You walked alone through dark streets. The war became quiet as quickly as it started. There was the odd cry or pile of monster dust. The war was still on. This time the monsters refused to be driven to the underground.

You heard foot steps coming your way. You quickly hid. "Hey did you see something?" A male voice asked. "Probably just a mouse" a female awnsered "maybe it's a monster" the male voice said before walking over to where you were. He froze and looked down at you "it a human"

He crouched down in front of you "are you lost?" He asked in a voice you might use for a baby. You glared at him "I'm perfectly fine" you snarled. "Y/N? A..a..are you ok?" Alphys called. You were closer home than you realised.

The male looked up and saw Alphys. "Monster!" He pulled out a knife. You grabbed his legs pulling him to the ground. He kicked you "you're the girl working with the monster!" He yelled. "Alphys! Run!" You yelled "get help!" Alphys did what you said.

You stood up. You eye on your less dominant side had a white flame the other eye had a blue flame. The male turned round to see you. He held his knife "so you are a monster"

He chucked his knife from one hand to another and did a little twirl with it in his left hand. You flick your hand and the knife was thrown out of his hand. He looked out you before running off.

The world seem to spin and your head hurt. You fell down and the world faded away.

You opened your eyes. You lay in bed. Sans was in a chair next to you. You slowly sat up. Your head still hurt. You shifted along the bed to be closer to Sans and poked him.

He looked up at you "your awake now" you lay back down on your back "my head hurts and I don't want to get up" Sans stood up and picked you up "I said I didn't want to get up" you struggled in his grip. Sans laughed and sat in the bed holding you "so you have powers?"

"Don't know how to use them" you muttered. "I could probably teach you. Alphys had seen the powers you have. And it sounds like they're a bit like mine"

Time skip

"Isn't there a difference between fighting and training" you asked. Sans had a Gaster Blaster floating by him "you'll need to know how to fight"

"What if I don't want to hurt anyone? What if I just use my powers to stun my enemy then run away? I could show them mercy" you asked. Frisk looked over "mercy gets a little boring. It takes longer"

Sans glared at him "do what works for you. But sometimes you'll need to fight because you never know when someone will reset and kill everyone you love and care about" he glares at Frisk again.

Frisk ran off leaving you alone with Sans. "Training done for now" Sans turned round and walked off "Sans wait!" You ran after him. You turned a corner and The Hybrid stood there waiting for you "hello friend"
