After Christmas, Lexi and Josh were living a quiet life. Josh was practically waiting on Lexi's every demand, as due to her being so short, moving about was becoming increasingly difficult. It was now Valentine's Day, and Lexi was 2 weeks away from her due date. Josh entered the bedroom with a breakfast fit for his goddess. Pancakes with a mixture of berries, syrup, a glass of orange juice, complete with a rose, a card and a little present for her.

Josh: Wakey wakey, sleeping beauty...

Lexi stirred as she groggily woke up, holding her bump, which had grown as big as it could be.

Lexi: Ugh... morning.

Josh: Rough night?

Lexi: You don't know the half of it... I just wanna meet our son already... he was kicking like hell in here last night.

Josh smiled as he kissed her.

Josh: Well, babe, I might have something that'll cheer you up.

Josh revealed her breakfast, complete with a rose and a card, as he hid the present behind his back.

Lexi: Ohh, baby, it's perfect!

Josh: Anything for my beautiful fiance on Valentine's Day.

Lexi smiled at him and kissed him once more.

Josh: And that's not all...

He reveals his present to her, which is a framed picture of him and Lexi backstage at Wrestlemania the previous year with both their titles. Lexi almost cried at how far both he and Josh had come since then. 

Lexi: Oh my god, last year, at Mania...

Josh: I thought you might like it...

Lexi: Well, I think you'll like what I got you...

Lexi went to the drawer and pulled out a card, as well as a very special gift.

Lexi: Now, I didn't wanna spoil you with something expensive. So I had a look in that box your dad sent you at Christmas, and picked out all the stuff and photos that involved your mum, and made it into a scrapbook. That way, you won't lose a single memory of her again...

Josh gently took hold of the book and looked through all the memories Josh had with his mum, and he grabbed Lexi's hand instinctively as Josh teared up, but noticed the last few pages were empty...

Lexi: These last few pages are for us... for when we become a mum and dad... and we can keep it for our children's kids when they're older, and so on and so forth...

Josh: This is the best gift anybody has ever given me, I love you so much, baby...

Lexi smiled as a tear ran down her face and loads of tears ran down Josh's.

Lexi: Happy Valentine's Day... my Joshy...

Josh: Happy Valentine's Day... my Blissy-Boo...

They kissed as they continued to look through Josh's childhood before they enjoyed breakfast, and settled on a Disney movie marathon.

Nearly 2 weeks had passed since Valentine's Day, and it was the day Lexi was due to give birth. She just came out of the shower and was drying herself off when she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. She passed it off as nothing, but then another pain hit her once again a few minutes later, and then she felt something running down her leg as she was putting on her shirt. She slowly looked down and noticed a puddle between her legs.

Lexi: JOSH!!!

Josh sprinted to the bedroom, where he saw Lexi gripping the bed rails, taking some deep breaths.

Josh: You okay?

Lexi: I'm about to have a damn baby... you really think I'm okay?!

Josh calmed her down and then walked her to the car, while carrying everything he had packed for the baby's birth. 

Lexi: Ohhh... god...

Josh: I know it hurts babe, just hang on in there, we'll be at the hospital in no time.

After a quick and frantic 20 minute drive to the hospital, the doctors got Lexi set up in the delivery ward, and Josh was with her fiance every step of the way..

Josh: Don't you worry babe, I'm not going anywhere, I'm not leaving you...

Lexi kissed his cheek as she regulated her breathing and the doctors took a good look at her.

Doctor: Okay, Miss Kaufman, you're 4cm dilated already, so your baby should be here in a few hours.

Josh sat on the bed with her, and she nuzzled her head as best she could into Josh's shoulder.

Josh: You want me to call anyone?

Lexi nodded gently.

Lexi: Yeah, get my family, and our friends here.

He rang round, inviting Lexi's parents, and all their friends. Nearly all of them heard Lexi was now in labour and would be there as soon as they could. A few hours later, Lexi woke up with a sharp pain in her stomach once more. Luckily, a doctor was on hand to see how she was.

Doctor: Ok, you're now at 9cm, so we'll have to start pushing in the next half an hour or so.

Josh: Okay, thanks doc.

Lexi grabbed his hand and held it tightly.

Lexi: I can't wait... till we meet our little boy...

Josh: And I just want you to know how proud I am of you. It's no easy task, carrying a baby inside you for 9 months...

Lexi smiled as she suddenly felt an urge to push.

Lexi: Get the... doctor... NOW!!!

Josh quickly got a doctor and a nurse outside and told them of Lexi's current condition. They prepared Lexi, who was breathing rapidly.

Doctor: 10cm, you're gonna have to push now, Miss Kaufman.

Lexi: Okay...

She took a deep breath as she began grunting and pushing, and continuously did push, with her grip on Josh's hand getting tighter and tighter.

Lexi: OHHH... GOD!

After another 30 minutes of pushing, Lexi was almost out of breath.

Lexi: Josh... I-I can't do this...

Josh: Yes you can, baby. I believe in you... just think how good it'll feel when we see our little boy for the first time...

Lexi took one last deep breath, and began pushing so hard, she was practically screaming. After a few minutes, there was smiles all round.

Doctor: I can see the head, one last push...

Lexi gave it one last push, and screamed as the baby was finally born and crying its eyes out. The doctors cut the cord, wrapped the baby in a towel, and carefully gave it to Lexi, who nuzzled her face into Josh's shoulder once more before looking at her newborn son for the first time, who was quietening down as Lexi took hold of him.

Lexi: Awwhhh my god baby, look at him! He's adorable, and he has your eyes...

Josh: It's just a beautiful sight, mother and son, and one I will never forget... what are we gonna name him, baby?

Lexi: I have the perfect name... Ethan James Stevens.

Josh: I love it!

He quickly got his phone, took a picture of Lexi cradling the baby, and posted it on Instagram.

josh_s.32: Well, look who decided to make his first appearance! Welcome to the world, Ethan James Stevens! Can't believe he's finally here at last! Glad to say both the child and the mother are both okay and we can't wait to share his experiences with you all!

itsmebayley: OMGGG!!! He's just the cutest little thing! Can't wait to see him!

Just as he finished looking through his phone, Lexi's family and all their friends turned up. Everyone except Finn, as he had a live event to attend. They all gathered around Lexi and Josh, and let the doctor take a photo, of them all. He then gave Josh his phone back, and then set it as his phone background. He then stuck his thumb out and Ethan wrapped his little baby hand around it. Everyone cried at the sight before them.

Josh: Family is the most important thing... 

After everyone had gone home, Lexi was asleep, Ethan was in his little crib on the other side of Lexi's bed in his crib, and Josh was holding her hand as Lexi slept. He then began to slowly fall asleep himself. As he was drifting off, a ghostly figure of Josh's passed away mother stood in the room for a split second, and smiled.
