Jace and the other decided they were going to go to the beach. But they were going the mundane way by taking a car. Jace was very annoyed by that.

Jace and Clary sat in the middle sseat, Isabelle and Simon got the back, annd since Alec and Magnus were the oldest they sat up front, Magnus drove.

Clary was talking to Simon and Isabelle as Simon went off about some video game.  Jace had no idea what Magnus and Alec were talking about so he leaned forward to listen to what they were talking about.

" Do you think Chairman Meow will be ok while were gone?" says Magnus. Alec looked at him. " Magnus were just going for the day." says Alec.

" I know but still maybe I should call Jordan and Maia and see if they can go check up on him." says Magnus.

" Magnus he'll be fine. Its just for the day don't worry about it." says Alec. " And your not going to bother Jordan and Maia."

Magnus sighed but nodded.  Jace got bored and leaned back to hear what the others were talking about. " I just don't get it Clary." says Somin.

" Why? Its not that hard to figure out." says Clary.

" Yes it is Clary. How can someone make so many break up songs and have so many boyfriends at that age?" says Simon.

" Her name is Taylor Swift and that's her style." says Clary. " And if your going to hate it then as Taylor says the hater going to hate hate hate hate hate."

Jace groaned at that one. Clary made his listen to the song. He hated every minute of it. But the truth was he  loved that song but he wpuld never tell Clary. He'd never hear the end of it.

Clary looked over at him and smiled. " Hey guys were close to being there. About ten more minutes left." says Magnus.

Jace leaned forward. " Tell me again why we went the mundane way?" says Jace.

" Well for one thing I thought that we could do something normal for ance and for another thing I'm not wasting my magic to gp to the beach plus I don't want to freak out and mundanes." says Magnus.

Jace groaned and leaned back resting his head on the back of the chair. " Come on Jace we'll be there soon." says Clary.

" Yeah Yeah I know." says Jace.

After a while they finally made it. Jace got out with the others right behind them. " Now come on lets got enjoy the beach." says Jace.

" Alec are you sure he'll  be ok, I mean I'm sure they-" says Magnus.

" No your not going to bother anyone to check up on your cat. We'll just be gone for the day." says Alec.

Magnus and locked the car and together all went to enjoy a nice day at the beach.
