As we walk into the kitchen we both decided to make waffles,sausage and fresh fruit so we got down to business and start to cook I sway my hips while mixing the waffles as I do I hear Daryl let out a low groan as he looks over at me I just turn around slowly an laugh "Pay back"I say to myself as I put down the bowl and grab the pan.I look over and see Daryl cooking while sing a song I giggle which causes him to look over at me with a big smile "What angel?" he says while flipping the sausage in the frying pan I shrugg my shoulders and turn around to start making the waffles for everyone to eat "He has no idea how cute he is right now" I say as I pour the first batch of waffle mix into the waffle pan.

Almost an 40 minutes has passed and everything is done Me and Daryl hear foot steps walking down the stairs we lean back on the counters with arms crossed in front of us as we see my dad,Matt,Skyler,TJ and Jay walking into the kitchen with there mouths and eyes wide, we both burst into laughter "Well I'll be damn" my dad says as he walks over towards us and gives me a hug and pats Daryl on his back.

"Everything looks so good" Skyler says while sitting down.

"It smells good what made you guys wanna cook breakfast? What do you guys have up your sleeves?" Matt says with a sly smile.

"First of all Matt no one has anything up their sleeves let's make that very damn well clear!,and finally because we wanted to plus we know It's training day for us unlike you Matt you're not in the grand track race like me or my angel so hush it and eat your breakfast and enjoy it" Daryl says while grabbing his plate as he glares at Matt .

"Okay stop it you two can't go one day with out trying to test one another waters huh? Both of you need to chill for once your both brothers now stop acting like your kids and act your damn ages it's enough, why cant you two just get along for once and bring back the Ortega brother tornado?"Jay says while sitting down while me and everyone else looks at him shocked he never jumps in the middle of them.

"Damn Jay you do have a voice it's about time you spoke up and not just me" TJ says while laughing.

"Well as I see it they have issues that both of them need to fixes on their own together, I have a brother Kate's uncle who I had problems with when I was a teen yet now me and him are close" My dad says before taken a bite of his waffles as he looks at Daryl then at Matt.

"Night and day" I say before popping a grape in my mouth as I feel Daryl place his hand on my leg.

"I'm sorry for my out burst and Matt I'm sorry to you as well you know I love you and yes we both see things differently and that's okay but we have to stop going at one another like animal's it's not fair to you or to me, Jay is right I've said it before to you when we had our one on one but with everything that is going on I know you better then you think so stop thinking about the other things an think about my niece or nephew that will be coming, because I know I'm going to spoil it to no end so you need to be ready for that"Daryl says before taken a bite of his waffles while grabbing my hand, I'm proud of him for what he just did.

"I'm sorry to Daryl,your right my head is all over the place but I'm going to focus on me and Skyler's baby and btw your not going crazy with the whole spoiling thing or I will kick your ass" Matt says while rubbing skyler's stomach before looking over at Daryl with a smile.

"Well since that's done with Dad where are we practicing at ? " I say while looking at my dad as he smiles.

"Mr.Roys race track baby girl and oh btw some of your old team members will be there" he says with a devlish smile.

"DAD are you serious?" I say while my jaw drops some.

"Yes very much so" he says before he takes another bite of his waffles.

"Oh so we get to meet your old team members angel, well they will get to meet some of your new one's as well" Daryl says with a devlish grin.

"Oh help me now" I say in a low voice as I take another bite of my food.

"Team member's?" everyone says in a shocked tone.

"Yes my daughter was apart of a street racing team , one of the best I might say besides the one I'm still in" my dad says in a calm cool tone while looking at everyone, I look over at Daryl then my dad they both know the truth but they didn't say gang and thank goddnes they didn't because Matt and skyler would have flipped.

"You never told us about that Kate, what was it like to be in a street team" Skyler and Matt say at the same time while looking at me.

"It was great really we did it all for fun" I say with a smile while Daryl coughed and my dad looked away.

"So we'll get to meet your old members which is cool maybe they can tell us a little bit about how you raced" Jay and TJ say before finishing there food.

"Yup but they won't tell my secrets" I say as I lean back an look at them while everyone else laughted.

After we all got done with breakfast everyone pitched in to help clean up so we could leave to head to the track "Daryl come with me" my dad said while heading towards the door to the garage, Skyler ran up stairs to grab her bag leaving me alone with Matt, TJ an Jay I felt their eyes on me I know they have questions and I know I got to answer them besides my dad and Daryl they know the truth about the whole street racing thing.I sigh as I turn around and look at them TJ and Matt cross their arms in front of them while Jay just gives me a glance "Kate the truth" Matt says well giving me a concerned look on his face.

I shake my head "Street racing gang" is all I said as I walked out the back door my heart was racing I know Matt would be pissed because I kept that secret in from him my own bestfriend but I had my reasons for it I see how he was with Daryl when he was in a gang I didn't want to lose my friend over my past. I hear footsteps come from behind me I didn't look I knew who it was I felt a hand on my shoulder I turnt my head and Matt looked at me while TJ an Jay walked behind him, nothing was said until"Why were you in one" TJ said to break the silence I look at them "For respect and territory nothing else" I say as I see Daryl coming out the back door looking confused about what's going on until it clicks and he comes to my side holding my hand tightly.

Daryl looks over at Matt but I hear "Kate I'm not mad at you I wish you would have told me about it that's all" Matt says while giving me a cheesy smile, I look up at Daryl and he nods his head understand what I want him to do"She didn't know how you would take it" Daryl says while rubbing my hand with his thumb,we hear a cough we glance over and see my dad with his arms crossed looking at us all before he walks out of the door way "Skyler got sick I gave her medicine to help her stomach" my dad says while looking at Matt while pointing at the door.Matt rushed into the house to be with Skyler I couldn't help but shake my head as I felt my dad's eyes on me "You told them the truth huh" my dad says and I shake my head yes and he just smiles at me as if he was proud of me,I smile back at him and Daryl leans in and kisses my cheek softly while TJ and Jay say "Aww cute" like a bunch of school boys Daryl looks at them with a glare which causes them to stop as my dad starts to laugh like crazy at the whole thing "I swear at times" I say to myself.

My dad tells us will be leaving in 30 minutes to get ready and do not be late an when my dad said that we all rushed in the house we grabbed our car keys and waited at the front door for everyone else I put the leash on Duke there was no way I was leaving him here at the house by his self he was coming with us,Matt and Skyler come down the stairs and gave us nothing but big smiles I see Matt with his motorcycle helmet so I knew he was riding his bike out of nowhere "Skyler is riding with me" my dad yelled from the kitchen as he was grabbing his tea that was in the fridge. "You sure I can drive my bike" Skyler said while holding Matt's hand we all see my dad walk out the kitchen towards us "Yes you've been getting sick" he said and with that everyone nodded there heads and Skyler just laughed because she knew it was true so she told my dad okay she would ride with him,we leave out the house and my dad makes sure that the door is locked I see Daryl waiting for my dad to open the garage so he could get his car I watch them both as I lean on my car they both start laughing about something I smile at the scene.I look down at Duke who is looking at me wagging his tail happily I rub his head slowly as I hear Daryl start up his car as he pulls up near me and smiles I see him lean over with a smirk "Aw my angel and 'our' boy how cute" he says as he pulls up more I laugh because I remember what I told him,I turn around and open my door Duke jumps in and sits on the passenger seat I just shake my head as I get in an start up my car as I pull out and line up behind Daryl waiting for my dad to pull out an lead the way to the track.

Once my father pulls out he leads the way I know the track and I know how long it takes to get there and takes almost an hour and a half to two hours which was a pain in the neck for me because I used to go to this track all the time with my old crew, after almost two hours because we had to stop because Skyler started getting sick which was understandable we finally arrived at the track but once we got their memory started coming back but I also saw my old crew racing around the track I couldn't help but to smile Daryl walks over to me an hugs me "Are they from your old team?" he says before kissing my neck where he left the hickey I nod my head yes as we watch them pull up in front of us.

"Well hello there you guys" My dad says to my old team.

"Hello sir, nice to see you again"They all say then they look at me with big smiles.

"Hey guys this is my boyfriend Daryl and his brother Matt which is my best friend an his girlfriend Skyler and the two behind me and Daryl are TJ and Jay" I say while holding Daryl's hand as I smile at my old crew.

"I'm Ryder that's Emma and that's Bryan" Ryder says and with that everyone says hello to one another .

"Wait a minute where is the rest of them? What's going on I can tell by the way Emma is looking down. What happened?" I say in a serious voice as Daryl wraps his arm around my waist.

"Well when you left Travis add Anya to the crew and she took your spot which none of us was happy with so a lot of us left the old crew and well being doing things alone well besides us 3" Emma said while leaning on Bryan's shoulder,My blood is on fire from what they told me I can't belive he would do that but oh well I beat her at the fair and won.

"Well me and my angel here are making a crew in New York well a street racing team at lest " Daryl says before kissing my cheek.

"YOUR DOING WHAT!!!" Matt and Skyler yell which causes Daryl to turn around and smirk that them while I giggle lowly.

"You heard what I said plus it's only for racing Matt don't start again" Daryl says while giving Matt a dirty look.

"Oh I won't here but at the house you will get an ear full and I mean it" Matt says while breathing in an out heavily I don't blame Matt but on the other hand I understand why Daryl wants to do it.

"Well we did move, all 3 of us moved to New Jersey because of Ryder's job oh sorry Ryder and me are brother and sister and Bryan is my boyfriend" Emma says while blushing and all I can do is laugh and my dad shakes his head.

"That's prefect then right Daryl ?" I say while looking at time as he gives me a smile before I kiss him.

"That would be prefect when we get back we all can meet up and discuss things and go from there" Daryl says while looking at them, I know that voice that's his gangster voice I look back at TJ and Jay an they both are smirking as they nod their heads at me.

"Now since that's all said and done with can we please get to this damn practice like you two need to be doing since you BOTH are in the grand track race, so come on get your car's and get on the track and yes Daryl I know this is your first time being on a track to race but I know you will be fine your car can handle it" My dad says while taking Duke from me and waving at everybody else to follow him and me an Daryl look at one another and laugh as we head to our cars.

Once we get in our cars we see my dad waiting for us on the track my dad was right about what he said Daryl has never raced on a track"I wonder if he'll be okay" I say as I shift gears and pull on to the track, my dad points to me so that means I go first since I've raced on a track I hit the gas some what I watch my dad throw down his arms I slam on the gas and I'm gone I shift into 4th hear quickly as I make my way straight down the track but I could help but feel like someone was watching me from the other side of the track I shake the feeling and slam hard on the gas.

I turn my car back around to head back but I catch a glimpse of somebody looking straight at my car their wearing all black I can't make out the face for some reason my body feels like it's trembling I watched the person turn away an leaves "What the fuck" I say as try to calm myself down I slam on the gas I know I was spinning wheels I smelt burnt rubber as I shot back down to where everyone was at, I slam on the breaks near my dad and I hop out an look to the other side where I seen the person "Did you guys see that person?" I ask as I turn back around to them Daryl rubs my arm and looks where I was looking a moment ago "What person?" Matt said while coming towards the track with Skyler next to him "There was a person watching me" I say and when I said that I saw my dad and Daryl tense up looking like they were ready to fight somebody I glanced over an TJ and Jay looking around I know what I saw somebody was watching me while I was practicing.

"Your safe Angel don't worry I won't let anything happen to you" Daryl whispers in my ear while rubbing my back slowly I lean my head on him an smile.

"Well Daryl it's your turn to learn a few things Kate knows what judges will look for in each round but you don't so I'll be your driving coach" my dad says with a grin.

"Oh boy your in for it have fun" I say before laying a kiss on his lips as he pulls me closer to him, we hear Matt and Skyler laughing at what my dad said.

"Teach me everything you know I'm ready to learn from the best" Daryl says with a big smile I look over and see everyone with wide eyes besides my dad who is nodding his head in approval to what Daryl had said.

"Well let's get going then, Kate you stay here with your friends and watch me teach your boyfriend some tricks like I taught you" he said as he walks near Daryl's car.

"Okay and Daryl I love you be ready" I say as I watch Daryl walk towards his car.

"I love you to Angel don't worry I'll be fine" he says as he gets in his car along with my dad.

"Kate come on we can crack jokes and watch Daryl learn how to race the way you and your father know how to race" Matt and Skyler say as I shake my head giggling.

Daryl knows his car I know what my dad's going to have him do first a straight line going as fast as he can then he'll teach me how to drag race I know Daryl does not know how to drag race so it's going to be interesting to watch then the final one is the timer that's where you do for the best time, we all watch him fly down the track I couldn't help but cheer him on he's doing great so far I have to I meant I was a little worried that my dad went to give him a hard time but it seems like everything is going according to well my plan for him to learn everything in time for the grand track race. I look over and see Matt and Skyler looking at me I give them a smile "What?" I ask in a cheerful tone while tilting my head at them as Matt starts to laugh like a goof "You cheering your heart out it's funny" Matt says and Skyler slaps his shoulder which causes me to point an laugh at him as well TJ and Jay as we turned our attention back to the track or Daryl is learning every trick my father knows for the grand track race.

Over three hours on most of training and practicing I even got back on the track and practice but my dad was in the car with me telling me what to do how to do it and I listen to him and so did Daryl we decided it was time to head back to the house but we were going to grab dinner first, as we make our way to the exit I get an eerie feeling again I glanced over and see nothing but I still can't shake the feeling so I pull out before anybody else a slow down once I heard my phone going off I looked down and I seen it was Daryl I turned on my Bluetooth.

"Angel what's wrong!?" Daryl says in a worried voice I don't need to see his face I can tell he's got a what the fuck kind of look on his face.

"I felt that Eerie Feeling Again I had to get out of there I don't know why but ever since I sent all that person Daryl I just can't shake it I just want to get the food and go back to the house" I say as I see my dad pass me and Skyler look over at me a glance in the rearview mirror and I see Daryl right behind and Matt and TJ along with Jay right behind him.

"Angel you're safe me your dad Matt TJ and Jay are not going to let anything happen to you especially me I believe you when you said you saw somebody I saw it written all over your face you were scared even her dad saw it maybe nobody else but we saw it"Daryl says as he sighs heavily.

"I know you two believe me I just don't know who it was or if they were just there to be there but I just want to get back to the house and be in your arms" I say as I bite my lip.

"Oh you Naughty Angel you once we pick up the food and we get back to the house I promise you can sit on my lap and I'll wrap my arm around you while we eat" Daryl says in seductive tone I can tell he's biting his lip to.

"Deal" I say As I hang up and follow my father to the pizza place to pick up the pizzas that we ordered before leaving.

After picking up the pizzas we all started heading back to the house my dad's swerving around and I just shake my head I can imagine what Skyler's feeling right now she's either laughing or she might get sick, I slam on my horn to warn my father to stop but he just did it back at me I swear sometimes my dad can be childish at times but then I hear Daryl doing it I just shake my head and turn on my radio to ignore it all while we head back to they house. once we get back to the house I park my car and so does everybody else my dad jumps out and opens the garage for Daryl to put his car in their Duke jumps out my car along with me as we take the pizzas and head for the front door and wait, my dad unlock the front door and we all walk in I fell Daryl place his hand on my lower back I looked over at him and I smile I put the pizzas in the kitchen and grab plates for everybody to use everyone takes what they want of course I grabbed pepperoni and so did Daryl I sit on his lap and he does what he said he was going to do I can't help but giggle.

After eating our pizzas and having a few laughs I feel tired I look at the clock I can't believe it's late already so everybody decide to turn in for the night and tomorrow we would go do something fun, Matt and Skyler were the first ones to go up the stairs but before they did they told everybody goodnight and we told them night.I see my dad yawning I tell him to go to bed and he just waves at me and I just laugh as he walks up the stairs I double check the doors and make sure they're locked T J & Jay walk up the stairs to their rooms after telling me and Daryl goodnight,he grabs my hand and leads me up the stairs as we noticed Duke runs right in front of us and waits for us at the top of the stairs me and Daryl start to laugh a little bit. as we make our way into the room Duke runs to his bed and I just shake my head as I take off my jeans an shoes and throwing my shorts I looking over a Daryl who is basically stripped-down already through his boxers "How?" I say to myself as I start to undo the bed.

As we get into the bed Daryl wraps his arms around me tightly as he kisses my head softly I look at him an smile before kissing him on his lips but our lips don't separate from each other our kiss becomes forceful passionate that when we separate I have to catch my breath,I lay my head on his chest and I feel him chasing my tattoo so I begin the traces I feel safe in his arms I always have since well we first started dating I look up and I see his eyes are closed "Goodnight Angel I love you" Daryl says in a sweet sleepy voice while pulling me closer to the point where I'm practically all the way on him, I giggle when I kiss his lips"Goodnight I love you to" I say in a sleepy voice as I lay my head back down on his chest as I close my eyes.

"The dream I had with Daryl calling me by his last name and honestly made my heart race like crazy I never felt like that not even with my ex but only with him.Plus watching him with my dad today at the race track and then seen him take everything that my dad said seriously I knew right then and there he respected my father even more then I originally thought. But I can't shake that image of that person staring at me when I was at the track my body was trembling I've only felt like that one time but it couldn't be possible I know that Daryl an my dad plus Matt TJ an Jay wouldn't let anything happen to me or Skyler they would all protect us so I'm going to push it to the side and forget about it, I'm safe right here in Daryl's arms the place where I want to be the most"I say as sleep kicks in and takes over.
