Ed's POV
Al and I have been practicing our music together, a smile never leaving our faces. We were composing music and writing songs. We even had crumpled balls of paper all around us to. This was one of the things that I loved about music. "Brother, what about adding one more beat to this measure. It adds a nice closing." Al suggested. I took what he wrote and played it. F# then G# and lastly a natural B. "Nice job little brother!" I exclaimed. Al smiled. "Thanks Ed!" Al exclaimed. Winry walked in. "Come on you two. Its eleven o'clock at night. Get some sleep." She said. Al and I nodded. "Okay." We replied. I stood up and collected our sheet music. Al closed the cover of the piano and began helping me collect the crumpled balls of paper.
Roy's POV
I laid awake in my bed, thinking about that boy. I couldn't get his golden eyes out of my head. Its cheesy to say, but I think it might be love at first sight. I mean....I think I'm in love. I'm not sure yet. Maybe going to Ed's next concert will help me figure it out. I sighed and decided to just go to sleep.
Ed's POV
I walked to my room and plopped down on my bed. I looked up at the ceiling in boredom. I sighed and decided to sleep.
As I was sleeping, I started to toss and turn a lot. Car crash. Mom dead. Al hurt. A sound of dis comfort left my throat. Arms gone. Leg burried. Sweat started to roll down my face. Al wouldn't wake up. Music only thing....keeping me going...
I shot up, sweating and panting in fear. "Brother wake up! We've gotta practice for tonight!" Al called. I sighed and ran a hand through my golden hair and then I moved both hands to my face, lingering there for a while. "Brother?" Al called through the door. "Yeah?" My response was muffled because of my hands. "You okay?" He replied. I nodded. "Yeah." I stood up and walked towards the door. "Let's practice." I said, smiling to him. He nodded. "Okay!"
Roy's POV
Maes knocked on my door. "Roy! Let's get going!" He called. I nodded. "Okay! I'll be right there!" I called back, putting my shoes on. Tonight, was Edward's next concert.
