Hey everyone, Drago here. I know it's long overdue but here's the first chapter of my Kengan ashura book)

(Y/N)'s P.O.V 

FLASHBACK

I had just finished training with dad when an unknown man walked in and demanded to speak with my father.  The most confusing part was that he was wearing a business suit from a company called 'Atlas Inc.' and he seemed to be very serious so I walked him to my Father.  When Dad had seen who I brought him he paled which I had never seen before. Usually my dad is cheery and full of life and love but the second he saw this man he did a complete 180.  I left them talk and when I had seen them next the man was walking outside with my dad, my dad didn't even say good bye.

FLASHBACK END

That was the last time I saw my father, but not that man. I'm currently sixteen and he is constantly bugging me about following in my fathers footsteps, whatever that meant. Also the reason for the flash back was because he is currently talking to me and I zoned out but when I zoned back in he was yelling at me.

"YOU NEED TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL TO YOUR ELDERS WHEN THEY ARE TALKING TO YOU" The old man yelled at me and tried to slap my face but I simply just took a step back

"And you need to be more respectful to the people you want to employ."I replied harshly to which he smirked.

"Boy, we both know that you love to fight.  So I have a proposition for you!  You join my company as our champion just like your father did and we'll pay you as long as you win." The old man said and pulled out a contract along with a pen

"Sure, I'm bored while doing nothing but training anyways." I said as I took the pen and signed the contract with hesitation

As soon as I signed it he rolled it up and put it back in his pocket."Good, now come with me boy. It's time you see the company you will be fighting for, why you are fighting, and the rules of the matches.Oh, by the way my name is takashi." Takashi said and opened the door for me

Timeskip to right in front of the company

"So what are these matches called?"I asked warily as we stepped into the luxurious company building

"They are called Kengan matches, company's hire a champion to fight for them in these matches where the company owners wager specific stuff like part of their stocks, land, and building rights." Takashi explained with a serious face."The competitors in these matches are mostly top notch, but I have no doubt that you can win since you were trained by your father."Takashi's expression did a complete 180, going from serious to laughing with seconds

"Do I need someone to look after me for the company?"I asked my final question to which Takashi responded with a nod

"It would be most beneficial if we had someone to look after you to make sure you're eating healthy and working out everyday."Takashi said as he opened the door to his main office."Go in and have a seat, I'll be right back with your manager."

General POV

(Y/N) walked in and sat down on the couch as Takashi walked away."I'm starting to think this isn't gonna be that bad after all pops."(Y/N) said and looked to the sky.  After a few minutes of (Y/N) just sitting there the door opened once again to show Takashi along with a women.

"(Y/N), meet your manager. This is Ms.Itubi."Takashi introduced her as (Y/N) stood up with a smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Ms.Itubi, my name is (Y/N)" (Y/N) said and outstretched a hand to which Ms.Itubi took with hers

"The pleasure is all mine (Y/N), I'm glad that we actually have a competent champion for once. The last one was too weak and that one man we had gotten 7 years ago just refused to take any fight seriously."Ms.Itubi said and didn't realize that the last comment ticked (Y/N) off

"Are you perhaps talking about my father? The man who gave his life for this company?"(Y/N) asked in an angered tone as he clenched his fist tightly, ready to punch her or anyone who stands in his way

"That was your father? Oh, I'm very sorry for your loss. Had I known I would've kept my mouth shut."Ms.Itubi apologized

"Now now (Y/N), lets not get feisty. You have your first kengan match in only an hour." Takashi said with a devilish grin
