to meet up with their Uncle Luke Matt and Skyler,Daryl turns on the radio and the song comes on that makes me look over at him as he looks at me with nothing but love compassion written all over his face luckily the restaurant that we're going to allows animals to be outside which is a good thing because we did not want to drop Duke or Rocky off at the house because we all knew if we did the house would be destroyed because of the puppy, it takes us about 35 minutes to get there and once we pull up we see all three of them just smiling away as we park Matt's eyes go wide as he sees my dad get out of my car along with TJ and Jay me and Daryl sit in the car and laugh a little bit before we step out before joining them.

We kind of went all out because it was Jay's birthday we got steak ,shrimp scallops and salad we even sing happy birthday to him which he was embarrassed but we really didn't care because it was fun and filled with laughter Skyler told me she bought some things that she wants me to see once we get home she also told me that she need me to snoop an figure out what's going on with Matt which I agreed to do because Matt an her are my best friends an they make a beautiful couple, I look over at Daryl who is having a full conversation  amongst the men as me and Skyler just to shake our heads at them an laugh  as we see their Uncle Luke slap both of them in their heads again for trying to start an argument over the littlest thing my dad shook his head an gave them the 'Damn boys' look which made it even funnier.

After we paid for our lovely dinner we all decided to head back to the house as we can see their Uncle Luke and Skyler were both yawning some  I'm not going to lie I'm kind of worn out myself not from being up so early but from breaking down and telling Daryl everything  it was kind of hard I didn't know how he would react or if he would look at me differently, but we all get in the cars and my dad just leads the way back to the house as their Uncle Luke along with Matt and Skyler follow behind me and Daryl it  really doesn't take all that long to get back to the house 25 to 30 minutes tops really plus it kind of seemed like everybody was doing at least 70mph going back to the house.

As we all pull up to the house and parked cars everybody gets out Matt gets Skyler's bags and from what I can see babies R Us bags as I look over at Daryl who's eyes went wide for a  brief moment but shook his head an regained his composure I giggle which makes him look at me "Not funny Angel" he says as he takes my hand leading towards the house as Duke runs towards my dad as me an Daryl laugh, as we get to the front porch their Uncle Luke tells us that he'll be here in the morning and he'll bring along Mitch and my dad spoke up and told him that we all can have breakfast what made me want to smack my dad in the back of the head because I'm patiently it will be me cooking everything but I feel Daryl squeeze my hand I look up at him and it gives me wink"I'll help you Angel"  he whispers in my ear,we watch Matt and Daryl hug their Uncle goodbye even though he'll be here in the morning which makes me and Skyler giggle at the both of them because they look like little lost puppies at the moment we all want their Uncle leave out the driveway  and we heading to the house and as soon as we're all in my dad locked the door.

"Goodnight you guys I'm tired an I want sleep, thanks to my daughter an Daryl I was up at 4:50 this morning" My dad says as he picks up Rocky an yawns as he heads up the stairs.

"Why would you guys get up that early anyways?" Matt says while looking at both me an Daryl .

"Practice" We both say as we head towards the stairs as Duke runs up them.

"That early in the morning?" Skyler says as she walks behind us along with Matt, TJ an Jay.

"Yes plus we got to see the sun rise" Daryl says he takes my hand an we begin to walk up the stairs.

"Crazy"Both TJ an Jay say which makes us laugh.

We all say our goodnights to one another before walking to our rooms as me an Daryl walk into our room Duke runs towards his bed an lays down as Daryl laughs before shutting an locking the door, I begin to strip out my outfit an slip on Daryl's shirt to sleep in I walk towards the bed an undo it for us I get on the bed an Daryl bites his lip as he see's I'm not wearing my shorts "naughty Angel" he says in a husky tone as he gets into the bed as he pulls the covers over us I snuggle close to him as I look up I see him smiling as he wraps his arms around me an kisses my forehead softly ,we stay like this for awhile wrapped into one another's arms as we slowly started to get tired.

"Goodnight my Angel I love you, an I'm also happy you told me about your ex an everything I said earlier today I meant it"He says in a sleepy voice as he pulls me closer towards him as I can feel his warm breath on my neck.

"Goodnight my monster teddy bear I love you to, I knew it was time even though it's hard to tell you because I thought you would look at me different or your feelings would change for me but I can see they haven't so I'm happy about that"I say as I lay kiss on his lips as he pushes his lips into mine more as our kiss becomes deeper but we slowly pull apart an we begin to close our eyes as sleep takes over.

"Well  today I told Daryl the truth about my ex it wasn't easy but I knew I had to be done after hearing that sound I heard maybe I'm just paranoid or over-thinking things ever since my ex boyfriends name was brought up and the dream that I had maybe it's just my mind messing with me. but Daryl knows truth now and that's all that matters so we can move forward with our relationship. We had fun this moring with the cake fight plus me calling Daryl a chicken  was just too priceless the way he acted kind of reminded me of a little kid butt I don't mind at all"I say to myself as sleep kicks in an takes over.
